The bunk bed room at Island Walk 207 sleeps three kids in one space — a full mattress on top, two twins below. For families who need to fit everyone comfortably without paying for a larger property, this is the configuration. A rollaway bed and a crib are stored in the master closet for families who need even more flexibility. Two bedrooms, six guests, everyone with a proper place to sleep.

The private lanai looks out over the mangrove preserve — quiet, green, and genuinely removed from the road noise that follows most beach-adjacent properties. The heated pool and tennis courts are shared amenities that are rare together on AMI. A private storage room on the property holds beach chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, and beach toys — grab everything on the way out and leave it when you come back.

The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked for a week of meals at home. A full-size stacked washer and dryer is in the unit. Two designated covered parking spaces are directly available — no circling the block on arrival.

The Gulf beach is a 12-minute walk or a 4-minute drive. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car. Shops, restaurants, and groceries are within easy reach of the complex.

Island Walk at Sandy Pointe requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Great week at Island walk! Very pleased with condo and amenities!

"The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable week on the Island. The kitchen is very well appointed and there really was nothing we were missing. The beach/pool supplies were a nice touch although some of the chairs were fairly worn/rusty. We used the beach wagon everyday and was definitely a great thing to have! The pool floating we also used everyday. We did not have children with us so we really didn't pay much attention to the kids beach toys but there did seem to be a basic selection. There was plenty of extra bedding provided if needed. The decor/furniture of the condo was nice, and beach themed. The condo did show some signs of wear and some basic repairs were needed but nothing that affected our use, just showed some wear. The screened lanai was just lovely and provided peaceful views of the pool and mangroves and we enjoyed seeing some of the lovely native birds. The complex was very well kept, peaceful and quiet and the pool was great. It was kept clean and was heated perfectly. We met some other condo owners during our stay and everyone was welcoming and friendly. The close proximity to shopping and restaurants and the beach was great. We were able to walk where we needed and it is also very close to a trolly stop. We have been coming to AMI for the past 6 years and this is our first time staying in a condo complex and we would definitely come back to this one!

"The condo was satisfactory. The kitchen could use measuring cups/spoons. The king size bed was soft and peaked in the middle. Beach equipment that was out and available is rusty and unusable. Cleaning could have been better. Location is outstanding.

Cove at Sandy Point

"My sister and I loved the Island Walk Condo at Sandy Point. The condo was well appointed and in immaculate condition. Island Vacation Properties was great to work with. They immediately answered all of our questions and even provided us with new beach chairs because the owner’s had been damaged during the hurricane. The location of the condo is great. It is an easy walk to the beach, shopping plaza, restaurants and trolley stop. The pool was a very nice amenity too.

my holiday home rental

"We enjoyed our rental experience the unit was very nice but could do with a few upgrades ie decoration ( painting) great bed & lovely linen & beautiful white towels, we didn’t cook so never used the oven hob or utensils the sofas were very uncomfortable. The girls in the rental office were great had to contact a few times and everything was sorted immediately, just another suggestion condo with a sticker on patio door both my husband and myself walked into them had a very sore head .

Great Rental

"We loved island walk Sandy point condo. Island vacation properties was great to work with. They are all very helpful. I really like that they like to rent to the same people every year and that they ask first you before they put out the listing to rent. The condo was nice with a large primary bedroom with matching white bedroom set. Anna Maria pictures on the wall are a really nice touch. The only thing I wis they had was 2 recliners instead of the love seat. Pool and the people that rent/own in the condo building are really nice. Location to beach is 3 blocks. Easily walkable.

"We had a great time visiting AMI. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The view was great of the mangroves and the pool! We had a small issue with the door not locking but the management sent someone right away to fix it. Can't wait to visit again

Great condo for a family beach trip

"This condo was perfect for our family of five. My three kids ages 17, 15, & 13 were very comfortable in the second bedroom. The two full bathrooms, and washer and dryer made this condo a perfect fit for our family. There is a grocery store right across the street and the beach was less than a five minute walk. I already looked into book this condo again for next year.
