Particular Harbour 392-201 is a 1,500 square foot condo with an open layout and a well-configured interior for a week or longer.

The condo sleeps five across two bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed — a practical configuration for a parent and child or two guests comfortable sharing the space. The living room sleeper sofa handles the fifth guest. Two full bathrooms. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and everything needed for full meals at home. High-speed WiFi included.

The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant — a Florida fish-house-style dining experience on the property. Beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon are available for the stay. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.

Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

Pet-friendly — contact IVP directly to confirm the current weight limit before booking with a pet.

OPH 392-201 requires a one-week minimum stay with covered parking and elevator access included. No smoking.

AMI Vacation - One Particular Harbour

"Island Vacation staff are very accommodating and great to work with. Highly recommend them. Rental condo and property were excellent. Very clean and well maintained. We typically stay on the island but decided to give this property a try. Very short commute to the island. A few updates would be helpful - stand-alone makeup mirror would be helpful and the beach chairs in the storage unit need to be refreshed. The pool was eventually cleaned at the end of our stay. Water was very clear but pool needs to be skimmed and vacuumed more frequently. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely be back!

OPH 392-201 JULY 2024

"We've been vacationing on AMI for the past 15 years and always stay on the island but this time we wanted to try one of the condos in Margaritaville/One Particular Harbor a try for our 5 night visit. The community is relatively new so the amenities are top noch and appeared well maintained. The location is just behind the Compass hotel and marina which is as close to AMI as you can be without being on the island-Maybe a 3 minute drive. There are 10 or 12 buldings with 12 units per building and under building parking along with additional visitor parking in front. It's also a secure/gated community. Short term stays will only have access to the one pool and splash pad area which is very nice. The only complaint is that the splash pad area could used additional loungers and unbrellas for the tables but we had no issue finding chairs during our stay. The pool did get a little crowded with kids/families at times. Longer term rentals and residents would likely prefer the additional resort pool which we did not have access to but is also further. Each unit has a storage locker in the parking area under the building and ours was stocked with beach gear and pool toys. The unit itself was nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of dishware and a basic stock of other necessities like garbage bags, soap, dish tabs etc. Our unit had a pool/courtyard view with a large screened patio. Patio furniture was comfortable and high quality. Loved the beds in the unit-Nectar brand matresses. Pleanty of bath and beach towels. Clean, new appliances, cold A/C. Would stay in a bay view unit next time as the views and breeze from other side of building are wonderful. Went to both restaurants at the Compass hotel (Floridays/Compass bar and chill) and food/service at both was very good. Nice outdoor tiki bar/deck at Floridays as well as indoor dining. With the money we saved staying just off island, we were able to eat out at all of our fav AMI spots.

Mother/ daughter weekend

"Our stay at One Particular Harbour was wonderful. We loved the proximity to AMI, but enjoyed the relaxation and quiet it offered away from the hustle and bustle of the island. It was a great place to relax after enjoying the island activities for the day. The proximity to Bradenton was perfect for picking up a grocery order. The condo and the property were clean and felt very safe. We enjoyed the pool in the complex and the proximity to the Compass bar and restaurant as well. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

An excellent stay!

"My wife and I recently spent most of the month of December in 392-201. It was our second time staying in this particular unit and once again it suited us to a tee. Not only is the design decor pleasing to the eye, everything from the beds to the living room furniture to the outdoor furniture is very comfortable. This trip the owners provided a nice touch by putting up a Christmas tree and hanging stockings prior to our arrival. A nice surprise! Once again our dealings with Island Vacation Properties were a pleasure. We have rented from them numerous times and have always found their staff to be professional and personable. This combination of quality property and first rate rental company is a winner!

Beautiful and restful

We were a five minute drive to Anna Marie Island. Lots to do, great restaurants in the area. The coastal drive is also beautiful and a must do. Would love to come back.

Great Experience!

"We absolutely loved this condo. The cleanliness was immaculate, the kitchen was well-supplied, and the unit is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The beds and other furnishings were very comfortable and in like-new condition. The owners have paid great attention to every detail to make this unit comfortable and enjoyable. Although we did not use it as much as we anticipated, the screened porch outside was well furnished and large enough to accommodate family dinners, etc.. The grill in the common area was also a nice feature. The common areas were very clean, beautiful, and well maintained, and I felt very safe there. This complex has many permanent residents who live there, so it is not strictly a vacation rental property. The residents we met were friendly and welcoming.

Island Vacation Properties was an exceptional company to work with as well, and their agents and customer service were top notch. We would definitely rent from them again, and would stay at this property again.

The only potential negative is that it is not practical to walk from this unit to the beach with gear in tow, but it is less than 5 minutes from Manatee public beach, and to us the excellent features of the property far outweighed driving to the beach. We drove to a lot of different areas of the island and like to experience the different beach areas, so we would be driving a lot regardless of where we stayed. The location is only a bridge away from mid-island, so it is convenient to all areas, and is very close to boat, kayak, and other equipment rentals, as well as a few nature reserve areas.

If you are big on watching the sunrise, this unit does not have an unobstructed sunrise or sunset view, but there is a dock a couple of blocks down the street that offers an amazing sunrise view, and of course there are so many areas of beach to watch beautiful sunsets.

All in all, we give this unit a top notch rating, and will most likely stay there again.

"This place is everything we could have wanted in a vacation for my family! The location gave us a peaceful and relaxing week, and best of all we were just a minutes from the most popular beaches and restaurants. The home itself was clean and had everything you would need for a week to month long stay, or even longer! The interior of the home was very new, unlike many other properties in the area, and was extremely clean. The washer and dryer was a life saver, especially with two little kids! The gated community was great as well and offered hotel style amenities, including multiple pools, a clubhouse, a gym, and a private beach, restaurant and bar overlook the water! Best of all it was QUIET! Whether you’re a local, looking to getaway or from out of state, this home has it all!

"My four adult daughters and I had a "girls weeks". As soon as we walked into the condo we were more than pleased. Everything was perfect, the decor was tastefully done, the location was close to many beaches and restaurants and shops were available and close by. We had a minor problem with the FOB key not working but it was corrected quickly. All the amenities you would want. We will definitely be going back next year. Thank you soooo much for a wonderful week. Every aspect of this condo was a 5+.

Exquisite!

"What an amazing much needed get away with my husband at unit 201! It’s so clean and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed all the amenities plus we were centrally located just minutes from the beach, shopping, and dining. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises, quiet, peaceful location. Ana Maria island condo

"The condo itself was amazing! It was very updated and had plenty of space to accommodate all 5 of us. It also had everything you need to cook or grill outside. The pool and kid play area was great. The property did require a key fob to access almost everything (garbage, pool, splash pad, park) which was a little frustrating at times.

FANTASTIC!!!

"WOW! My family absolutely LOVED everything about this rental! Booked it last minute and the rental staff was extremely accomodating and helpful when we did this.

What I Loved:
-The condo was very clean and we had plenty of space
-Well stocked
-LOVED the floor plan! Very suitable for entertaining, yet private at the same time.
-The outdoor space had bug screens and that was fab! We spent a lot of time out there.
-The living room doors open up completely and we loved the indoor/outdoor space
-We used the clubhouse pool about every day and it was FANTASTIC! Very clean and fun! There is even a splash pad for the kiddos and a pool arm lift for the pool.
-It's in a gated area, so we felt very safe. It was also very quiet, which was great!
-Outside of the condo is very well kept, and we even had a covered parking spot. An unexpected great surprise!
-Quick drive to the Island and beaches, unknown to us who knew nothing of where things are in FL, it was so convenient and amazing!
-The surrounding area is very nice as well.

Some things to note:
-The rental company really emphasized using their app. When I did submit a message through it, it was never responded to. However, when we called their office they were always very helpful, so this may be the better route to go if you stay here and need assistance from them.
-We rolled into the condo late at night (after the rental office closed) and there were no check-in instructions saying we needed to go to their office to pick up the keys. However, they had an emergency number to call after hours and the gentleman who answered was very helpful and kind and got us squared up right away.

In conclusion, we would love to stay here again! They have larger units available and we have plans to stay here with our extended family sometime in the near future.

Changing Attitudes

" We had a lovely stay in Unit 201 on Aruba Circle. The unit was pristine! I was surprised at the white on the bar stools- we didn’t use them, but it would be scary if children were there. The bed was very comfortable & the supplies provided were very adequate. All of the furniture was very nice & very comfortable! The only negative is; there is no view - faces parking lot & other buildings, but it is a pleasant view, just no water .
