Two minutes over the bridge to Manatee Beach on the Gulf. A deep water marina steps from the unit for sunset strolls and boat watching. Floridays, a Florida fish-house-style restaurant, on the property. This is One Particular Harbour — a gated, waterfront community on Anna Maria Sound where the resort amenities are as strong as the location.

The condo is 1,500 square feet with an open layout and a large screened lanai for morning coffee overlooking the water. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed for full meals at home. The living area connects naturally to the lanai and the views beyond.

Two bedrooms sleep five. The primary suite has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living room sleeper sofa handles the fifth guest. Two full bathrooms. High-speed WiFi included. Covered parking with elevator access — no stair coordination on arrival.

Complimentary bikes, beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon are provided for the stay. The heated community pool and cabana area, children's tot lot, splash zone, and BBQ grilling area are all available for short-term guests.

Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club with private pool, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

Pet-friendly for dogs up to 65 lbs.

One Particular Harbour requires a one-week minimum stay with covered parking included

"I had an excellent stay at this property! I was surprised at how clean the condo was. The kitchen was stocked with cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans - all the basics to prepare meals during your stay. There is a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig available for coffee drinkers. The beds and bedding were nice and comfortable, and the bathrooms were stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The property is lovely and extremely quiet. I would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Property

"This was our second year staying in One Particular Harbor and this unit was absolutely fantastic! Very clean, very nicely decorated, and perfect for a family vacation. IVP did a great job with communication and organization and the property was extremely well-prepared and clean. Not only do I highly recommend this unit, but the property itself is located in a fantastic location (easy to get to the beaches and also back towards Bradenton/Sarasota). The complex is very well-maintained, quiet, and always has other friendly guests staying there. We always love going to Floriday's Bar and Grill which is steps away from the property. It's also nice to be close to everything, but also right on the other side of the bay where it is a tad quieter and less hectic. We will DEFINITELY be returning and using IVP for our next annual Spring Break trip down to AMI!

Spacious Condo

"The condo was spacious and comfortable for our needs. There was a pool close to us that was heated and regularly maintenanced. We could walk to a nearby restaurant. This time of year Manatee Avenue - a two lane roadway is significantly busy with people making their way to Anna Maria Island for the beach. We opted to stay a little longer to have access to the complex’s clubhouse and gym, as well as their “private beach” which was underwhelming. We didn’t realize the restaurant and bar at the clubhouse was only open on the weekends and with limited timeframes. I loved the yoga classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Overall while the condos were spacious and newer, the area itself is a bit secluded from all that AMI offers.

"Was able to secure this condo same day after we were displaced by Hurricane Helene flooding our home. Amy at Island Vacation Properties was fantastic to work with and we are very thankful that she was able to help us.
This condo is in great condition, very new and very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Added bonus is that there are 2 places to eat located a short walk away.

Peaceful Paradise

"The condo was just as described and very clean which is hugely important to me. We arrived at 1am and the check in process was easy. It was great to have nice beach chairs and an umbrella as well as a couple floats to use that were easily accessible on the ground floor. We also enjoyed having access to 2 bikes. The location was perfect for us - just minutes from AMI but not right in the middle of things so it was quiet. I would absolutely return!

Beautiful condo close to AMI

"We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and were very happy with the location. It was a short drive to Holmes Beach and all of the restaurants and activity on AMI, but it was nice to return back to the quiet condo complex. We were there over spring break so AMI may have been busier than usual. The condo was beautiful, clean and well maintained. We even spent some time at the pool which was also very nice. The property management company was helpful and made the rental process seamless. We would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Spring Break Week

"The Condo was immaculately clean, fully stocked and location was amazing. It had everything we needed for us and our adult kids. Beach chairs and bikes were a plus! Rental company is super helpful for questions and made everything so easy! Only drawback was no access to the other half of the property which contains lots of amenities and walking trails. Next year we will try to stay a month so we can use it all!

"This unit had everything you could use and more. If you are traveling with children (we were not) there is a highchair, pack and play, toys, beach toys, boogie boards, bikes and more. The unit was so clean when we arrived it was hard to believe someone had occupied it before us. Dishes, glasses, cookware of all shapes and sizes were available. You have a blender, crock pot, and truthfully anything you’d have in your own home. The beds were so comfortable. One guest slept in the pull out sofa and said she’d never slept in a pull out so comfy. There were a few issues with cable/television but were quickly addressed by the listing agent. It truly was an amazing trip. Anna Maria Island is a bridge away. We had a car but one day took an Uber to the island at it was $9. If you stay more than 30 days (we did) you have access to all of the grounds/pools on the property which will make you never want to vacation anywhere else.
