Anna Maria Sound views from the screened lanai — the light changes over the water through the day and the sunsets arrive in front of you every evening. Sunset FantaSea is the right name for this unit. The lanai has a patio set for outdoor dining and morning coffee with the Sound as the backdrop.

Three bedrooms sleep seven. The primary suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has two queen beds. The living room sleeper sofa handles the seventh guest. Three full bathrooms mean a group of seven never has to negotiate the morning routine.

The open kitchen has a granite island and is fully equipped for a week of meals at home. The living and dining area is spacious and well-configured for a group. High-speed WiFi included.

The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant — a Florida fish-house-style dining experience on the property. Complimentary bikes, beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon are available for the stay. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.

Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

This property does not allow pets or smoking.

Sunset FantaSea requires a one-week minimum stay with covered parking and elevator access included.

Perfect Island Stay – Close to the BEST Beaches

"The best decision we made on our vacation was to stay in this rental! From the gorgeous views to the extremely comfortable beds, not a single detail was missed. Everything we could possibly need to prepare and cook food, beverages (even a shaker bottle!), etc is provided for you. There is an over-abundance of beach chairs (Tommy Bahama even!), sun shade tents, sand toys, bikes - you name it - in the storage closet! You are provided with a covered parking spot, as well. The cleanliness was unmatched. We would absolutely stay here again!

We just got back after spending 7 nights at the Sunset FantaSea and I am already missing the view! The mornings were so peaceful and the sunsets left no doubt as to how the condo got its name. They were absolutely stunning! We also had fun watching the dolphins in the sound, especially when the tide was low. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and loved the high ceilings. Our 3 teenagers loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom with plenty of storage space. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but on the few nights we did, we had everything we needed. Communication with the rental company was good, but we did not need a thing after check in! The drive to Anna Maria was just a few minutes over the bridge, and although we were nervous about having to find a parking space on the island when we went to the beach everyday, it didn’t end up being a problem, even being the week of July 4h when there were likely peak crowds. (We did try to get there by 10 am everyday though.) We have been to Anna Maria 4 times and although it is nice to be right on the beach, we may actually prefer to be a little more removed from the crowds. This condo is a great option to still be on the water with a beautiful view. We also liked having the option to go to the grocery store, Target, 7 Brew, etc just a few minutes into town, rather than having to go to the island for everything. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we hope to stay at the Sunset FantaSea again in the future.

An absolute delight!

"Pleasantly surprised and impressed! We had rented before on Anna Maria and in Bradenton for our grand-kids and their parents, but this time was the best. Close to us at PBC and close to the beach, magnificient views of the sound and sunsets, very secure. The condo was spacious, very clean, modern, great decoration; beds were confortable. The 3 bathrooms were perfect for 4 girls in the family. The lanaï was large and offered great views on a tiny island and Anna Maria island. Marina two steps away offered excursions. Easter week is not the best time for trafic, but being so close to the beach didn’t make the wait too long. The rental agents were very easy to reach and provided good instructions, on top of being pleasant. Our kids were quite happy and didn’t want to leave. Great choice!

"We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year. We had great service from the rental management company. The condo was really nice and clean. One thing that could be included would be a visitor guide to the condo telling us how the TV’s work etc, as I’m not sure we were supposed to be using the owners login details.

"We love AMI and like being just off the island. The place had beautiful views, spacious, very clean! Loved have 3 bed/3bath. Unit has everythinf
you need inside and out. The storage has 2 bikes, a ton of beach stuff, chairs, umbrella/shade, fishing poles, bike pump, lock. We loved having access to all of that. Only down side - pool area is a little small - but worked fine. Also has a nice BBQ area. Note that you need to pick up/drop off key at rental office. Not a huge deal but often you don’t need to do that. Plenty of parking too. Would definitely stay here again. Gorgeous and a good value too! A+

My stay at 380-202 at One Particular Harbor

"Our stay was lovely, recently redone, I think. Our property was ill-equipped with basic amenities such as: barely any bath soap, toilet paper, dish towels. On the other hand, the beds were extremely comfortable, lovely furnishings. We also experienced loud, annoying workers (outside) nearly everyday.)
