Two minutes from the Gulf, two private balconies with bay and Gulf views, and every practical thing a family with young children actually needs already waiting when you arrive. The Point at Bermuda Bay Club is the Bradenton Beach vacation rental that takes the logistics off your plate so the vacation can start the moment you walk in.

The family-friendly setup here is the most complete in the portfolio. A highchair and pack n play are provided — no renting, no borrowing, no hoping the airline doesn't lose them. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds with a trundle that converts to a king, giving you flexibility as your group's sleeping needs change. The second bedroom has two twins. The master suite has a king bed and its own private balcony for sunrise views over the bay. The living room sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper, sleeping six total across a comfortable, well-configured layout.

The townhome has been recently redecorated with a fresh coastal palette throughout. The open-concept main floor connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas — the cook stays in the conversation, the dining table seats six, and the large windows keep the space bright. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for full meals. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means packing for a family of six doesn't have to mean overpacking — wash and re-wear, stay longer.

Two balconies give you two different views of the island. The master balcony faces the bay — quiet, east-facing, ideal for morning coffee while everyone else is still asleep. The second balcony catches the Gulf side, where the evenings belong.

The beach is a two-minute walk. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby, putting Historic Bridge Street, restaurants, and the full length of the island within easy reach without moving your car.

The Point at Bermuda Bay Club requires a one-week minimum stay and sleeps up to 6 guests. Children aged 3 and under are not counted in the occupancy limit. Parking for two cars. This property is not pet-friendly.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

WONDERFUL STAY

"Our family stayed at The Point at Bermuda Bay for a week. We have stayed in three different places within Bermuda Bay, and we think this is our new favorite!! You can look out the front and see the Gulf and look out the back for wonderful views of the bay. The condo is well stocked, well cleaned, comfortable beds, and just beautiful. We 10/10 recommend!

A week in paradise

"We had such an amazing week at the condo. It was more than we could have asked for. The location was amazing. Sip coffee on the back deck watching the sun rise and then just a quick walk to the other side of the complex for the white sandy beach and the beautiful sunsets. The pool was very close which the kids found to be convenient. The condo was spotless, had all the amenities and the most comfortable beds. The property manager was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Check in and out was seamless. This was our 6th family trip to the island and this week was a nice reminder of why we continue to return. Weather was absolutely perfect. Food favorites during this stay included The Ugly Grouper, Anna Maria Oyster Bar and Solos pizza for a night in. Two scoops for ice cream is always a hit. We rented a boat for the day and explored islands and the sandbars while getting so unbelievably close to the dolphins. Explored the gift shops on Bridge st, along with playing a nice round of mini golf. Overall, it was amazing trip and we are already looking forward to our next stay on AMI.

Amazing time at an amazing property!

"We had such a wonderful time at this property. The rental accommodated my friend and her family with 2 young children. They had toys available and enough room for a very comfortable stay. The property is amazing with views of the water on both sides. A short walk from the beach, this property had everything you could want including beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and much more. The kids loved having a pool right outside. The owner was very attentive and was available to answer any questions. I wish I could stay here all the time!

"Great place for an unforgettable vacation! This is definitely the best location at the Bermuda Bay Club! Everything here is clean, cozy, like home. In the morning you will see the sunrise here, and on the other side you will see a stunning sunset. There are many restaurants, cafes, a pier within walking distance, and yes the beach is right across the street! This is the best place for a vacation with children! We didn't have to think about toys and entertainment to take from home. Everything is ready for you here - toys in the house, for the pool, for the sand, even a swing. The kids were very busy! Sooo we can't wait to come to this lovely place again and again!

"The property was perfect. Not too big not too small. Nice pool. Island vacation properties was wonderful to work with. I was worried as I’ve seen many people have their reservations ( from other companies) cancelled at the last minute. Island vacation properties made things so easy and communicated with me every step of the way. The unit had to have a new AC unit installed while we were there. No problems, I was called, they asked about our plans etc. we had the bay at the back and the gulf at the front. Most relaxing vacation ever!!!!!

Couldn't ask for bettter!

"We have been coming to the area for almost 16 years and stayed in many areas. This home was so perfectly situated to where we prefer to stay with walk to beach right across the street and views of the channel in the back. Communication with owners and property management was superb. We particularly enjoyed having the laundry on site and the very well stocked water toys and equipment. We stayed for Thanksgiving and the kitchen was up to the job! Plenty of room and more than enough utensils and cookware - that can be so hard sometimes. Only slight issue was a slow drain in the guest bath but that is the only item I can come up with. Loved it and will stay again. We have already shared this property with our neighbors who travel their often also

"What a beautiful place with a great location! If we couldn’t make it in time to the beach for sunset, we’ve got great views of it right from our balcony. In the morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching sunrise from the rear side of the house! Walking distance to shopping and great dinning places. The house is very clean, newly remodelled with a beautiful, modern style. Kitchen has all you need! Kids loved to watch their favourite shows on NETFLIX. And the beds are simply the best! We loved everything about this place, definitely returning!

"Excellent location with a beautiful view on the gulf from the patio and EVERY room. I even saw a dolphin once. Loved the decor- very stylish and modern. Everything in the house is new and clean, comfortable and thoughtfully chosen. 2 minutes walk to the beach, just next to the pool. I would definitely recommend this place- it's a perfect place to spend an unforgettable vacation!

"Two Thumbs Up! 5 stars! 10 out of 10! Amazing, Incredible, Comfortable, Relaxing. All the feels you will experience as soon as you step onto The Point property. The location couldn't be more perfect. Watch the morning sunrises while enjoying some breakfast on the back patio. Easy walking to shops and dining throughout the day. More importantly, you will be just steps away from relaxing on that beautiful gulf shore. You can tell the owners have done an amazing job to make sure that all will have that picture perfect vacation.

Beautifully decorated condo, bay views, 2 minutes to beach

"Everything in this condo was perfect. Tasteful, well thought out decor, good Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen, lovely deck overlooking the bay, gorgeous sunrises, and across the street to the beach. Everything you need for the beach is in the garage, including two beach wagons, easy parking, walking distance to Bridge Street, and bars and restaurants, and absolute peace and quiet, being the end unit at the back of the development. Well done to the owners for a perfect rental and to Island Vacations for their excellent communication, and superb housekeeping staff. Highly recommend them as agents.
