Step onto the private balcony at Coquina Beach Club 102 and the Gulf of Mexico is directly in front of you — unobstructed, floor level, and right there every morning before the day begins. This is a Bradenton Beach vacation rental where the view is the experience, and the balcony is where the experience happens.

The primary suite has a king bed, a sitting area, and an en-suite bath — a configuration that makes the bedroom feel more like a private retreat than just a place to sleep. The guest bedroom has twin beds with ample storage. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for a third or fourth guest, comfortable seating, and a large-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home with modern appliances and a dining area.

The heated Gulf-front pool is available for all building guests. Beach gear is provided — chairs and umbrella included for the week. In-unit washer and dryer means packing light is genuinely possible. Covered parking for one vehicle is included — worth noting if your group is arriving in multiple cars.

Bridge Street's restaurants, shops, and waterfront bars are close by. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car.

Coquina Beach Club 102 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for one vehicle. No pets, boats, or trailers permitted.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

"Great vacation! Unit is set up so you can actually watch the sunset from the sofa! Beds are nice and unit was very clean! Everything you need is in the unit! One beach chair was broken and was replaced right away. Island Vacation Properties was very responsive. I also used The Loaded Kitchen and it was so worth the cost as we arrived after 7p and already had everything we needed to start our vacation. Highly recommend both companies!

Beautiful vacation despite traces of “Helene” and “Milton”

"After hurricanes “Helene” and “Milton”, there was major damage on the island.
The booked apartment could not be used due to damage around the house.
A good alternative was provided by the hosts. We were able to spend a nice vacation. Thank you very much.

"We were grateful for the beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach tent, and pool noodles! There were even board games and books that helped on our one brief afternoon with rain. The kitchen is well stocked especially for cooking on the stove. Every pot and pan in every size were available. It would have been helpful to have a few options of pans that can go in the oven. The handles of the pans for the stove didn't look oven safe. As a result we only had one pan that went in the oven (along with a cookie sheet). Beds and pillows were very comfortable to sleep in. The couch was comfortable for evening movies. The table on the lanai was ideal for our meals. It was nice parking under the condo because our car was never hot. Remember, there is no elevator. The view from the condo was wonderful. Rental company checked in a couple of times via text to be sure everything was ok which was reassuring. We'd love to go back again.

Amazing Customer Service

"We would like to Thank Ken and the entire staff at Island Vacation Properties. Roof repairs were being done on our original rental and would not be completed when we moved in. The staff at IVP were concerned with the noise and other disruptions that accompany construction jobs. This was very considerate. Ken offered my wife and I two options that were amazing upgrades on the water. This was a trip for my wife to celebrate her recent retirement. This vacation worked out so well for us. We cannot recommend IVP enough. Thank You all, again.
