Perfect!

The sunsets over the ocean are something you can’t miss, simply beautiful! Enjoyed some walks on the beach. The unit had all the pots and pans you would need. Beds were very comfortable and the view of the beach is perfect! We recommend AMI Pier, Bridge Street Pier and the sticky buns at Ginny & Jane E’s! Harry and family, Atlanta GA.

We had an amazing week celebrating 60+ years of friendship in a beautiful 3 BR condo on the beach with easy access to restaurants and shopping! It was paradise!! We will be back!!

Great place to watch sunsets!

The beach is beautiful and right down the road you can rent any equipment you need. My son had a great time learning how to paddleboard. If you need anything there is a Publix and Dollar Tree less than two miles down the road. Rockin Gelato (has rock memorabilia) was delicious and Anna Maria Rocks has every stone you can think of. The kids can make their own necklaces.

Everything is nicely decorated, easy to find. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensil you might need. All in all very relaxing and I hope to be back.

Beautifully decorated condo with an amazing location on the beach. This is the nicest rental we have rented. So many kitchen supplies and appliances. Very spacious for the 6 of us. Huge lanai that we enjoyed in the evenings playing and having drinks. Thank you for the great time here!

Perfect location

This property is ideal for an amazing Anna Maria Island beach vacation. The location is perfect right on the beach with expansive views. We watched the sunset nearly every night on the beach in front of the condo (wow!) The owner is extremely communicative and responsive, answering all our questions and providing helpful info prior to our arrival. The condo is extremely comfortable and well appointed. It was perfect for our family of 5! It is very spacious with room to spare. All linens, including beach towels, were provided. There are beach toys and chairs. The parking is awesome (one garage space right by the elevator plus an outdoor assigned space.). The free trolley stop is steps away and the location of the condo is perfect on the island, between Bridge Street and the Northern parts of the island. Friends and family also staying on the island called our place a palace!

Highly Recommend for many reasons

2nd year in a row of staying at BBC. Truly enjoyed our stay at Sea La Vie. Furnishings were great, everything we needed was available there. Comfortable screened in porch to watch the Gulf/beach and sunsets. Heated pool was great, especially since the air was a little cool. I think probably one of the my favorite things about this location is taking my cup of coffee across the street in the mornings. Love walking through the mangroves on the walkway to the dock on the bay at the end. There you will find a wooden porch swing, an awesome place to watch the sunrise and the bird life. Best of both worlds, sunrise there and sunset off the balcony of the condo. Also was nice having the Smoqehouse BBQ shop just across the street. Made for a quick and convenient place to grab a quick and tasty meal. Rented through Island Realty who were very helpful in booking and meeting our needs. Thank you. All in all I highly recommend this unit. Hope to stay again.

Awesome Beach Front Property!!!

This is our family’s 2nd year in a row spending spring break on the island and having this amazing rental made the whole vacation even better. When opening the front door for the first time and hoping that the pictures you have been viewing for months are what you are expecting, it is even better in person! The beach is 20 steps away!! This unit is more than enough space for a family of 4. This unit is very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again!

Sweet Times!

My Husband and I came here on our honeymoon 15 years ago. We decided to come again with our four children and had the best time we could ever have! The three accessible bodies of water were such a blessing! We especially enjoyed biking to Anna Maria City. There were enough bikes for each one of us. The house was fully stocked and comfortable and CLEAN! When the DVD was not working the property managers kindly helped provide us with a new one! Great experience overall!

Amazing Views and a Beautiful Location

The property is exactly as the pictures and descriptions show. The beach is at your doorstep. You can see the ever changing Gulf of Mexico for miles. You can swim in 1 of the 2 pools and sun in the provided loungers provided or use the hot tubs. We enjoyed lovely walks to the main street shops and restaurants right by the beach. Beach chairs to rest on were provided. The beds are very comfortable, the suite clean and includes a fully stocked kitchen. The A/C performs perfectly. Delightful room layout for peace and enjoyment. We will be back!

The kitchen is extremely well stocked with all the essentials. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving meal here in the condo so it make it easy for us to put together an elegant meal. We had a lovely family holiday vacation and will be back another time!

Lovely Outdoor Deck

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely 3 bedroom condo. The condo had everything we needed! It’s a quick walk down the beach to get to Bridge Street, where we had fun shopping and eating. We had a little problem with the lock when we arrived, but the owner and property management team were very responsive, and it was fixed immediately. We love hanging out as a family watching football and doing puzzles, and this condo has great space for both. The outdoor deck is lovely and has direct beach access to the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This condo has it all. Well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated with beach colors and pictures, comfortable furniture, wonderful screened porch overlooking the Gulf, excellent TVs, basically everything you need for a fun vacation. Definitely a wonderful place for having fun with family, friends or both!!

Paradise Adventure

This a perfect condo for 2-4 people Newly decorated in immaculate condition well equipped including beach wagon, chairs and toys. Shared pool area is nice. Location right in the middle of island to all Restaurants and Beaches Right across street from grocery and coffee shop 10 minute walk to Manatee Public beach to enjoy for the day and the evening beautiful sunsets! Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

The cutest bungalow in a perfect location. 2 minute walk to the beach. The bungalow is exactly as described. The owners thought of everything for a beach vacation-umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards. The backyard is a private oasis, the pool was perfect. This place had it all, fantastic location, walkable to shops and restaurants. The bungalow was clean and well equipped. We loved it and plan to return for another visit!

Beach, Beach, Beach!!!

We have been coming to the Island a number of years, and hate it when it’s time to go home! This year we had sun and warmth almost every day. This condo is a great location, directly across the street from the beach. It is nicely updated and the owner responded quickly whenever we needed anything. Thank you for allowing us to be here for 2 months and having a wonderful vacation.

While I was here, I had the most amazing time! The beach across the road was perfect and the water was the perfect temperature! The pool was great and the people here were even better! We had a great time and the space was perfect and felt like home.

Great little place for two. Very clean & comfortable. Close to beach access. Chairs & umbrella provided. Only recommendation would be to add a bright bathroom light above sink to see when shaving or doing make up. Rental company great to work with. Easy check in & they contacted us during stay to make sure everything was good. Would book again

Cozy and Perfect

Sweet, relaxing, cozy and perfectly appointed condo! Close to everything we wanted to do and having the beach literally steps away was glorious and perfect for us to unwind and recharge. It may not be far from where we live (1.5 hours) but it felt like we were a world away from our everyday, busy life. We will most definitely be back and will tell our friends too! Thank you for a beautiful spot and place to get away!

We loved this condo, it was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, had everything we needed for the beach & to stay in a few nights & cook dinner. The location was second to none! Right on a very family friendly beach, wasnā€™t overly crowded, even during spring break. It is within walking distance (1mile or so) to several restaurants, miniature golf, & shops if you donā€™t want to take the trolley. We enjoy walking while we are vacationing, so this was perfect for us. 10 out of 10, we will definitely look to return to this condo for future vacations.

Exceeded expectations

Outstanding! Words cannot begin to Describe the experience. He felt like you did a time travel back to the . It was perfect. A deck Right off the back of the house. 150 steps or so another deck with viewing chairs to take in and drink in the sunsets. If thatā€™s not enough step off onto the footpath and walk out to water. If you like this kind of stuff youā€™ll have an outstanding visit as we did. Quite a memory maker.

Love the Island

Came to Anna Maria after my daughter’s wedding in Clearwater. We were initially put into a unit that was too small and did not meet our needs. Management worked immediately to resolve and the next day we were placed here at the Terraces. We were so pleased with the unit. I’m thankful for the manager accommodating our request everything here is nice, roomy and the air works great for the environment. We spent the week on the beach, on the bike trails and in the pool great weather and relaxing after a hectic wedding then coming to Anna Maria for 10 years and we love the island thankful and blessed Chris and Cheryl, Kentucky

What an adorable clean and perfectly wonderful place. We loved being so close to the beach! Being able to come home to spend time at the pool was amazing. AMI has definitely become a must return vacation spot. Nancy Jane and Ginny, friends for 35 years and counting!

Wonderful Time

Just got here and your place is beautiful, clean and perfect. The best places to eat were Pier 22 -the steak Diane was absolutely delicious. And Swordfish Grill – the prime rib was perfect. Our last day we went to the Rod and Reel, fished for an hour, didn’t catch anything, but had a lot of fun. Had lunch and food there was also very good. Really loved how close we were to the beach. Didn’t swim in the gulf because the water was still cold. I did swim in the pool and loved it. Thank you! Had a wonderful time here. Can’t wait to come back. Margie and Rich, Pennsylvania

My family had a great time. The beach is just beautiful. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, the pool was always clean. 4th of July fireworks were amazing! We also enjoyed the local restaurants. The Dendyā€™s, New Hampshire

Amazing week on Holmes beach! The location couldnā€™t be better, especially with small kids. We were able to go back-and-forth from the beach easily. The shady area around the pool was a perfect escape on days when the sun got a little bit too hot. Centrally located, perfectly appointed. Gorgeous, gorgeous soot. We are already thinking about maybe coming back for the same week next year!

We had a wonderful time. The view is fantastic and it is a short walk to the beach. The condo was warm, accommodating, and comfortable. One minor issue was the stairwell light to the second floor is out and needs to be replaced.

Very pleasant

It was our second time staying at Beach House 9. Beautiful location and property. Loved the exterior improvements. We have concerns about the property being built next door and disappointed in the extension of the building that now blocks the view to the south. Also concerned about the overly strong musty smell inside the condo that permeates everything and takes weeks /months to eradicate from all our belongings once we get home. An air purifier would go a long way. Will return to Beach House 9 next year, but for only one week this time due to huge price increase.

Great Rental

We loved island walk Sandy point condo. Island vacation properties was great to work with. They are all very helpful. I really like that they like to rent to the same people every year and that they ask first you before they put out the listing to rent. The condo was nice with a large primary bedroom with matching white bedroom set. Anna Maria pictures on the wall are a really nice touch. The only thing I wis they had was 2 recliners instead of the love seat. Pool and the people that rent/own in the condo building are really nice. Location to beach is 3 blocks. Easily walkable.

Spacious 2/2 condo with all amenities. Attractive decor, lovely view of pools, large deck screened, covered parking, and gated property. Personal choice would include king bed or two twins in second bedroom. Great location to Anna Maria or Bradenton. Will return next year.

Lovely spot, very dated

Couldnā€™t ask for a better spot on the island! 10+ views in nearly every room, quiet, and just far enough from the night life. Rental company was on top of any issue that we had. Biggest down falls is the unit is very dated, at such a premium rate we expected it to be more up to date. Has a nice new fridge that doesnā€™t fit the spot well so limits what you can put in the freezer as it only opens half way. Furniture was that we come to expect with economy rentals and not premium rentals.

Especially enjoyed having the party room on the lower level. You need to add small tables at the pool. There was only one there for all the guests.

Great location and the property was good. This is an older cottage, so donā€™t expect a modern condo type vacation home. Itā€™s a bit dated inside but very comfortable and clean. The backyard is a huge bonus with a gas fireplace, artificial turf grass and beautify trees with night lighting. IVP were quick to respond and remedy a minor issue with the cable. I recommend this property for a nice family vacation.

Great Location

The property was as listed and in a great location for 4 adults using all 3 bedrooms – all very accommodating. Steps to the beach and short walks to other attractions. We enjoyed having the garage very much. We also enjoyed the balcony choices (3) very much. Management company was very responsive and attentive when an issue arose. Some appliances in need of an upgrade that would allow more comfort and be an energy savings to the owners. All in all we had a nice stay and would recommend.

Excellent location – walk everywhere!

Love the location, pool, covered parking. Worth five stars but dropped it to four because the kitchen is old and poorly appointed (utensils missing or in poor shape, no decent cutting board) and you will blow a fuse if you run the toaster and the microwave at the same time. The decor is ok – one upgrade this year included new flooring on the screened porches. Very nice. But the unit really needs additional updates (eg. the bedroom carpeting needs to be replaced). We have rented three times and just accept the dated decor because of the location and views from the unit. Rental company is very responsive and check in/check out process is smooth. However, donā€™t expect a high end unit given the rental cost.

Great house with ALL of the amenities! Very spacious and cleanā€¦.and most important, close to everything! Easy walk across the street to the beach, easy walk to the bay, easy walk to Bridge Street for restaurants & fun! Would absolutely stay here again!

Ok, if you want a high rise vacation with a lot of OTHER peopleā€™s kids running around between your legs and front desk clerks not doing their job when you just want to get in your room and relax, then this isnā€™t the right vacation spot for you. This 2 bedroom get away is that a ā€œget awayā€ but id say, itā€™s way way much more. You can really tell the people who own it care about what they do, and want their tenants to relax. That is the key word for vacation right? ā˜ŗļø Iā€™m definitely coming back, itā€™s a short 2 blocks from the beach, its nice that way, you are away from all of the hustle and bustle from all that, and to boot, you are on a main road to get to everything within walking distance! In conclusion, you are looking for a get away, you must need one if you are reading this far right? Take 15 minutes longer and look through the website if you havenā€™t already! But really, have a great vacation wherever you end up choosing !

As wonderful as the first time

This is our second time to stay in Shell Cove Unit 9 and it was as wonderful as the first time! Shell Cove 9 is in a perfect location (literally on Bradenton Beach) The view of the gulf and sunset from this upstairs unit are spectacular! The unit is very clean, nicely decorated, and is supplied with all the kitchen items you may need. And you donā€™t need to worry about packing beach towels, chairs or umbrellasā€¦the owners have them in the units for you to use. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Although the weather could have been a bit better, our stay was so relaxing and comfortable. We will be back!

The stay was perfect. We had a great time. Very safe, clean and private. What was most impressive was everything we needed in the place was there. The kitchen fully equipped with everything. Itā€™s a great location to be able to go to multiple beaches and plenty of things to do. We will come again!

Paradise!

My fiancƩ and I took a short trip to get eloped in Sarasota! We brought our fur baby along with us and had the best time! We would recommend this beautiful rental and hope to stay again in the future!

This unit had everything you could use and more. If you are traveling with children (we were not) there is a highchair, pack and play, toys, beach toys, boogie boards, bikes and more. The unit was so clean when we arrived it was hard to believe someone had occupied it before us. Dishes, glasses, cookware of all shapes and sizes were available. You have a blender, crock pot, and truthfully anything youā€™d have in your own home. The beds were so comfortable. One guest slept in the pull out sofa and said sheā€™d never slept in a pull out so comfy. There were a few issues with cable/television but were quickly addressed by the listing agent. It truly was an amazing trip. Anna Maria Island is a bridge away. We had a car but one day took an Uber to the island at it was $9. If you stay more than 30 days (we did) you have access to all of the grounds/pools on the property which will make you never want to vacation anywhere else.

Great for large groups!

We had a large group of 4 separate families so this place was perfect for us! The location is great (walking distance to everything) The cooled pool was so refreshing because the ocean was not during our stay (super hot week). Would love to come back but not in July… haha!

Okay property

I am putting a new review on, because the old was taken off, and I feel like people need to read accurate reviews. The location was good. 1) The couch was filthy and had an odor, so we covered it with blankets for our stay. 2) We were only given 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We have never rented a place that didn’t supply toilet paper and dish soap, which was very weird. The kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend the condo if some of the things were fixed.

Amazing!

Such a beautiful place! Ended up with a lot of rain but we still got in 4 bike rides and lots of fresh seafood. We had a very relaxing time that was only made better by being in a home that left us wanting for nothing. Island Rental did a superb job in keeping us informed when a bad storm was brewing. Very helpful reminders during the checkout process. Very much appreciated! Thanks Grace for providing a lovely vacation home!

Save our vacation!!!

We actually stumbled upon Siboney. Long story short, we res, paid in full for another place that they double booked with the former owner so we got the boot 1 wk b4 our arrival date. I had 6 people in my family and I was truly panicked!! I found Siboney and the place I got booted from made good by reserving and paying for Siboney. This house was amazing!! It was roomy, clean, near the beaches and restaurants. We unfortunately had crazy cooler weather, only 1 1/2 days of sun which we spent on the beach. We were only able to use the pool once, it was under repair 1st couple of days we were there (heater) and pool never got warm enough to enjoy. We had no problem making the best of enjoying the beautiful house. Unit 15 at Pelican Cove is everything you could want for a perfect vacation in AMI.Looking for a sunrise over the bay while drinking coffee on your screened in lanai-check.Walk the beautiful beach just steps across the street-check.Walk down to the famously charming and historic Bridge St. pier where you’ll find a plethora of great restaurants, bars, and shopping-you can even fish off the pier there and/or from your private dock. The condo is roomy and well appointed with comfortable beds and bedding. The highlight is the massive doors(which open to a screened in lanai)which give a panoramic view of the boats and birds etc. of Sarasota Bay. Breathtaking! Pool and hot tub are a bonus along with being affordable.Will be back next winter for sure…

Each side of this duplex provided both privacy and convenient visiting with other family members. Easy walk to the beach and shops, restaurants, Anna Maria Pier! We had everything we needed for cooking, playing games, and hitting the beach for our group of 6 plus a baby. We will be back.

What a charming place! We felt right at home. So relaxing the decor and the amenities, no need to go anywhere! Close proximity to the beach and kids loved casting their rods right across the street. Our family made amazing memories here such a great place! Pool was warm kids swam everyday and the trolley pickup was right around the corner. Shell Cove #9 was FANTASTIC!

This was our 4th visit to AMI but our 1st time staying at Shell Cove 9. We had booked a different condo but in October we received a call from Amy T. with Vacation Properties and the condo (1 bdrm / 1 bath) we had reserved was being renovated and was not going to be completed by our stay. Before calling Amy had already found 2 other condos for us to choose from with Shell Cove being one of them. Both were 2 bdrm / 1 bath and was close to what we were paying for our 1st condo. That meant a lot. If you don’t mind climbing some stairs, the second-floor unit is very comfortable, clean and I was very impressed with the dĆ©cor! The view is incredible, was constructed with a wide shared balcony, just steps from the beach and the 2nd floor offers more privacy without people walking back and forth in front of your rooms. The outdoor table and chairs outside our room were comfortable and large and was a perfect spot to eat meals or read a book. Although the weather wasnā€™t the best; we had a couple beautiful sunsets. You just can’t beat the location, within walking distance to a couple restaurants, a close drive to Publix and more restaurants. The kitchen was good and had everything we needed (no stove). Since having a washer and dryer in the unit it allowed us to pack lightly. Island Vacations properties were wonderful to work with!! We are getting ready now to book our next vacation!

Beach cart and supplies are so convenient for those traveling from out of town. Pool is heated and refreshing after a day at the beach or for night swimming. If you are looking to stay close to the beach and drive as little as possible, this condo is a great location. We stayed in Unit 3. Parking was a little confusing, but there were spots for everyone. My kids really enjoyed the pool. We were only 2 blocks from the beach & only blocks from diners, dinners, ice-cream, and shopping. This condo has a storage with chairs, umbrella, a cart, and adult bikes. There was a few sand buckets-no shovels or other toys for kids. The pool area has a lot of chairs/tables and yard space next to it. The laundry room is coin operated, so please bring quarters if you want to wash your clothes/towels. The pool restroom remained locked our entire stay; we did not receive a key. In the condo, there was a comfy clean feel. Living space has 2 couches and a chair; 4 person table and 2 chairs outside. Kitchen has some necessities and the freezer has plenty of ice packs for coolers. The bathrooms both have showers. The bedrooms are upstairs. The sunset can be seen from the master bedroom & a beautiful morning view can be seen from the 2nd bedroom. There is plenty of closet space in the master. This condo had beach towels, regular towels, many pillows, extra bedding available; we preferred to bring our own. The living room coffee table had a game of scrabble. The TVs are Roku tvs; we didn’t use them enough to know if any cable. We didn’t have any major issues and our stay was very relaxing. Island Vacation Properties checked in and responded in a timely fashion. The app never worked for us, so they emailed us what we needed to know. We did go during Halloween and we were a 5 minute drive from the trick or treat trail. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The beach was not crowded; lots of nature in the morning & evening. We did notice, 8 units with one pool- if every unit was booked to capacity, and everyone was at the pool to swim, the pool could not accommodate. We felt this condo was a good size for the 4 of us.

Great location. Very nice being in the downstairs. It was so nice just to walk right out on the sand. There is a little noise from footsteps upstairs but that was expected. The bed we used was really comfortable. Plenty of towels for the beach and shower. We have taken this trip 8 years in a row now , stayed in some more modern places but this is perfect for a couple . The location makes it . You still have perfect views of the sunsets from the downstairs patio. Would rent again if it was just the 2 of us. Only one bathroom and no dishwasher were the only things that kept me from giving 5* rating.

Perfect Sisterā€™s Trip

A perfect last minute trip with my sister. This is the 2nd time Iā€™ve stayed at Palm View Lake House and will not be the last. The place continues to improve. The pool is new and amazing providing shade and sun. The owners thought of every need we could possible have with beach equipment, every kitchen amenity and blankets to curl up with in the evening to watch some movies just to name a few. October & November are the perfect time to visit AMI, not much traffic, no wait or little wait at restaurants and still warm enough to enjoy the beach and the pool.

Carefree peace of paradise

Our family loves the palms 4 condo. The layout is wonderful for a small family that is looking to spend quality time together. Even on rainy days, the owner provide games and puzzles along with WiFi to keep us entertained. The location is also convenient. Being close to the beach and a short walk for little ones that need carried home after along day at the beach. When the beach is not in your plans, many of the amenities, sites, and restaurants are close near by. We love staying at Palms 4 and plan to vacation there as we make our family memories for years to come!

They called me that morning and said the place was ready and our access code was activated and we could use right away. This was 5 hours before normal check-in. This property is amazing! Only a few steps to the beach. The wagon made it easy to get chairs and toys back and forth. My kids loved coming home to the pool and hot tub after playing on the beach all day. The location is also within steps to a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and local stores. We loved our rental property! It was the perfect place with beach access just steps away. It came with a covered parking spot which was a plus. The property managers were very helpful and friendly. Would Not Stay Here Again

The property was very deceiving from the photos as follows: * Mildew on the main bedroom ceiling * TV did not work the first night had to speak with Spectrum 3 times * Fan & Light fixture in the Bathroom falling out of ceiling * Kitchen faucet was broken * Never got to use the Pool, there was a family there who had at least 15+ friends/relatives with kids in diapers. Very loud and lots of screaming, no one enforces the Pool Rules * No way to get the Beach Chairs and Cart down the stairs easily, not good for older persons. The 2 umbrellas were broken * Sand all over the hallway, I had to vacuum the first day * Walls were very dirty It’s hard to believe that this place got a number of 5 Stars ratings, must have been friends of the owner.

A perfect place for family vacation

Excellent location with a beautiful view on the gulf from the patio and EVERY room. I even saw a dolphin once. Loved the decor- very stylish and modern. Everything in the house is new and clean, comfortable and thoughtfully chosen. 2 minutes walk to the beach, just next to the pool. I would definitely recommend this place- it’s a perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation!

Wonderful family spot!!!

Loved our stay at Sandy Pines! The house was immaculate and so beautiful. Plenty of space for the five of us (three adults and two kids, 6 and 8 years old). It had all the amenities we needed for cooking, laundry, hanging out, and swimming! The pool was perfect for morning and evening swims and the beaches are close enough to squeeze in between – just minutes away! Plenty of things to do and places to eat nearby as well. I also loved being only about 20 minutes from the Sarasota/Bradenton airport. Anna Maria island is about 15 minutes away and was so much fun. Coquina Beach is also a must! Itā€™s close by and has great parking, bathrooms and concessions. My kids already asked if we can come back next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Getaway

Location is perfect. Close to Publix grocery, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Includes beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys, pool floats and a wagon to haul it to the beach only a block away! Also 2 bicycles šŸš² pool is fantastic with plenty of seats and gas grill. Large walk in shower, comfortable beds, laundry in master bedroom closet, lots of dresser and closet space. All appliances you would need in the kitchen. They supplied laundry soap and lots of extra amenities that you donā€™t think about until you need them. Oh and I almost forgot the most important thingā€¦.gift certificate for free ice cream, Definitely 5 stars! Cannot wait to return next year! Bruce and Bonnie are very responsive to questions.

Rental was very clean, great views from the covered patio, and within walking distance to food, fun, beach. Island Vacation Properties is a great business to deal with. This was our first time staying in Summer Winds and Runaway Bay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Everything was exactly as pictured and all amenities for the Summer Winds condo were like new. There was nothing that we had to purchase other than food. Bikes, fishing poles, chairs, beach toys all great!!! Literally 450 steps to beach with a great place to cross the road. No steps whatsoever (1st floor condo) We would stay here again !

Beautiful and Peaceful Vacation!

This place is everything we could have wanted in a vacation for my family! The location gave us a peaceful and relaxing week, and best of all we were just a minutes from the most popular beaches and restaurants. The home itself was clean and had everything you would need for a week to month long stay, or even longer! The interior of the home was very new, unlike many other properties in the area, and was extremely clean. The washer and dryer was a life saver, especially with two little kids! The gated community was great as well and offered hotel style amenities, including multiple pools, a clubhouse, a gym, and a private beach, restaurant and bar overlook the water! Best of all it was QUIET! Whether youā€™re a local,Ā  looking to getaway or from out of state, this home has it all!

Amazing Stay!

Location, location, location! This accommodation is a gem. It was clean, cozy, colorful, and vibrant and just a few steps from the marina and the beach. It’s within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and shops. The area is clean and safe. The unit was equipped with everything we needed including a beach umbrella and chairs to everything you need in the kitchen. It felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this unit. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Two Thumbs Up! 5 stars! 10 out of 10! Amazing, Incredible, Comfortable, Relaxing. All the feels you will experience as soon as you step onto The Point property. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Watch the morning sunrises while enjoying some breakfast on the back patio. Easy walking to shops and dining throughout the day. More importantly, you will be just steps away from relaxing on that beautiful gulf shore. You can tell the owners have done an amazing job to make sure that all will have that picture perfect vacation.

Extremely enjoyable!

This apartment was amazing! It is extremely nice, clean and well kept and the location is perfect. Everything is close by and in walking distance! The beach is about 60 seconds away and Publix grocery store is with in 4 minutes walk! Bruce is one of the nicest guys in the world and made every accommodation to ensure my family had an amazing vacation. HIGHLY recommend staying at palms #4 if you have the opportunity, you will NOT regret it. Canā€™t wait to go back!!!

Paradise at the beach!

My family and I had stayed on this property several times, and it never ceases to amaze us. It is beyond the telling of words, just how beautiful this place is. The property is just a few mere steps from the beach, very well located near restaurants and shops. Even though it’s not too big, it certainly has everything you’ll need. Also, it would seem like this unit we stayed at, #2, had been upgraded at bit. It does have some minor details here and there, which is normal for a property this age, but it served our purpose and more. Can’t wait to come back here again soon. Thanks so much for everything!

Our stay at the Palms couldn’t have been better, the condo is nicely decorated, clean, and has everything you need to stay at your home away from home, the beach access is a short walk away and just far enough from the public beach to be a nice, calm, quiet relaxing day. Glorious vacation

This was the perfect rental for us. We have been to Anna Maria many times. This is the first time staying on this side of the island. The condo was very comfortable and very easy to get into and out to the beach. The condo was clean and homey. The screen in porch was awesome. We enjoyed spending a lot of time there watching the birds and dolphins. We loved relaxing on the beach chairs provided by the beach. The Hot tub was clean and relaxing. The beachā€™s are beautiful. Great for running or walking the beach and always the best swimming. We loved being able to walk to several restaurant options, most with live music. Everyone is always friendly on the island. We went on a dolphin tour and went out on the Princess paddle boat for a comedy cruise. We are looking forward to renting from this condo again.

This place was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were very happy with the bedrooms and the bathrooms. The location was fantastic and the beach was steps away. We spent two relaxing weeks at the Palms. This condo is well stocked, clean, very comfy beds, great shower and has a nice outdoor space. Bruce and Bonnie are very attentive and generous owners. The location is great. Very short walk to the beach, no sitting in traffic! The beach is beautiful. We saw dolphins all the time! Also walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream and shopping. We used the bikes a few times to ride to each end of the island. We had a great vacation at The Palms and will be back!

A month of fun

Nice spacious house. Nicely furnished. Close to the beach. Game room. Recently updated. Warm pool. We enjoyed our time and highly recommend Serena Del Mar.

Excellent location

Location is excellent, we walked to all the stores and restaurants. The trolley stop was close so We took the trolley everywhere, so we didnā€™t have to drive. The beach is right across the street and we walked the beech every day. The pool at the condo was 83 degrees, so we swam in it every day since it was windy and chilly at the beach. The condo could use some new beach chairs. The condo could use some updates but was satisfactory for us. The Furniture was good enough. It would have been nice to have a dish washer but we survived. It was all about the location and the pool.

3rd Stay. Only getting better!

This was our third time staying in this unit (Beach House Resort 1). It has been nicely updated since our previous visit in 2021 with a new bed, sofa, tables, TVs, outdoor dining set, etc. Anna Maria is a special place and this unit is in an amazing location on the island. The beach is virtually yours. We’ve stayed twice during peak season (Christmas) and the beach is never crowded. You’ll enjoy the most amazing sunsets each night as the sun drops right into the ocean, viewable from within the unit, in the screened-in room, or directly from the beach. Lounge chairs and beach towels are provided and Laundry is located on-site. Plenty of beach/water toys are in the unit as well, in case you are bringing kids. Do not hesitate to book Unit #1 if you find it available. We’ll be back next year.

Perfect Slice of Paradise

This is a little slice of paradise! Seriously, you are ON the beach, the location canā€™t get any better. Watch the color unfold in the morning while sitting on your lanai drinking coffee, or step outside for a walk on the white sand beach. See the birds soaring, the pelicans hunting, and yes ā€“ dolphins surfacing while they swim in the ocean. If youā€™re not out enjoying the local atmosphere, step out on the lanai once again in the evening to observe stunning sunsets, or pull out a beach lounger (supplied in condo parking area for all guests) and watch the sun set. We are annual visitors; this owner updates every year. Recent updates we have noted include both bathrooms updated & newly tiled, new refrigerator with ice maker, a new sectional couch and even new glass coffee tables & dining room table! Giant king master bed is very comfortable, and the fan cools the room nicely ā€“ we have not experienced any issues. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have PLENTY of closet space. Rooms are very private, and this area is nice & quiet, no bothersome noise from traffic or other tenants. Unit is always immaculate. Pool is well maintained and is just outside, for condo guests only. Make your own breakfast and dinner (dishes, pots and pans supplied) or walk to a beach restaurant and bar with live music. Convenient stacked washer & dryer are there for your use. There are so many things to do and enjoy in this area. The free trolley will take you down to Coquina Beach or up to Anna Maria Island. Closet just inside the door typically has beach toys, finishing poles and the like. There are puzzles and games inside of the kitchen counter cabinet. As if you even need to leave this comfy unit ā€“ there are several nature preserves in the area, many restaurants and bars, ample shopping, and also fishing charters, parasailing, yoga, etc. all right on the island. I canā€™t say enough about how perfect this condo is.

Unit 201 Coquina Beach Club Christmas Vacation

This unit is in a perfect location on Anna Maria Island Florida! Walking distance to everywhere but even if your not up for a beautiful walk, a bike path and free trolley stop that services the entire island is right in front of the complex. This unit offers unobstructed views of spectacular sunsets right off your personal lanai and just steps from the gorgeous white sand beach that is perfect to enjoy long walks for miles in either direction. Marine life, sea shell collections, restaurants, shopping and the historical bridge street are right out your door to less than a mile walk. You really don’t even need a car here! Our vehicle stayed the unit’s covered parking for most of the trip. We honestly didn’t spend much time in the unit other than to make breakfast in the well stocked and updated kitchen and have coffee on the lanai each morning, watching the dolphins play in the backyard. The corner unit lanai offers a spectacular unobstructed view of the beach as far as the eye can see! After breakfast, we were off to the beach, biking and all around fun in the sun! The unit was clean, well maintained with noticeable updates and sincere care throughout. It’s obvious the owners take great care in this unit and the comfort of their guests! Beach towels, fishing poles, beach chairs, games, as well as hair dryer, fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher and WIFI are all readily available for guests to use. I had read the master bed was uncomfortable but we didn’t experience that at all. Regardless, the owners replaced it the day after we left with a new mattress for future guests. We wanted for nothing other than more time. Thank you for sharing your corner of paradise with us!

The property was super close to the beach which made it really easy to walk to the beach. The property was clean with brand new furnishings and looks like it was all newly remodeled. There was a nice big balcony to hang out on and grill if youā€™d like. Would for sure recommend and visit again!

Nothing short of Perfect

Just the perfect week! This place is luxurious and had every single thing we needed for a week full of fun and relaxing and unwinding. Loved the location and having the choice of relaxing in this resort with all the amenities or going out to the beaches and restaurants on the island (the free shuttle was an amazing plus and cant stop raving about the monkey bus!) Our favorites were the Rod and Reel Pier or tiki hut at Holmes beach for sunsets… but also very much enjoyed just cooking up a meal and enjoying on the lanai at the house with the most perfect margarita (I have to buy one of those machines they have at the unit). Recommend highly and we will be back!

This beautiful home is the perfect place to enjoy AMI. The kitchen and bath are updated with top-of-the-line finishes ā€“ I loved the pebbled floor in the shower! The beachy dĆ©cor is so clean and fresh. Just a short walk to the Holmes Beach, made easy with the oversized wagon, beach chairs and cooler provided. After a fun day at the beach, we enjoyed some slow down time, relaxing on the back deck overlooking Spring Lake before catching the free trolley to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. Definitely a place where I would stay again!

I had such a relaxing stay here with my dog. I love that this rental is pet friendly and so close to the beach, the grocery store, and downtown Anna Maria! The property is very clean, beds are comfortable, and it is so well equipped with kitchenware and appliances, beach gear, and even bikes. The owners are great to work with if anything comes up, and they give you $35 towards ice cream at Holy Cow! The pool area is perf for relaxation and gets midday sun. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing week in this beautifully renovated, fully stocked house. Great deck off the back with a view of the lake, perfect place to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Short walk to the beach with a beach wagon and chairs that were provided with house. A stop for the free trolley is just across the street, making it so easy to get around the island. Beautifully remodeled location that keeps the bungalow charm. We rented both sides of A&B with friends and it was an absolute dream location. The beds and furniture were super comfy and the bathrooms were modern with really cool light fixtures. Beach access was directly across the street so we had a short walk for ocean, beach fun and sunsets. We had the BEST vacation at Flamingo Beach!! We could walk right out and had the most amazing time on the beach with the provided kayaks and beach toys. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, as we never wanted to leave this spot. Quiet and secluded with all the comfortable furnishes we could have asked for. My family cannot wait to come back here!

Quiet location, great back yard!!

Great quiet location about 4 miles to the beach. We loved the fenced in backyard which made it easy with our dog and the neighborhood was good for long walks too. (We walked to the causeway everyday) Also Walking distance to Publix. Wi-fi worked fine and plenty of room to spread out. The pool is great for those days we didn’t want to go to the beach. And no shortage of places to eat on the Island (Anna Maria) and when we didnā€™t feel like going out it was nice just chillin’ in the backyard with the BBQ.. Will definitely book Sandy Pines again.

Snow to Sand Holiday 2021

Island V.P. is a great agency to work with. They were very helpful in finding a location that was very near the beach and pet friendly. This home is just like going back to Grandma’s cottage in 1962! The best thing about the home is the beach proximity and the 3 baths, especially the one in the laundry room as it was super convenient for kiddo’s. It is a great place to be if you are spending most of your time outdoors, but if you have bad weather or are an indoor person this is not the home for you. The kitchen appliances are from the 1960’s and do not work well but the outdoor grill was a life saver. The furniture is dated and not very clean. The beds were comfortable and the linen was all clean. The A/C worked well thankfully as many of the window screens were damaged and some windows did not open. The entry door is not very secure, but thankfully this island is very safe and quiet. I would recommend this home for a 7 day stay or less. The best thing is the beach proximity as in half a block you are on the sand and we had a great time with sunny 75 degree weather for Christmas week. I hope that Island VP can encourage the owners to make the needed updates along with a fresh coat of paint on the walls and the wood trim on the interior of the home….Cream walls and light island teal trim would make this place the jewel that it has to potential to be along with kitchen updates. I will say that the kitchen had every possible utensil or tool needed.

Paradise!!!

I can describe our stay in one word…paradise!!!! The condo is beautifully decorated with unique touches around every corner. We spent every morning on the patio drinking coffee, watching the sunrise and enjoying our friendly egret visits. The condo is a quick 5 minute walk in either direction to the village and beach. Our only decision to make now is when to be back!!!

Excellent Last Minute Trip

I had a conference that was canceled in Naples so we were looking for a last minute trip. We love AMI and have rented from island Vacation Properties in past. This spot may be our favorite! Heated pool was an unexpected perk! Clean, well cared for unit. Made some great friends with the regulars. Highly recommend. Hoping to bring my mom back to the first level unit with two bedrooms. Would be very handicap accessible for her. A winner!

All of the beach/pool supplies in the storage closet are a huge bonus as well since we didn’t have to pack anything for the beach, or have to put anything sandy back in our car to go home! It’s a quick 5 minute walk from the front door to toes in the water (while dragging two kiddos in a wagon!), Publix and multiple food places are on the next street over, there’s multiple trolley stops nearby to hop on the free island trolley, and the pool has a great combination of shade/sun. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our final week of summer vacation, and we will not hesitate to stay here again the next time we come visit the island!

Location canā€™t be beat – 2 blocks to the beach and 1 block to the bay. Stunning views of the bay from the back deck. The house was tastefully decorated and very clean. The garage was an extra bonus stocked with beach wagon and canopy. Already looking forward to our next visit! *Loved the linen program! Bedding and towels were white and smelled so fresh!

This was a girls trip with my mom and two daughters. This unit was perfect for the 4 of us. It is so close to grocery and some excellent restaurants and shops. Excellent communication from the owner and company. You are maybe a block and half from the beach access and the unit is stocked with sand toys, rafts, umbrellas, wagons, etc. We rented a golf cart and would pull the wagon behind it and park right by the beach. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to stay here again!

My family and I absolutely love this place. This is our second time staying here and it won’t be our last. It is always clean and beautifully decorated. The host is amazing and so easy to work with. You are right on the beach and close to stores nearby. There is a spacious kitchen to cook in and a full size refrigerator and freezer. There is a new grill outside for guests to use and a table outside that you can eat at while watching the sunset. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy. It is always such a wonderful vacation when we go. You won’t be disappointed.

This incredible property, nestled amount the trees between the complexes and resorts has its own beach access and yard to relax in. Private, clean and beautifully decorated, your whole family will be comfortable. There is a complete kitchen and patio outside to eat at or grill. The location is the best on the island, the best sunsets and an easy walk to all amenities yet serene. This will always be our choice for a fantastic vacation.

The place was meticulous. No corners cut. The outdoor space is all you could ask for. Pool, hot tub, putting green, lots of nice outdoor furniture and grill. Inside decorated in super cute and tasteful beach theme. Wonderful beach wagon and chairs made walks to the beach easy. The only constructive criticism I would offer is a little bit more outdoor lighting and a few mounted oscillating fans for the covered patio. Summer is nasty hot in Florida as we all know. There’s a nice ceiling fan on patio but a couple oscillating fans would definitely add to the enjoyment of this wonderful outdoor space . We will absolutely be back.

We know that we have, thankfully, missed some very uncomfortable weather in NJ while our stay here has given us beautiful days. We celebrated Paul’s birthday at The Lazy Lobster on Longboat Key and have come to enjoy breakfast at Mademoiselle Paris (back patio) in Anna Maria. We’ve been coming to Anna Maria Island for over 15 years and noticed many more people have found this quaint, picturesque location. But we can share! We stayed here in May 2022 for our 30th anniversary. It was very smooth renting through this company. We were very pleased. Everything about Home Suite Holmes (Palm Cay 1) was perfect and as described. The condo was very clean, modern, and comfortable. It is decorated in a beach theme with relaxing neutral colors. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and another smaller table top fan we used to drown out any exterior noise. We slept good. The unit was very quiet while we were there. There is a small pool on site that we only used once as we spent all of our time at the beach. The tropical trees and plants surrounding the property are beautiful. It is a very short walk down a neighborhood street to the beach access. We explored the whole island, but enjoyed the seclusion of the beach near the condo since it wasnā€™t nearly as busy as other places. The sunset views are beautiful from the beach. We were very impressed that absolutely everything we needed for a good time at the beach was provided for us in this rental! There was a wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, pool noodles, beach towels and more. They really thought of everything. We didnā€™t use the kitchen much except for making quick breakfast and lunch meals, but it seemed to have all the necessary essentials. We were so happy with our stay and would come back. A few thingsā€¦ You will need to be careful pulling out onto the road from the parking space because the road can get busy. They also have two blow up SUPā€™s. One of the paddles was missing a piece, so we werenā€™t able to use them. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels and hooks. The shower would be better with a sliding door rather than a curtain which can tend to touch you. Overall we were happy with our stay and wouldnā€™t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you.

This is our 9th summer at Anna Maria and first time staying at Sunseeker Haven. It was perfect! Location canā€™t be beat – 2 blocks to the beach and 1 block to the bay. Stunning views of the bay from the back deck. The house was tastefully decorated and very clean. The garage was an extra bonus stocked with beach wagon and canopy. Already looking forward to our next visit! *Loved the linen program! Bedding and towels were white and smelled so fresh!

This home was amazing! It is large, spacious, super clean, and gorgeous. The amenities it had such as a large capacity washer/dryer, fully updated kitchen, TVs in each bedroom and a large screened in porch were great for our families week there. I can’t say enough about how beautifully landscaped the pool area is, it’s a tropical paradise! Very short walk to the beach was great also! Will definitely rent this home again.

We loved our stay at Beach House #3. I cant say enough about this unit it was great. We loved the screened in porch and the fact we were right on the beach. The location was great.. restaurants within steps. We had some issues with the WIFI but as soon as we contacted Island Vacation Properties they sent someone out quickly. Our only complaint is the week went by too fast. We will definitely be returning!

Summer Winds was one of the best place

Summer Winds was one of the best place. I have stayed on the island. We began coming here in 2011 shortly after my mother’s cancer diagnosis. We were able to have 2 memorable thanksgiving vacation here with my parents, all of my sisters (4 of us) and our families. we returned once again in 2014 without my mother, This island holds a spot in my heart for that reason. I continue to “Pilgrimage” here almost annually and will be back in December with all of my 5 grown kids plus the grandkids. We continue to cherish the memories we have made and make more, My mother-In law came with me this year. She is 80 we enjoyed the water fountains our entire stay. You have a beautiful home.

The pool was spotless as was the weather and the marvelous neighbors in our complex. Such a perfect spot to walk a block to the ocean for my morning 2 miles. Spoiled! Hard to say goodbye

This was our style of living, a vintage cabin style home with fenced yard for our Wheaten. The yard had a fire pit and grill. The house also had a screened porch. When weather brought cold winds (January) that yard was still nice. Beach is literally across the street and shopping/dining one block over and the Pier about 2 blocks walk. No driving to do once arrived. The kitchen pans and supplies were ample for large families as well as towels. This company doesnā€™t cut back

We really enjoyed this property. Very quiet and private setting…..yet only 70 yards to the beach and you can also walk to Publix and some shops. Very clean and great management company. The unit has a great storage closet with bikes and goodies for the beach. This unit is also fully stocked with all the needs you could think of for the kitchen etc.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The sunset views at night were absolutely gorgeous. The many days that we were here, we were able to see sharks and Dolphins, which definitely made the trip exciting! The views alone definitely sell this place! Inside the condo was very clean and well organized. The pool area was very welcoming and most enjoyable. We were five minutes away from the beach which was very nice and convenient. We would most definitely stay here again!

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo over Labor Day weekend. The unit was spacious and comfortably accommodated all three couples. We had access to plenty of utensils for a few nights when we decided to eat in. We were incredibly impressed with the location, we could walk to Publix for groceries, step down to the beach for a dip in the Gulf, and stop by Skinny’s for a quick happy-hour : ) Overall we loved our time here and would highly recommend staying at the condo!

Sail Away Cottage

Loved this cottage! Cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and trolley stop was nearby. Really enjoyed the pool area too! Will definitely return to Sail Away. One suggestion though….a gas grill would be great for grilling and chilling by the pool.

WOW ! We had a wonderful time. This is a perfect location, we brought our boat , the launch area was just around the corner. My family enjoyed the pool and the kids had a great time in the yard just being kids. This house is very spacious and is exactly what we expected. Perfect for girls trip & for my family of 5. Updated Modern Decor with gold & blues made it feel like a fancy hotel stay. Kitchen full of pots pans and everything you need to eat/cook with but why do that when you can walk to all these restaurants? Trolley for the island is literally on the corner. The main door faces a private courtyard and is steps away from the heated pool. Felt like we had a private resort to ourselves. I used the coin laundry room on property, steps away from the pool, super easy and fun for my kids to see. Plenty of beach toys in the closet. Keurig in kitchen big plus for quick coffee mornings. ALL of the beds were super comfy and every bedroom decorated with beautiful curtains & rugs. The property has many gates and we felt safe & secluded on vacation in this quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved everything about this rental and would totally book it as our annual family beach trip as well as recommend to our family and friends over and over again! After being to AMI multiple times and overpaying for sub-par accommodations – this was perfection! Literally a 7 min walk over the bridge – and no traffic to worry about. We had such a great time! This condo was so tastefully decorated and was fully stocked with everything you could need – including a Margarita maker! In this condo is a very large lanai that fully opens up to the living room by way of a wall of glass doors that open up all the way – overlooking a large lake with pelicans and ducks. We took the bikes in the storage unit out to the nature preserve across the street and used the fishing rods in there and caught dinner one night off of the bridge. Just an amazing time! We will be back!

My husband & I just returned from our 2nd stay at Seaside Beach House 201! We were blessed to have quiet, peaceful neighbors this past stay. It was so amazing! Of course, the carpet does still need a good cleanse but it’s the beach! Things happen. The bed is so comfy, the fan above the bed is wonderful at night, love the big tub in the guest bathroom. There were a few little tiny ants on the kitchen counter that creeped me out but that might be a seasonal thing. The couch is SUPER comfy, the balcony is perfect! I wish the fridge started out cold when guests arrive…it took 24 hours and we were scared our milk & food would spoil. BUT…overall, waking up with THAT VIEW as you walk from the bedroom to the living room….. it’s just HEAVENLY to see the Gulf in front of your eyes! I LOVE #201! The stairs are tough but worth it! It’s one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at! And IVP are fantastic!

This house was absolutely perfect. It was more than we expected. The house had everything from dishes to beach supplies. The outside kitchen by the pool was our favorite place to be unless we were at the beach a short walk away. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to fully enjoy thier vacation. Our family had a fantastic time here! We were lucky enough to meet the super friendly and accommodating owners while they stayed at the neighboring duplex (the A to our B). Canā€™t say enough about how awesome it was to have a spot with a full kitchen and laundry that was only a two minute walk to a quiet, white sand beach. Good food and fun attractions are easily accessible on Anna Maria Island (via a free trolley) or in nearby Sarasota. Definitely check out the Mote Marine Lab & Aquarium if youā€™ve got little ones!

We have stayed in n Sea Pirate 7 three times in the past four years. We keep coming back to it because it is a great place to stay on AMI. It only takes one minute to reach the sand from the doorstep, yet it doesnā€™t come with a ā€œbeachfrontā€ price tag. The section of Holmes beach you walk out to is never over crowded. It is quiet, with only 8 units, and we love having the option to swim in the pool if we didnā€™t feel like going back to the ocean. The unit itself ha comfy living room furniture to lounge on and we all slept well on their beds. It is always clean and has what we need for a relaxing week. It isnā€™t right in the trolley line, but it is only a five minute walk around the corner to the one in front of Walgreens. It is close to Publix, Walgreens and central to many restaurants, yet it is a very quiet and low traffic street. We love it!

I love staying at the beach house resort. Being staying there for over 15 years. Definitely will be back. This year I renting unit 2 and 3. My suggestion can you look into putting a water spout over the two unit. When it rains itā€™s really hard getting in and out without getting really wet. The screens need a little cleaning. Other my family and friends had a great time. Definitely will be back.

Everything was great. They replaced the broken bed frame from our last stay with a much better one. I would still suggest replacing the mattress with a firmer one. Also, there is a random pine tree that popped up a couple years ago that has gotten big enough that it is obstructing the view from unit #1 and is impeding on the concrete pad for the lounge chairs. I would suggesting removing this tree. It was never there before a couple years ago. We love this place and have already booked our next two stays.

We enjoyed our week at SS Salamander North. The location is the best you can get and not actually be beachfront. Just a short walk to the beach access. Our first day on the beach was Memorial Day and the area around this beach access was not crowded. We could see that farther south at Manatee Beach, it was quite crowded. The house was great for us. The highlight is the beautiful backyard and pool. There seating and a grill on separate sides of the pool for each unit. The grill is gas, not charcoal. There is also a fire pit table, which we didnā€™t use bc it was too hot. The pool is really nice. We also enjoyed the deck off the living room and sat out there every morning. We are our meals on the deck or by the pool depending on which area was shaded. It was nice to have the laundry access and use of beach chairs, etc. We brought out bikes along and we locked them in the laundry at night. Sharing the pool area with the neighbors could be a little weird. Our neighbors did not use the pool while we were there. We did see them out on the deck sometimes . There are little lights strung around the deck, but they are plugged in inside the other unit, so we could not turn them on. The beds are very firm. We did not care for them and the sheets are rough and uncomfortable. No extra blankets (just the comforter) so bring your own. Also, not enough washcloths provided for a week stay. I managed to find 8, which we used in one day as we all showered twice. This meant that I did a load of laundry every night so we would have clean washcloths for the next day. The bathroom window needs a curtain. We hung up paper towels fastened by bandaids! šŸ˜„ The place is fairly small but had a nice kitchen, dining room table and plenty of seating area in living room.

My husband and I had a very much needed week to ourselves at this lovely condo. Weā€™ve rented from IVP before and they are always so friendly and accommodating. This condo was so comfortable and the views from the deck are amazing! We had a fantastic stay and only wish island time would slow itsā€™ pace a bit; went way too fast. Fabulous home, close to many restaurants, private Beach front, very well maintained.Been coming here for 8 years. Owners have been terrific with maintenance requests. Very well stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend Breakers One or any of the Breakers Rentals on Anna Maria.

Island Vacation company was great to meet needs. Location of unit was great close to beach, Bridgestreet, and eating establishments were within a easy walk. Ice maker was broken but the vacation company was quick to bring us several bags of ice. The A/C froze up and the company sent a repair man out next morning. Could not set it lower than 75 due to the age of the A/C unit. The duplex was never cool enough to our liking. Would have not been comfortable in the hot part of summer. Unit was clean but could use a deep clean. Beach chairs and cart were in good condition.

Great location near public beach and stores. But weekends at beach were crazy busy with cars looking all over for parking. Made our coming and going – whether on foot, by car or bike – challenging. Unit nice. Kitchen too small for us cause we cooked most of time. Decently equipped. ā€œVillaā€ feel isnā€™t there cause place needs updating in outside from landscaping to tables, chairs and umbrellas. Pool clean and comfy. Nice to have complimentry cold wash and dryer use. Could use another gas grill. We had great weather! Will be back to AMI.

Such a perfect house to rent. So many amenities! From the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook, to the 2nd kitchen, outdoors to use for entertaining on New Year’s Eve by the pool. We will definitely be renting this one again! Also, very clean!

This was the perfect getaway to end 2020! It was nicer than we even imagined since we booked kind of last minute. The space was perfect and super clean! It was a short distance to the beach and had all amenities that we needed! Would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed in this unit every time we visit the Bradenton area. Employees of Vacation Properties are friendly and excellent to work with. The T V system can be a challenge but weā€™re in our late 70ā€™s. Our grandson was able to help us get it going. The unit was very clean and is close to many eating areas. We will stay in this unit again if available. The access to the beach is wonderful.

Paradise on the Island!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cove at Sandy Ponte! It was quiet and secluded overlooking the nature preserve. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our view of the preserve was gorgeous and we observed many birds. Even watched one come flying over carrying a fish and squawking about his catch. The grand boys loved the heated pool. The puppy loved the grassy areas on each end of property. Thank you Island Vacation for helping us find this place!

Family Fun

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The pool was beautiful, with a deep end that made it nice for adults and extra fun for the kids. The hot tub felt quite spacious and heated up to a lovey temperature. This house is on the main road and across the street from a gas station, but you donā€™t notice that once you are in the backyard. There are thoughtful touches throughout the house such as motion sensor lights in the garage which are really nice when heading out to the pool with your arms full of towels. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beach chairs are nice. The location is extremely close to the beach and very walkable to the grocery store and ice cream parlor (two essentials).

Fantastic location 2 blocks from the oceanfrontā€”an easy 5 minute walk. Because we are a family with food allergies, we had to do a ton of cooking, and we had everything we needed. It is an older home, so furniture & decor are dated, but sufficient. Pool is beautiful and a wonderful spot to hang out after a hot day at the beach! The home is centrally located just minutes from all the island hot spots. Great stay overall!

This was the first time my daughter and I had been to Anna Maria Island and it was absolutely incredible! We came with friends of ours and had an amazing time! The property we stayed in was fantastic! It is well-maintained, incredibly clean and just gorgeous! The views were awesome from all angles and the vibe in general was very tropical and laid back. I highly recommend this property to all!

Right on the beautiful turquoise water and sugar white beach of AMI! Sunset from the beach or your porch. The unit has been nicely updated. More space than we needed for 2 people, but I really wanted a bedroom on the beach side. Very hard to find! Property management was very responsive when we contacted them regarding cable. (Charter was not as responsive.) As first floor unit, there is sometimes a bit of sound from above. We would totally stay here again!

We stayed at the sea pirate and this place was perfect for us. Our first time on the island and this condo was wonderful. Very clean, very convenient. Anna Maria is a little slice of heaven and we picked a wonderful place on the island to stay. We had everything we needed. Their condos are filled with just about anything you would need for your stay. The pool was very clean, very nice. My kids used the pool twice. The beach is literally right across the street. Being here in the center of the island itā€™s quiet, perfect. We will definitely be planning another trip to the island and staying here at the sea pirate. We had one issue with the tv ( didnā€™t really use the TV but once) I called and it was fixed right away. Wonderful place to stay. Clean, convenient, and well kept.

Made Me Feel Like A Millionaire

Staying at Mermaids Dream made me feel like a millionaire! This vacation home is absolutely gorgeous! Me, my sister and niece enjoyed every minute of it. Loved the cleanliness, ping pong, pool and arcade game once we figured out how to play. Such a nice area to ride bikes, walk to the beach and wonderful restaurants. I slept in the room with the balcony and LOVED it. I hope to come back, you wait so long for vacations but this house was worth the wait.

My review is a little late, but the memory of this awesome condo is still vivid! The condo was completely sanitized and cleaned before we took possession. We had a couple questions about the condo and IVP was quick to respond and answer all our questions. The view from the condo is just heavenly. Every morning we sat out on the Lani at the table watching the dolphins play while sipping our coffee. The beach is super clean. The condo and the building are very well maintained. The condo is spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. I highly recommend ISP, Sunset Terrace, and condo #108!

Beautiful condo and very clean. There is a deck off of every room. Lots of beach toys, bikes, beach towels, ironing board available in the condo. Condo is only a short walk to the beach, eating and shopping. We rented a golf cart and barely drove our car all week. If interested in a golf cart, reserve early or they will be sold out. We would love to make this our yearly vacation destination. Very family friendly area.

This was our second visit to AMI but the first time we stayed at Four Beach Lovers. We LOVED it! We have already booked our two weeks here next year only next time weā€™ll be in one of the ocean front units. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the garden facing unit we stayed in (#4). I enjoyed swinging on the swing many days. The entire place is so cozy and and comfortable and stocked with everything we could have needed and more. The beach outside the unit only had other guests from neighboring places and it was so peaceful. Weā€™re really sad to be leaving and weā€™re counting the days until next year. Who knows, we may make it back again before that! Also, kudos to the management company! They do a fantastic job! Four Beach Lovers is our new home away from home!

I really enjoyed the condo. Pool area clean and well kept. Lots of chairs and lounges and plenty of shade trees. Bathroom located at the pool was clean and stocked. Nicely landscaped Very quiet neighborhood, streets safe for bikes and walking Short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, trolly, 5 minutes max for all. Clean inside and out. A bit dated but average for a beach condo in this area. Nice paint and flooring, comfortable beds, higher end linens, kitchen stocked well. A hidden benefit to the older structure is better soundproofing. By far my favorite thing about this place was the AC worked extremely well. Not always a given. I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service provided by Island Vacation Properties Staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fountain Head 3. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Itā€™s just steps from the beach which was great and the heated pool was perfect. The whole property is well maintained. The condo is in walking distance to the grocery store, pharmacy and a couple great souvenir shops which was so convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby too. We would absolutely stay at this condo again and have zero complaints! We canā€™t wait to go back.

Relaxing and beautiful

Stay was very enjoyable as usual (been staying here every year since this unit opened up). Except for the bed. Unit was redecorated since our last stay (painted and all new furniture). They finally replaced the refrigerator which never cooled properly from the first year this unit opened up. The new one worked great. The only complaint was the bed which broke on our second night and looked like it had been previously repaired poorly. I was able to put it back together to get through the rest of that night. Also, the mattress was so uncomfortable that we went and bought an air mattress and slept on that the rest of the stay, which was much more comfortable. Please replace the bed and mattress with something more sturdy and comfortable. Everything else was wonderful.

the PERFECT getaway for a girls getaway / birthday celebration ! Very clean, outdoor shower was so awesome ! plenty of space. LOVED the outdoor kitchen – great grill. Fun pool for skinny dipping ! very private. very safe. easy to find. family friendly. we checked out at least 5 other beaches – and Holmes Beach was the BOMB ! The pelicans were pretty darn cute too !

Perfect for a Family Reunion

We had the best time together at the Salamander. We had 11 in our group. We rented both sides to accommodate our family. The kitchen on the North side felt larger so the meals were all done on that side. The short one block walk to the beach was easy. The backyard pool was wonderful. Beautifully landscaped and peaceful. The grandkids loved the pool more than digging in the sand on the beach. We were comfortable with these two duplexes and would definitely rent it again.

Location is perfect! You can walk right onto the beach from your back door & itā€™s much less crowded than near the bigger condo complexes. Of the ground level units, this one has the biggest deck outside of the porch with chairs & a table (even shaded most of the day). The couch & toilet seat could be updated, but other than that we loved it!

Mi Happy Place perfect weekend away

Unit was very clean and perfect for our needs. Would stay again! We had an issue with the shower water being much too hot and they came out and fixed it right away. Only had one roll toilet paper and one garbage bag. Ran out of toilet paper and did not hear back from property so we went out and purchased some. Those were minor hiccups though And we had a great weekend. Easy walk to beach.

MI Happy Place Island Resort – Amazing!

Wow, what an amazing week! It was our first time to AMI and we were fortunate to stay at MI Happy Place Resort. We cannot say enough great things about the resort. 4 units, updated, every amenity and CLEAN!!! Large pool (heated and cooled) that is private only to the resort guests. Beach located across the street, and included ALL you need to enjoy, including beach chairs, beach towels, and a wagon for transport. No need to overpack. Close to all of the northern island attractions, including the shops, restaurants, and piers. Excellent WIFI signal, satellite TV with every channel, Netflix, etc. KING size beds, a rarity for most resorts. Laundry units are modern and clean. Also very close to the only large grocery store, which was key as we would use the full kitchen for both breakfast and lunch. All one level as well, didn’t have to traipse up and down stairs every time you came and went. We would recommend this to all ages and family sizes. Perfect for multiple families to vacation together yet still have some privacy. WE ARE GOING BACK ASAP!

Endless fun at the Southern Comfort

The southern comfort was the perfect house for our stay. Having the two rooms on one side of house allowed the adults to be away from the teenagers at night allowing them to stay up late and have fun. They house is roomy with plenty of seating …. pool was enjoyable and having the dock made for an easy week with the boat. Will definitely stay here again .

We stayed in beach house 102 and enjoyed it tremendously! This was our first time on Anna Maria and we are in love!!! 1 bedroom Condo on the first floor was spacious and enough for 3 of us. We loved waking up to the most gorgeous view of the ocean and going on a Long Beach walks in the morning! Also our young daughter was so happy that the pool was right on the beach so we could easily go back and forth between pool and the beach. Dining on the balcony with these breath-taking views was most enjoyable too. Very well stocked kitchen and overall condo had everything we needed. Will definitely be back and hope to rent from Island Vacation Properties again in the future!!!

This was our first stay on AMI and we enjoyed it so much! Four beach lovers 1 was absolutely wonderful! Weā€™ve never been so close to the ocean. I think this is the fourth time we’ve rented Tiki. Location,comfort and proximity to all we need for a great vacay. I noticed a lot of things have been replace, couch, deck chairs, etc.which is nice but I noticed a strong musty smell when we came in and I think its the water damage in the kitchen flooring. I found several puddles in front of the fridge,the ice maker randomly spits out ice anytime. I put a towel to catch it before it melts but obviously this is an ongoing problem. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

After a long car ride we were so happy to finally get to AMI! Love your condo-perfect location right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. We had awesome weather. Water temp was 75 and daily temps in the mid 80’s. Thank you for sharing your “beach house” and a little piece of paradise.

The property was clean and very conveniently located. The pool area was for the kids after a day at the beach. My sister and her family stayed in a separate unit which made vacationing together easy and fun. Two minor issues were raised and address quickly. We would gladly stay again!

We wanted to be on the sand steps from the ocean. It was great. Hot tub was cold. Emailed to have it adjusted. They said they would. Instead, changed the locks. No hot tub.

Beautiful Beach

The location is great, the scenery is beautiful and the furnishings are very nice. There was a lot of extra bedding and plenty of beach towels. There wasn’t a scrap of toilet paper in the master bathroom and no soap at most sinks. It also wasn’t very clean (especially on the floors). With some minor changes this could be a 5-star property. One other thing to mention is that you have to climb a couple flights of stairs to get into the unit. This was fine for us but could be a problem for some.

We rented this property because our sister-in-law and her family were renting on Bradenton Beach. Not the type of place we usually rent when we go to Florida. It has everything needed for a week’s stay. Plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and towels. Unfortunately, many of the dishes and silverware were dirty. The deck and the deck furniture need a good cleaning.The chairs on the deck are filty!!

Perfect location. Condo met all of our needs. We could have used more tea towels and an extra blanket for the couch, but everything else was just right. Right on beach, view of water from inside, beach chairs handy, hot tub available, nice kitchen, tastefully decorated. We didn’t have to rent a car since there’s a free bus and we were able to walk to restaurants. We are very pleased and hope to come back.

Overall a great experience. Had some minor issues with the e-mail contract process, but the staff was very helpful with getting the technical glitch resolved. The condo was roomier than I thought it was going to be and the recently remodeled bath was a big plus. My wife and I had a great vacation!

This house was in a great location to the beach and Publix. The house was clean and was suited to what we needed but it definitely needs updated. In my opinion, the kitchen needs to be cleaned out and organized. Too many things that are probably never used and no where to put groceries other than the counter. Bathrooms look like they are starting to update them with new vanities and toilets, but showers are old and shower curtain and rings were ripped or broken. This should be an easy inexpensive fix. Like I said, it suited our needs as we spent most of the time at the beach. Check in was very easy and the house was ready for an early check in but the staff did not seem very friendly. Staff at check seemed much nicer. We didn’t have any problems with the house while there so don’t know have reactive the property managers would have been. The beach was absolutely beautiful!

This house REALLY lives up to its name, as I our stay was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! There were 9 of us (two small kids), and it accommodated all of us very comfortably. The pool was a wonderful oasis for our 3 & 5 year old daughters, while it being right on the beach (with a private beach access), made beach time very easy. The view during the day from the house is amazing and the sunset is pristine, as there are no structures blocking the views. The sliding doors on the main floor and in the master bedroom stayed open for us all of the time. It was as if we were sitting outside, while being inside. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived, and the property management was extremely responsive if anything came up. We are actually planning on booking the property again next year. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We rented this property on Holmes Beach and had a fantastic experience. It is comfortable, quiet, and very close to the beach. The staff is quick to respond and very courteous. We had a minor issue with a hot water valve being turned off and they got someone out right away to fix the problem. The kitchen is very well appointed for a rental unit. We will definitely use Island Vacation Properites again!

Holmes beach is perfect

Everything was perfect. Island vacation properties was very pleasant to work with and the office is very close to this unit. Holmes beach is perfect. Quiet beach. No high rises. This unit is in the perfect location for easy access to the beach and groceries. Very comfortable unit that met all of our needs for a mother daughter vacation. Truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony eating meals and seeing the ocean. We have already booked for 2020. This is our go to unit for what we hope will be many years of vacation.

Unit 6 is our favorite

We have stayed in a number of units in Anna Maria Beach Place, and Unit 6 is our favorite. It is a second floor corner unit with lots of light and a gulf view. We really like staying in this part of the island because of being walking distance from Manatee Public Beach, Skinny’s, Jackie’s, Publix, Mr. Bones BBQ. The beach is right across the way. Very happy a dishwasher and disposal were put in (and a better shower head that doesn’t spray all over!). Also nice to finally have some new linens and towels, and other small improvements, like an electric kettle. Comfortable and clean. Love to watch the sunset from our terrace or walking barefoot to the beach for a better view. Always look forward to returning.

Anna Maria was fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were just two of us and our pup, but the house would be great for two couples. Beds and furniture were comfortable, kitchen was decently equipped and everything worked properly. And the location on the northern tip of Anna Maria was fantastic – very private and beaches not crowed. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the Cabana house

We loved the Cabana house. It has beautifully appointed woodwork throughout, three lovely bedrooms with one being an enclosed porch, and two nice bathrooms. The lizards are everywhere outside to see as you laze in the Hammock strung just next to the outside porch; there you can gaze at the ocean, just across a little traveled road. Crossing the street, a narrow path directly opposite of the Cabana house is a public one that goes 100 yards to the beach. Then you can take with you the ample beach chairs and umbrellas and childs toys from the house and go have fun. We saw some gentle giant manna rays close to the beach one day. Lifeguards are just up the sand from this location. House is very clean, well taken care of. Small pool for lazying.

The house was one block from beach awesome. My only complaint was the grill tiny and charcoal. We had to use oven. We will rent this property next year.

Just got home to cold Wisconsin from our annual vacation to Anna Maria Island at Beach House Resort #1. As always, this place is great! You walked out the screened in lanai and you are on the beach! The condo is very clean, go to Publix, buy some groceries, and feel at home. There is a trolley stop right outside the front door, and with the mystop app, you know exactly when it will be there. There is a restaurant right next door, and plenty of places within walking distance, but I suggest taking the trolley. We call this our paradise away from home! Oh, and if it is raining, you are still on the beach, because of the screened in lanai!

The condo is perfect for 2, but 4 can stay with the pull-out couch. Everything you need to cook in, and a trolley stop right outside the front door! Love this place and always come back!

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Located in Holmes beach. We enjoyed the stay here. The water pressure and temperature were excellent. All appliances were in excellent working condition. Decorated beautifully and not overdone. The only complaint we have: the floors were terribly dirty when we arrived. Our socks and feet were black within 20 mins. I had to sweep and mop immediately. Other than that it was great!

Our unit was so clean! The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into what kitchen items to have in hand. I was so impressed that they had nearly every item that I needed to make Christmas dinner. Having the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked great for our family. I highly recommend this unit!

We couldn’t have asked for a more spectacular place to stay. The condo is very nice and just steps away from the beach. We also had a bonus trip of seeing the sea turtles hatch, manatees, and a few dolphin. The condo is central location to which ever direction you would want to go. There are also tons of fun shops and great places for drinks and food. Lastly, the sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place and perfect location on AMI. I grew up going to the island and it was wonderful to get back. Rented bikes and road all over the island stopping for breakfast at the Rod Reel Pier. The bikes and the island street car shuttle are the best way to get around the island. Centrally located to everything. Sea-Esta is spacious and clean. Would highly recommend while selfiously reluctant to tell others about it because I want it for my family. Looking forward to going back next year if it is vacant.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Daze. Short walk to beach and to the free trolley stop. Extra beach items was available for use. Definitely had everything we needed for our large family. Only downside was the washer. It took forever to wash a load of clothes. Eventually we gave up and just went to laundromat. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again!

We have had an amazing honeymoon week at the Fourwinds. The island is amazing this time of year. We were so relieved that Anna Maria escaped Hurricane Irma with minimal damage. The house is an ideal location. The beach access at the end of 29th Street is ideal, the beach hasn’t been crowded once and we got to see the cute ‘Holmes Beach treehouse’. We’ve launched our touring kayaks from the beach and we also paddled Robinson’s Preserve. We caught a baseball game at Tropicana Field, a drive-in movie at the Rusking Family Drive-in, and we’ve eaten at a bunch of great restaurants! The Fourwinds is a very well appointed rental and met all of our needs extraordinarily well. Thank you Island Vacation Properties!

A week in paradise! Another beautiful stay at Anna Maria Beach Place. We have stayed in #6 four times now and we love it. Pervfect location for quiet beach, skinny’s, publix ect. Only negative is in the 11 years we’ve been coming here from UK very little has been done to update this unit. It’s looking a. It tired and really needs a kitchen and bathroom renovation. Plus some new crockery, linens etc. Wouldn’t stop me from coming again though!

I love that the beach is right out your back door and that you never have to deal with a crowded beach. it was always a peaceful stay when we are here. the house has all the amenities that you could possibly need and we loved addition of the new couches. We read that sine if the visitors complained about the front door being uncovered, and yes it would nice to have it covered but a spring tension curtain rod and a flat bed sheet work great to give you the privacy you need. This was a trick we learned on year 2 of our stay. I can’t say enough nice things about Island Vacation Properties and their staff.

Off Season stay was fantastic!

We stayed here during what people think is the ā€œoff seasonā€, and quickly realized that weā€™d be back! The weather was fantastic, the crowds were non-existent, and the resort was fantastic. Nicely updated place at a fantastic price point. Very convenient to restaurants (recommend Skinnyā€™s across the street), right by the beach, nice big pool, comfortable beds, and more! Weā€™ll definitely be the back!!

We had a great time and Beach House #8 is a lovely location with gorgeous views-you can’t beat it on Anna Maria Island. It’s conveniently located near shopping and supper restaurants. Our agent in Island Vacation Properties is the best and very helpful. If there is any sort of problem with the unit they are very responsive in getting it resolved. The only recommendation I have is a grab bar for the shower/tub. We also like the bar stools in the units on each side better than the ones in unit #8. Ours were not comfortable to sit on and make noise when moved.

My daughter and I stayed at Shell cove 9 from Oct. 2 through Oct. 5. We absolutely love the condo, the location, the beach, everything! We had seen Shell Cove many times on our visits to Ann Maria, and finally got to stay here. It has easily made it’s way to the top of our list of places we’ve stayed. Very clean condo, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels. WE found the beds super comfy. Loved the huge, smart tvs in every room. The view…what an amazing view!! The sunsets were priceless. There is one flight of stairs, so people that have issues need to know about those. But I wouldn’t have traded that view for the first floor.

Perfect rental – ON the beach, nicely furnished, and clean You can’t beat the sandy, calm waves right out the doors. The beach isn’t overcrowded at all, and perfect for sunsets. The unit is well appointed with lots of windows and great layout. It had everything we needed, and we appreciated the small upgrades like dimmers, crown molding, and nicer bedding. Master bed separate from the addition 2 bedrooms made it nice to have separate from the kids. the pool being right downstairs was also convenient.

We stayed for 2 weeks last July and just booked another 2 weeks for June 2019!!! My wife and kids could not be more excited after the amazing time we had last year. My family loves the beach and we have been to Tybee, Topsail, Myrtle, Ocean City and a few more and none of those vacations could hold a candle to Anna Maria. This will be our 3rd time to Anna Maria and we are staying in the same condo (Runaway Bay 250) because it was absolutely perfect. Beach access is literally a 5 minute walk from the door of the condo!! It is quiet, the pool is good size and was not crowded once in the 2 weeks we were there. You can tell the owners care about your vacation bc the the place itself was clean/amazing and had everything you could think of.

This was our 3rd time visiting the island. This has by far been our favorite place. We were lucky enough to be the only ones staying at the Blue Dolphin Inn, The Skimmer was the perfect size for us. With 2 adults and 4 kids, we spent a lot of time at the beach and in the pool. We had everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. We will be back!

I actually stayed close by, but wished I was here! New owners were working on the entire resort, and gave me a tour. This place would be perfect for large families or groups, is very nicely updated, clean, and close to everything. You won’t be disappointed.

We just got back form spending five days in AMI at Mi Happy Place – Sand Castle and it was perfect! The king size bed was very comfortable and we slept so good. We had all new dishes in the kitchen and had everything that we needed to cook meals in. We had everything we needed for the beach – beach wagon, beach towels, and beach chairs. We were literally across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and the white beach of AMI. The pool and pool deck were clean and inviting. We walked to Skinny’s a few times for amazing burgers and then would walk to the beach for sunset. was so easy to work with. Would recommend and we will definitely be going back!

First time staying on Anna Maria island and we loved it! Plenty of good food and things to do. Absolutely beautiful there. The condo we stayed in, Sea Pirate 6 was exceptional! Very clean and well decorated and was a very short walk to the beach. They have a heated pool too! And the pool area was never over crowded. If you want somewhere to get away from it all yet be close to bigger cities, look no further!

The beach is just a short two minute walk from the condo through the path. The pool was large and heated. Everyone at Island Vacation Properties was wonderful and really helped us enjoy our stay, We spent our evenings watching the beach for our balcony and our mornings enjoying coffee watching the sunrise. The public beach is right next door and a great way to get a cocktail, quick meal out just to meet some very nice people.

A Perfect Vacation!

Snyder’s Rest B is such a lovely place, we very much enjoyed our time there. The apartment is well thought out with tasteful furnishings and calming, restful colors, a perfect home away from home. Anna Maria Island is only a block wide here, the bay is at one end of the dead-end street, and the gulf at the other end. There are so many great places within walking distance, of course the beautiful beach, but also some tasty restaurants ā€“ Mexican, barbeque, Italian, seafood, and our favorite, Anna Maria Island Oyster Bar, on the pier at the end of Bridge Street. We will definitely stay here again!

Cute Place! Absolutely beautiful pool! Cute room, nicely landscaped property with lush plants & hammocks. Great people staying there the week we were there. Coffee maker was covered in heavy dust when we arrived, but we just cleaned it before using- also hair dryer was missing from box under the vanity, but I only needed it one evening. Good location, very near beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Four Beach Lovers 1. We have been coming to Anna Maria for about 7 years now and this is the first time at this property and the first time with Island Vacation Rentals. We will not go elsewhere. We stayed at this home during construction – the owner, Uwe and Birgit, Ken were all amazing. This is by far the cleanest place we have stayed. Uwe and Birgit – I cannot say enough good about the perfectionism, the cleanliness and the hospitality. We have already booked again for this year.

This is my first time to the island. What a beautiful place to visit. what made it even more special was the Sea Pirate 6 condo. This place brought back memories from my childhood of spending many spring breaks in Florida. This space is very quaint, cozy and very convenient to everything you need in your stay. The beach is only a few yards away and you feel like it’s your own special spot on the white sand beach with gorgeuous aquamarine colored water. The place has everything to offer with essentials. The best things is the nice private patio and everything is on one floor. No stairs. I will be back for another great vacation when my schedule permits. Can’t wait for my return

Our family had a very relaxing vacation.

The porch was perfect! We love sitting on it and wacthing the waves comes in. We got a laugh seeing the birds at the sun and surf shop. Once of them asked me “if I wanted to take a shower!” Other days we were lucky enough to see sea turtle tracks because of nesting season. The dolphins are fun to watch and the sunsets are perfect. Our family had a very relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back

We overall enjoyed our stay in the Tiki house. The deck was so great. Like both sun & shade options. It was a rare opportunity for our sons’ toddlerĀ  to play as one lives in TX & the other in WI. The beach was very nice. Few drawbacks were the one patio door was almost unusable. The toaster didn’t work. It would be nice if Island properties could know if there were beach towels. They weren’t sure so we brought 8 towels. Lots of space used in packing. We had 4 pm flight out & would have like a later ( hour or two ) checkout ) but not possible they said. The rules for washing everything & stripping beds before checking out made our last day stressful ( both Friday nite & Saturday). We had a wonderful time & would rent again,even managed to make the most of cooler rainy weather. The waves Were spectacular. Our first experience renting a house, will do it again.

PERFECT vacation. Enjoyed the beach cart; we were able to lug all our stuff. The outdoor shower was awesome. We had so many activities to choose from. GREAT location! So many activities to enjoy. We went to the Sarasota Opera, Siesta Key and took daily walks on the beach. The wildlife is fun to watch; we observed pelicans, dolphins, and a blue heron was on the pier waiting for fish handouts! This was our second visit here and it was even better than the last. We were able to stay for a month and we cannot wait to come back! Thanks!

I’m missing the palm trees

Just got back from staying in Sea Horse and loved everything about it. We had all the comforts of home in a tropical paradise setting. It is conveniently located with Holmes Beach just across the street and any necessary shopping within walking distance. The beach decor was inviting and I really wish I could have taken the bed home with me! Everything was freshly painted and the grounds and pool got regular attention. Ice storm today – I’m missing the palm trees.

Cons Loud traffic due to being on the main road, but not the end of the world Have to supply own paper products and laundry detergent.

We stayed at Bliss and Tonic Up, Super clean and comfortable. Kitchen, appliances, flooring and bathrooms have been updated and decorated very nicely. Everything we needed for the beach was supplied from beach towels, chairs and a handy little cart with which to load up everything. The lanai is nice to enjoy the sunrise or get away from the heat of the sun in the afternoon. We would love to come back next year!

This lovely condo has spectacular views, a great location near many restaurants within walking distance and plentiful breezes. It has modern, classy touches like granite counters and leather furniture but is appointed with great decorations that give a definite relaxed beach feel. The owner has thought of many nice touches that made our stay so comfortable. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of towels (a must for a beach stay). There was even a coffee press! We would get up brew and walk just steps to the beach, sit in chairs to sip our joe while catching a glimpse of dolphins, birds and that blue water. My only complaint was that it ended too soon! We will defintely return to Beach house resort 3!

Unfortunately the week we were here, w had a couple of days with red tide issues on the beach, so the pool definitely was a life saver! There are so many restaurants and shopping in walking distance, We visit Bradenton every year, and i think we will rent this house every time from now on! My only complaint would that everyone said the mattresses were a little too hard, other than that, it was perfect! very convenient & we loved going up[ on the balcony upstairs to look across the street at the ocean! So beautiful to wake up to! We had dinner out there quite a few nights!

First time on Anna Maria Island-Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lakeside! Our son purchased a fishing license and enjoyed fishing from the small dock, surf, and a visit to the pier. Our short walk to the beach was directly from the front door. The provided wagon made talking chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and fishing equipment not problem. We had fun finding shark’s teeth, shells, relaxing by the pool and especially local seafood.

We decided on MI Happy Place on the recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed. the unit was clean and had many new amenities including dishes and silverware, bedding, bath towels and beach towels. The beach was very close and we walked to it with the beach chairs umbrella and wagon that were provided for each unit. The heated pool was nice for the kids and we enjoyed the pool furniture. Overall great experience and would highly recommend!

It had plenty of beach and pool toys, chairs, beach wagon Lots of cooking supplies – the grill is a bit tricky bc it is an infrared grill but we were able to use it a number of times. Outdoor oasis was beautiful We had a couple of issues, but the office took care of them immediately! I would recommend this house to anyone!

We were so happy with place. Everything was wonderful. And we are so impressed with the car and maintenance of Anna Maria Beach Place. We had a minor problem with a window and called, someone came the same day. We (nicely) questioned the temp of the pool. Someone was here within 10 minutes and did find an error reading. Then the pool company was here within the hour and got the problem resolved! In addition when I initially made the reservation and had a couple of follow up calls I was always treated with kindness and patience. Very friendly staff. Great experience, hope to return next year.

Great location, I was able to walk across the street to the beach! Property has a heated pool. Condo itself has nice extras: fast WiFi, satellite Tv, and a 55″ TV where I watched college football the only time I wasn’t out. Did I mention the beach is just across the street?

Most importantly….. location, location, location! 2 minutes across a residential street and you are on the beach. No dunes or steps to manage. Beach was absolutely beautiful and not at all crowded. All necessary stores very close, most a walkable distance. large pool perfectly heated. Lost of chairs and chaises. Private and we were often the only people there. Appreciated huge patio. BTW….noticed has been update since pictures taken on this site. Patio stamped concrete and furniture looks new. Condo spotless and decor looks professional. beds very comfy. Kitchen has all U need or want. never ran out of hot water. Highly Recommend!

Had a great vacation on Anna Maria Island, and loved staying at this spacious property. The house was spotless (no damp, old beach house here!) and very spacious. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out or come together. The Kitchen was fully stocked (including a bottle opener, thank goodness) and the internet was speedy. Loved having the pool to hang out when we were tired of the beach. Great chairs and umbrellas (big!) by the pool, and chairs and umbrellas avaialable to take to the beach. Very close to many nice beach restaurants. Really, the perfect vacation house for a group trip!

Stayed for 1 week at the end of January going into February. Could it was getting busier in the area when we departed. This unit has an open floor plan with compact full kitchen with all necessities provided including a couple of folding beach chairs. Comfortable beach furnishings in a pleasant beach decor. No appreciable view from windows. Small balcony overlooks public parking with a glimpse of beach. Plenty of space in bedroom and bath. Complex is small but has a pool, lounge chairs, grill and patio. Found other guests/residents to be friendly. Steps from the beach. Two trolley/bus stops, lots of shops and restaurants close. No problems woth noise but wonder if it may be noisy when it is busier at the beach in warmer weather.

We came back!

We came back! Absolutely love this place! So happy to have been able to rent this same condo again! Love the new upgrades, especially the new sectional couch and ottoman. We had a little bit of rain, but mostly days were in the 90s and the gulf water in the 85+ range. Didn’t find many shells or sharks teeth this time. Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short as Hurricane Irma is scheduled as a Cat 5 with 185 mph winds expected to come through here this weekend. We HOPE to come back next year and to stay at this very same place. Thanks for sharing this place with us!

Private beach access right outside of your door and the endless dolphins swimming by made it perfect. Island Vacation Properties have been easy to work with, very responsive, and with keyless entry we really had no reason to visit the office. The house is fully stocked with linens, bath & beach towels, as well as the necessary kitchen needs. We’ll certainly be back again!

For a delightfully relaxing vacation, this is the spot. The beautiful beach is convenient across the street. When you walk out your door you enter a private garden courtyard with a small, any age friendly, pool. Even though the house is located on the corner of Gulf St it is very private and quiet. We’d return happily.

My only recommendation would be 1) new beach chairs 2) better or maintenance on beach cart (wheels very hard to pull) and 3) bike tires were flat

I have been to many places while vacationing, however BY FAR, this place was the most Beautiful, clean and welcoming place I have ever stayed at. I was surprised how close the beach was. And need I say more about the beach? GORGEOUS!!!! This place is affordable, the owners were so accommodating and gracious. The units are decorated with a lot of creative scenery,a lot of thought went into making anyone who stays here, welcoming grounds are so beautiful and well kept. You could see the owners wanted to make sure that anyone who stays here feels at home and are made to feel special. I certianly can’t wait to return here.

We have rented at Four Beach Lovers now for the 3rd time. Both the owner and IVP are excellent to work with. We had been with other agencies in the past but IVP is far more personal. The property is so comfortable and nicely furnished and equipped. It is water front and all 4 units are steps onto the sandy beach. We have booked for a 4th stay and highly recommend both this property and IVP staff. We can’t wait for our return visit and will explore gathering our family for a visit. .

We just left the Sand Dollar unit and it was an absolutely PERFECT vacation rental! It had everything we needed, was extremely beautiful, and the best location we could have asked for. Mi happy place is perfect for everyone in your family including your sweet pups. Perfectly located for going back and forth to the beach all day and quick shopping trips. We had a great time at this property. Condo is the best! Everything you need. Including beach chairs and towels. Beach is Gorgeous, close to shops and restaurants. Jim and his wife did a great job of cleaning the garage and halls. Condo was nice and clean when we arrived. Plenty of towels and linens. We had a problem with air and Island vacation properties took care of it the same day.

We loved our stay at Bliss and Tonic. We had family (8 of us) ranging in age from 57 to 10 months stay here and we all Had a great time. The space and location of the condo were perfect, and the inside is even better than the pictures show! So close to beach, trolley stop, and lots of good restaurants. We enjoyed eating at Skinny’s, Wicked Cantina, Beach House and Rod n Reel Pier. Sunsets were beautiful. We will def be back!

Absolutely Perfect describes it all. Beautiful home in great location very clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen provided with every kitchen needed. If I had one complaint it’s the 10 pm quiet time. We would have loved to take advantage of sitting outside because of the gorgeous views but the homes are on top of each other and the first night there we had a neighbor tell us to keep it down. We were just talking but there were four couples.

Beautiful home. Great location. We didn’t venture too far from the house or the beach. We didn’t need to! It was great enjoying the view from all the different areas. Quality of beds. linens were all very nice. beautiful kitchen with everything you may need. Would definitely stay there again. All the outdoor furniture is great quality. Very comfortable to be in. The built-in table in the pool was wonderful. All of the rooms had plenty of storage place and were very comfortable. Lots of nice counter top appliacnes. However, no Kuerig. All other kitchen tools were there. Utensils, silverware, tableware, grilling tools, stove top tools, bakeware. No large serving platters.

Over all we had a great stay. The floors were not clean(they did offer to send someone we declined). There was someone’s clothes left under the dresser in the master bedroom. I left it would be interested to know if it got picked up after our stay. Pool was great. Kitchen was great. They need to put blinds in dining room and room better blinds in the upstairs bedrooms. Wifi was great

The view and proximity to beach are perfect. The house is in need of a little work. The carpet is the bedrooms is old and just dirty looking. The kitchen could be a little better equipped. There is no dishwasher and the washer and dryer are accessed outside. If you have people renting the upstairs, you will hear them very easily. being close to the city beach, there were more people that just wandered and parked themselves at the private beach area. Although no alcohol is permitted, we saw a couple intoxicated individuals. The one bathroom had been updated and was very nice. Again, walking right out to the beach is awesome but being a duplex was noisy and the house needed some work.

Some updated paint and different couch covers on furniture other than white would be nice. Didn’t like the fact that there is 1 grill for 8 units as well as 1 pool and 2 washers and dryers for all 8 units. Very inconvenient. Bedrooms are hot with no ceiling fans

We absolutely loved this property. The condo was literally steps away from the ocean. The kitchen was very nice with granite counters and new appliances. Plenty of towels and linens and a convenient washer and dryer unit to use as well. The location of this condo was just very perfect very close to the historic Bridge St wher there are lots of little shops and eaterys. You will need to stop at a store before arriving as no toilet paper or anything of that nature were provided. We loved the view and could hear the ocean waves at night from our windows. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this place!

Of course, you are close to other people and some were pretty loud during the weekend with a lot of guests. But overall a very nice unit.

We stayed at this beautiful unit 4/21 – 4/28 last year in 2016. We come to the Gulf every year and rent a condo on the beach in this area, and it is by far one of the nicest units we’ve stayed at. The open deck and view is BREATHTAKING and the best we’ve experienced. This part of the beach is really nice too, it’s deep and a good expanse of white sand, unlike other parts of this beach that can be narrow and lots of grass. The updates are nice, rooms are big, kitchen and baths are wonderful, we’ll definitely rent here again

In our opinion the mattresses were too soft and the shower liner curtain for the bedroom bathroom needs replacing and the grout could use some cleaning. Other than that we were very satisfied with our stay and will be returning.

We rented all 4 units to celebrate a 60th birthday with friends and family. We loved it! The street side courtyard provides a beautiful gathering place and privacy. The beach side is spectacular. The units are spacious and appointed nicely. The rental company is at your service. We live 2 blocks away and would rent this again.

We were a little concerned about our vacation since this place is new to Homeaway and didn’t have any reviews yet, but we were absolutely thrilled upon arrival. So cute, clean, quiet and RIGHT on the beach. They supply all the household items you could possibly want (and more), Oh…and the bed was SUPER COMFY too. Don’t be scared to take a chance on this place based on the lack of reviews, It is so much nicer than staying in an old stuffy hotel room!

We stayed in unit 4 (not Oceanview). The walk around to the beach was like getting a surprise each morning. Our 11& 9 yr old slept on the pull out sofa bed. The unit was very clean with what felt like all new furniture. The beach was not crowded at all. I guess due to it’s position between access points. This was our first visit to Anna Maria and it left a great impression.

Girls Weekend

We stayed at the Sea Pirate for a girls get away weekend. We stayed in unit 6 and it was perfect. Clean, lovely decor, access to the private heated pool and beach just across the street. It was my first visit to Anna Maria Island and enjoyed the delicious restaurants and cute shops. Will definitely be back and looking forward to staying in unit 6 at the Sea Pirate when I do!

Our stay at Coquina Moorings was everything we could have hoped for. A gorgeous bay right in the back to fish, watch dolphins, even a few manatee and a view from the front patio of the ocean that is just a walk across the street. Screened in porches on both sides with plenty of seating. A complete kitchen and laundry. Room for both my teenage boys and a futon in the den for my daughter with plenty of privacy for all. We will definitely come back.

Our first year renting in AMI we were called by our rental company stating we were no longer able to get into our place as the owner had sold it (which Iā€™m not holding against the rental company). We were in a scramble to find a place and were directed to Island Vacation Properties. They were able to help us out on short notice and were very friendly and accommodating. We love coming here and have been coming for 10 years and have never had a problem. I was very upset when I went to get a bowl and mug from the kitchen cabinet. The 2 bowls were put away dirty and had food with mold in them. The mug I got out of the cabinet was dirty also. I have been making sure that I wash everything before I use it, I have never had this problem before. Just wanted you to know, this upsets me very much.

We had a major condo issue last night that would have made anyone’s vacation a big headache. You corrected it and made us a believer that we will never use another real estate rental provider ever again. Anyone interested in renting from island vacation properties…the proof is in their testimonies and they by far are the best I have ever dealt with in 30 plus years.
