Anna Maria Sound water views from every room. The screened lanai looks out over the courtyard on one side and the water on the other — morning coffee here with the Sound in front of you and the sunset arriving later from the same position. This unit has one of the most complete water view orientations in the One Particular Harbour portfolio.

The condo is 1,500 square feet with an open layout. Everything was completely furnished new in July 2021 — new kitchen, new furnishings, new appliances throughout. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed for full meals at home. The large screened lanai is where the mornings go.

Two bedrooms sleep five. The primary suite has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed — a practical configuration for a parent and child or two guests comfortable sharing the space. The living room sleeper sofa handles the fifth guest. Two full bathrooms. High-speed WiFi included.

Four complimentary bikes are included with this unit — more than the standard OPH offering — along with beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon for trips to the water. The heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot, splash zone, and BBQ grilling area are all available. The deep water marina is steps away for sunset strolls. Floridays restaurant is on the property.

Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.

Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

One Particular Harbour requires a one-week minimum stay with covered parking and elevator access included.

Perfect Paradise

"Our family vacay was perfect in every way. The property at OPH is well maintained—clean grill, excellent pool, lovely landscaping, and an onsite tiki bar/restaurant! Our condo (Come Monday #401) was comfy and spotless. The view was stunning at sunset and unit well equipped for relaxing “at home”. Also, close to the beach and many delicious dining choices. A Florida paradise! Rental staff was responsive to a couple of small issues which were resolved immediately. Many thanks for a great stay on AMI/Bradenton.

Great time at a Great Place

"We usually snowbird in March on or near Anna Maria Island, but due to a scheduled surgery we moved our reservation to September. We definitely enjoyed all of the amenities of the area with less crowds and warmer Gulf water. We stayed at One Particular Harbor (OPH), a Jimmy Buffet property and it is exceptional! A gated complex with 2 & 3 bedroom condos that are spacious, comfortable and come with many amenities, like a pool, grill area, kids playground and each condo provides bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas and more. Our second time here and we will be back. Our condo, 379-401, was great and we could see the intercostal water and the nightly sunsets from our huge lanai. There is a hotel next door, The Compass, which seems excellent with a great pool, restaurant and bar. But we frequented Floridays, which we could walk to, for our happy hours. It is a tiki bar and restaurant with great views of the water. Best thing about the location is it is only a 3 minute drive to the Manatee Beach in Holmes Beach. This is a great beach with a cafe, tiki bar and nightly music to listen to while watching the sunset. We book our stays through Island Vacation Properties in Holmes Beach and they are the best. Great customer service, easy to work with and handle the OPH rentals. If you love Anna Maria Island and are looking for a great place to stay, contact Island Vacation Properties and ask about the OPH condos.

A relaxing spot

"We had a beautiful holiday in AnnaMaria. The accomodation was exceptional with everything we required. The bikes and beach chairs were an added bonus and we enjoyed bike rides through Robinsons preserve and walking through Neals preserve encountering the local wildlife. The sunsets on Anna Maria are not to be missed .

"We were more than delighted with this rental. It was clean, had good quiet location. The pool was amazing especially with the music piped in! Our granddaughter absolutely loved the splash pad as well. Our first vacation alone with our 3yo granddaughter was a success! We will return next year with the whole family!

"We have stayed in this condo a handful of times and cannot recommend it enough. It has everything you need for you stay. It is very clean, nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. There are plenty of dishes for your family and lots of items to make meals if you do not want to go out. The views from the balcony are beautiful and we can’t wait to come back.

A place done right

"This is a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville place named OPH dater one of his hot songs One Particular Harbor. It is Spectacular! Huge 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that is super spacious, comfortable, great kitchen, great view of the inter coastal water, extremely pet friendly and numerous amenities. Our pet ShiTzu has never stayed at a place like this before. On the same property is a great restaurant, Floridays, a hotel, Compass, a marina and another residential gated community, Harbor Aisles. We had access to the walking paths/sidewalks around the lakes and to the clubhouse which was phenomenal. The pool at OPH was great and the BBQ area was a great place to meet and socialize. We absolutely loved this place.

"Our stay at One Particular Harbor 379-401 was amazing. The property description & pictures was even better in person. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog along for the month. The property grounds were immaculate! We walked every day and kayaked in the lagoons several times. The property is located to three nature preserves and was just a short bike ride over the bridge to Anna Maria Island. Since we stayed 30 days, we were able to take advantage of all of the amenities the property had to offer including the fitness center, Beach Club, and the Sky Bar. We would definitely recommend staying here. It was an incredible location and we had a good view of the sound, too!

Gorgeous property!

It was PERFECT!

"Our family LOVED our stay at One Particular Harbor. The 4th floor views were amazing, and we overlooked the park, pool and splashpad which was a perfect setup for our toddler. The condo was decorated flawlessly and every detail with amenities was taken care of. There was even plastic kid plates, cups and silverware (just goes to show you the thought that went into the condo.) We cannot wait to come back!

Great Place!

"We stayed for 35 days & Loved this place. Great views, Well decorated open floor plan, Clean, Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishware, etc., Washer and dryer were new and worked great. Location was very nice, quiet, and great neighbors. The cruiser bikes supplied were great fun and we rode them to Robinson Preserve and AMI often. We had one issue with a flat tire on one bike upon arrival, but maintenance took care of it promptly.

Sunrises, Sunsets, Sunshine (kinda) and a View to Die For

"Beautiful Condo. Stunning Views. Great Location. Clean (beyond expectations). Our only complaints were lack of maintenance for plumbing issues (even after several requests). A constant running toilet, the horrible rotten egg-like gas smell from bathroom sink faucets (all 3). The toilet was super annoying. Furniture, although beautiful, was cheap and uncomfortable. The view, resort, and location completely nullified all of our complaints. We have recommended to several and plan on returning soon.

"It was very good. The condo was beautiful and new. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had really nice cookware. A few negatives were that the condo does not have basic cable service. Just apps and apple TV hookups. Makes it difficult to watch live TV like big football games. Also the huge levelor blinds would not open or close in the living room which resulted in a blocked view.

Fantastic Condo in Great Location

"New, clean, comfortable! Condo is just as shown in pictures if not better. Bedrooms are separated and provide privacy. Property has pool, splash pad and playground for children. Owners provided bikes, beach chairs, canopy and beach wagon, making beach trips so easy! Condo is spotless! We would not hesitate to visit again.

"Fantastic condo in gated community. Away from hustle and bustle but close to Anna Maria and it’s beaches . Condo is new, clean, well stocked. Two bedrooms separated so each room has privacy. Large screened balcony adds to enjoyment. Bikes, beach chairs, canopy and wagon make beach trips a breeze. Would not hesitate to come again!!!
