One block from the bay — and the bay here means a kayak launch, playground, and basketball court within easy reach of the front door. A Getaway Retreat A is a Holmes Beach vacation rental with a two-level layout, a private sundeck for morning coffee, and a downstairs outdoor area with a gas grill and firepit for the evenings.

The two-car garage is underneath the building — covered parking for both vehicles, which is a genuine rarity in Bradenton Beach. The downstairs sitting area has the grill and firepit alongside it, making the outdoor space functional at multiple levels throughout the day.

Two bedrooms sleep six. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room queen sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests. Two full bathrooms. An in-unit washer and dryer handles the week's beach clothes. The kitchen has new appliances throughout. High-speed WiFi included.

The storage area has a beach buggy with chairs and full beach gear — grab everything and head to the beach. The tropical yard has comfortable seating for the afternoons when the pool is calling less loudly than the shade.

The beach is a walk from the property — the bay is one block, the Gulf beach is further. Worth knowing if beach swimming is the priority. The free AMI trolley stops nearby for getting around without a car.

Pet-friendly with a $150 non-refundable fee. Parking for two vehicles in the garage.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

Fantastic Beach Vacation!

"My wife and I had a wonderful time on AMI! The vacation rental was clean, had sufficient amenities, everything worked like it should. We loved packing all that we needed in the provided beach wagon and having just a 2 minute walk to the beach, which was never crowded. A great value for the price, we would stay here again!

Nice condo close to shopping and beach

"We have stayed on Anna Maria Island for 12 years and have always used IVP, so when we had to stay only 4 days instead of a full week I reached out to them for advice. One property recommended to us was this one, and we absolutely loved it! Nice quiet street 5 minute walk from the beach, couple minute drive to any restaurant or grocery. The unit itself was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, very near the bay and a beautiful park as well. Everything was beautiful in the unit, very updated and clean, private deck was awesome! A large variety of beach chairs and cart and toys as well on site. Couldnt have asked for a better vacation rental. Once again IVP came thru and of course there was excellent communication all through the planning process and the trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

"I booked this place last minute with no issues. The app makes it super easy and convenient. This rental is an older home with not all of the bells and whistles of something new. With that said, it was clean, quiet and a great location. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all of the basics. My husband and I either walked or took the trolley up and down the island. The grocery store is a 15-20 minute walk and the bleach is just 2 beach blocks. The most AMAZING sunsets! The only negative was the beach chairs were the worst. For those of us who love the beach, Upgrading the beach chairs for guests would be my only suggestion.

"This house is in a very quiet neighborhood but so close to the beach and the bay. We had lunch in the park as the manatees swam by,after we spent the morning at the beach. It was a great place to stay. Maybe some beach chairs and umbrella would have helped enhance the experience.

"VERY CLEAN,nicely furnished and decorated, updated tile floors,and a short walk to the beach. The bathrooms were dated and my rating would have been a 5 if they had been even a little updated but were VERY CLEAN. Management was awesome and VERY professional and helpful! I will use your service again ! We had a great time and loved the location.
