The community pool is 50 feet from the front door. The Gulf beach is a 2-minute walk. The free Anna Maria Island trolley has two stops one block away on Gulf Drive — the full length of the island accessible without a car. Lazy Livin 6 is a ground-level

Bradenton Beach vacation rental that puts the water and the trolley within reach before you've finished unpacking.
The unit is one block west of the Intracoastal Waterway — dual water proximity that few properties at this price point can match. The layout sleeps four in two bedrooms. The master has a king bed. The guest room has two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cookware, utensils, and dishware for meals at home. Cable TV and WiFi included.

A few things worth knowing before you book: the community pool is not heated. There is no washer, no dryer, and no community laundry room on the property — guests who need laundry facilities will need to plan accordingly. Electric bikes are not permitted on site. Non-smoking property.

Lazy Livin 6 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

Great Family Getaway!

"This was the perfect spot! I’ve stayed on AMI several times and was a little hesitant about not being beachfront, but this place was such a pleasant surprise. We were actually just across the street and felt closer to the beach than some beachfront properties that I'd previously stayed.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The management team was fantastic and easy to work with.

My grandsons especially loved the quiet side street and the pool—it made the trip even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

"We loved our stay at Lazy Liven for 2nd winter. Only problem was pool being out for a week and no real answer from association for 5 days. Otherwise, perfect location and unit. More restaurants and businesses open then we thought would be.

Great time

"We love AMI!! Been to the island multiple times but first time staying here. Rental was great- provided us with beach towels, umbrella, swim tubes, and liens. Very close to the beach and kid friendly. Shared pool but it was basically private everytime we got in! Staff communciated via text and it was so nice! They even provided us with box fans :) (we can’t sleep without). Would definitely come back!

"Very nice condo. Great location...quick walk to the beach. Pool was very nice. Condo was very clean. Very quiet location. My only negative comments would be the bathroom vent fan did not work, and the shower floor is not level, resulting in water pooling in the non-drain end of the shower. You can also hear upstairs guests quite easily, but they were relatively quiet.

Beach Bliss

"We had a fantastic trip and enjoyed everything about the property. The other guests were pleasant, and the location is exceptional. A short walk to Bradenton Beach that is very clean, with beautiful sunsets, and well patrolled by the police. Which is comforting, because it keeps the rift-raft away. This is a perfect retreat for a family getaway. The keyless entry to the unit was a huge plus, especially with a toddler. Three adults were free to come and go as we please, without worrying about "who has the door key?"
Our original trip was set at five nights. We loved it so much, that we extended our trip two more days. Hassle free. The property is really close to a trolly stop. The kids were thrilled to ride on the trolley. It's air-conditioned and well maintained. A few of our favorite places on Anna Maria Island. The pier, Anna Maria Island Museum, with good shopping across the street from the pier and the museum. Ugly Grouper was our favorite place to dine, and Lucas was an awesome server. I would also recommend, a visit to the Sun & Surf Beach Shop to see the exotic birds. If you need laundry services visit Seaside Laundromat. Patty has excellent customer service skills and was very pleasant. She laundered our clothes before leaving AMI. This trip was a Suprise Birthday present Staycation gift to my daughter. She lives nearby and I chose AMI because it has the highest family friendly reviews in the area. We will be back again next year. Island Vacation Properties and this location was incredible. Thank you!!

A wonderful stay!

"We loved this vacation rental. One block from the most perfect beach. The complex was family friendly and everyone was considerate at the pool. The condo was clean and well equipped. They were also quick to meet our needs. The only negative, which we knew going in, was so washer and dryer. This was hard with beach towels to dry out. But we loved this unit and will return soon!

Cozy close to beach

"Cozy little condo very clean and super close to the beach. It's not a big space so no washer and dryer or dishwasher but it comes with nice little touches like beach towels and beach equipment including chairs etc. Proximity to the beach is awesome and we also loved having the pool too. The condo is super clean and property management was helpful with any issues. A drying rack to hang wet beach stuff would be helpful as well as a mirror outside the bathroom.

"Cute, exactly what we needed! Close to everything we wanted! Free trolly on the island was great but between the pool and the beach steps away we didn’t need to go anywhere except mini golf on Bridge Street which we could walk to easily but took the trolly back!

Pleasant Stay

"Overall, our stay was pleasant. There were plenty of towels provided. I do think at least two trash bags should be provided. A full length mirror would've been great. Unfortunately, whoever lives or stayed above us were extremely loud. Every foot step could be heard and at one time it sounded like they dropped two bowling balls and it woke me out of my sleep. Other than that, the condo was clean, up to date, and check-in and check-out were easy.

"The rental was clean & spacious. It does look much larger in the picture but it was still exactly what we needed. The only thing we would have liked different would to have had an extra set of blankets for the fold out couch. Very close to the beach. Close to downtown. Not really walking distance to downtown but definitely a hop into the car in a couple of minutes. The pool was clean and very welcoming. We would stay here again!
