The Palms #4 is one block from the Gulf in Holmes Beach — the same quiet four-unit complex as #3, with the same heated pool framed by tall palms and the same dead-end residential street that keeps the beach uncrowded even when the rest of the island is busy.

This unit sleeps six — two more than #3 — with a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master has an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has full use of the second bath off the hall. Both bedrooms have their own TVs.

The complex is set up for beach days without the logistics. Two bikes and a wagon are included. Beach chairs are provided. A communal gas grill sits poolside for evening cookouts. The heated pool is shared with just three other units — private in the way that matters. The free AMI trolley stops nearby. Publix and Walgreens are a short walk.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for full meals at home. A full-size washer and dryer are in the unit.

A 10% discount is available for veterans and first responders.

Pet-friendly. Parking for two vehicles. One-week minimum stay.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

"We have stayed in this location previously and I have to say that this is the best location on the island. The unit is in great condition and is fully equipped with everything you might need. Everything was sparkling clean and in great condition. The pool is great when the kids are tired to the Ocean, as my granddaughter told me she was done with the ocean. lol. This will always be our go to location! Thank you for an amazing time.

Carefree peace of paradise

"Our family loves the palms 4 condo. The layout is wonderful for a small family that is looking to spend quality time together. Even on rainy days, the owner provide games and puzzles along with WiFi to keep us entertained. The location is also convenient. Being close to the beach and a short walk for little ones that need carried home after along day at the beach. When the beach is not in your plans, many of the amenities, sites, and restaurants are close near by. We love staying at Palms 4 and plan to vacation there as we make our family memories for years to come!

Fabulous Girls Trip

"Wonderful experience all around. The condo was immaculate and perfect for 3 adults (although it could fit 4 comfortably). One of our favorite things was if you have unopened items you can leave for the next people. We were welcomed with a fridge full of waters and tasty beverages. Bruce was excellent to work with and extremely responsive. We will be back next year.

The Perfect Getaway

"The beach house and location was perfect. Beach was a minute walk ...Restaurants, ice cream and gift shops was about a five minute walk. The shed was full of beach toys ,umbrellas, chairs and 2 bikes . Highly recommend staying here. Thanks Bruce and Bonnie for everything and great place to stay. Its a Home away from Home. Perfect Getaway

"Location is perfect. Close to Publix grocery, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Includes beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys, pool floats and a wagon to haul it to the beach only a block away! Also 2 bicycles 🚲 pool is fantastic with plenty of seats and gas grill. Large walk in shower, comfortable beds, laundry in master bedroom closet, lots of dresser and closet space. All appliances you would need in the kitchen. They supplied laundry soap and lots of extra amenities that you don’t think about until you need them. Oh and I almost forgot the most important thing….gift certificate for free ice cream, Definitely 5 stars! Cannot wait to return next year! Bruce and Bonnie are very responsive to questions.

"This apartment was amazing! It is extremely nice, clean and well kept and the location is perfect. Everything is close by and in walking distance! The beach is about 60 seconds away and Publix grocery store is with in 4 minutes walk! Bruce is one of the nicest guys in the world and made every accommodation to ensure my family had an amazing vacation. HIGHLY recommend staying at palms #4 if you have the opportunity, you will NOT regret it. Can’t wait to go back!!!

"Truly exceptional! We enjoyed everthing about this place, perfect for a family of 4-6, condo is decorated nicely, and literally has everything you need! The storage closet downstairs has tons of beach stuff! The beach access is a short walk away and once you get to the beach its no big deal if you forgot something because its such a short walk. We will definitely be staying again! Another plus is the owners are outstanding and the nicest people ever!

"Our stay at the Palms couldn't have been better, the condo is nicely decorated, clean, and has everything you need to stay at your home away from home, the beach access is a short walk away and just far enough from the public beach to be a nice, calm, quiet relaxing day. "This place was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were very happy with the bedrooms and the bathrooms. The location was fantastic and the beach was steps away. We saw lovely sunsets every night. The local beach beach Cafe was walking distance, with live music every afternoon into the evening. We would be glad to stay again. Wonderful vacation

"We spent two relaxing weeks at the Palms. This condo is well stocked, clean, very comfy beds, great shower and has a nice outdoor space. Bruce and Bonnie are very attentive and generous owners. The location is great. Very short walk to the beach, no sitting in traffic! The beach is beautiful. We saw dolphins all the time! Also walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream and shopping. We used the bikes a few times to ride to each end of the island. We had a great vacation at The Palms and will be back!

Amazing rental

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The beds are amazingly comfortable, the entire place was well equipped with MORE than we could have ever imagined needing. All of the beach/pool supplies in the storage closet are a huge bonus as well since we didn't have to pack anything for the beach, or have to put anything sandy back in our car to go home! It's a quick 5 minute walk from the front door to toes in the water (while dragging two kiddos in a wagon!), Publix and multiple food places are on the next street over, there's multiple trolley stops nearby to hop on the free island trolley, and the pool has a great combination of shade/sun. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our final week of summer vacation, and we will not hesitate to stay here again the next time we come visit the island!

"This was a girls trip with my mom and two daughters. This unit was perfect for the 4 of us. It is so close to grocery and some excellent restaurants and shops. Excellent communication from the owner and company. You are maybe a block and half from the beach access and the unit is stocked with sand toys, rafts, umbrellas, wagons, etc. We rented a golf cart and would pull the wagon behind it and park right by the beach. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

"We loved staying here. So close to the beach, a short walk to shops/cafes, and a short golf cart ride to lots more! The place was spotless and cheerful. The beds were so comfy. Ideal location

"I had such a relaxing stay here with my dog. I love that this rental is pet friendly and so close to the beach, the grocery store, and downtown Anna Maria! The property is very clean, beds are comfortable, and it is so well equipped with kitchenware and appliances, beach gear, and even bikes. The owners are great to work with if anything comes up, and they give you $35 towards ice cream at Holy Cow! The pool area is perf for relaxation and gets midday sun. I would absolutely stay here again!

"We really enjoyed this property. Very quiet and private setting.....yet only 70 yards to the beach and you can also walk to Publix and some shops. Very clean and great management company. The unit has a great storage closet with bikes and goodies for the beach. This unit is also fully stocked with all the needs you could think of for the kitchen etc.
