Three private balconies — one off the living room and one off each bedroom. The Terrace #6 is a Holmes Beach vacation rental 300 yards from the Gulf where every level of the townhouse has its own outdoor access. The master bedroom balcony overlooks the heated pool area with glimpses of the beach through the palms.

The shared pool is shared among just six condos — it rarely feels crowded. The paver patio has multiple seating areas under a pergola for reading between swims or eating lunch outdoors. The private garage keeps one vehicle covered and houses beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart for trips down the street.

The main level has an open layout connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Granite countertops, full-size appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating make it practical for a week of meals at home. The living room opens to the first balcony. In-unit laundry means packing light works fine for an extended stay.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony, and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin beds with its own private balcony. A sleeper sofa in the living room handles the remaining guests. Smart TVs and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. High-speed WiFi throughout.

Publix, Walgreens, and restaurants are directly across the street — guests consistently report not needing a car for daily errands. The free island trolley stops nearby for exploring from Bradenton Beach to Anna Maria City Pier.

Please note: this is a townhome with stairs — one flight from parking to the main level, another to the bedrooms. Street-facing rooms may have some morning and evening traffic noise, though guests report it's minimal.

The Terrace Condominium #6 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

"Spacious enough for us, with a great location spot. Right next to some stores and restaurants and ice cream. Also not far at all from beach access. Great pool area as well. Would stay here again. Just a great location all around. Right near the trolley stop also. Could walk or ride trolley anywhere. We didn’t rent a golf cart but that can be helpful getting around also. Plenty of beach gear and beach towels and bath towels. Very accommodating.

"The terrace condo 6 was the perfect place for our girls getaway! It was clean and the communication from the owner was unbeatable! It is just a short walk from the beach and the garage had everything we needed. The pool space is the perfect size for only 6 condos and the location is walking distances to shops, restaurants, and the Publix. We will be staying her again!

"Great location great experience. Only complaint is that there's a little street noise for those staying in the front room. However, it is mostly around commute times in the morning and evening. If kids are staying in that room as mine did should be no problem.
300 yard walk to beach and owner has well stocked supply of beach equipment.
This is not a good fit for anyone that has trouble navigating stairways.

Love the Island

"Came to Anna Maria after my daughter's wedding in Clearwater. We were initially put into a unit that was too small and did not meet our needs. Management worked immediately to resolve and the next day we were placed here at the Terraces. We were so pleased with the unit. I'm thankful for the manager accommodating our request everything here is nice, roomy and the air works great for the environment. We spent the week on the beach, on the bike trails and in the pool great weather and relaxing after a hectic wedding then coming to Anna Maria for 10 years and we love the island thankful and blessed Chris and Cheryl, Kentucky

Wonderful Time

"Just got here and your place is beautiful, clean and perfect. The best places to eat were Pier 22 -the steak Diane was absolutely delicious. And Swordfish Grill - the prime rib was perfect. Our last day we went to the Rod and Reel, fished for an hour, didn't catch anything, but had a lot of fun. Had lunch and food there was also very good. Really loved how close we were to the beach. Didn't swim in the gulf because the water was still cold. I did swim in the pool and loved it. Thank you! Had a wonderful time here. Can't wait to come back. Margie and Rich, Pennsylvania

Relaxing Vacation

"We found our rental to be quiet and comfortable and in a great location for us in Holmes Beach. We were two blocks from the beach and a shopping center with stores and restaurants were right across the street. The rental company was very responsive to us when we needed to contact them.
