Important before booking: Seaside Beach House #203 is a top-floor unit with no elevator — stairs are required to reach the condo. Guests with mobility limitations should note this before booking.

The top floor gives this unit the best elevated position in the building — and the 14-foot private balcony faces the Gulf directly with unobstructed sunset views. Guests watch dolphins from this balcony. It's where the mornings go, where the evenings end, and where most of the stay actually happens.

At 950+ square feet, this is a larger layout than most one-bedroom condos at this price point. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas all face the Gulf. New laminate flooring throughout — no carpet — keeps the space fresh and easy to maintain after beach days. The king master suite has a private balcony entrance and en-suite bathroom. A twin sleeper in the living room accommodates a third guest. One and a half bathrooms total. Shared ground level laundry.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. Flat-screen TV in the living room. High-speed WiFi included. Some beach gear is provided. The heated community pool is at the beachside.

Please note: this property is not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts. Covered parking for one vehicle included.

Seaside Beach House #203 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

"The balcony and view from this condo with its ocean front location was unbeatable! I loved the pool which was a nice size, very clean, and a refreshing place to cool off after an afternoon at the beach. The only negative was the lack of an elevator. "Couldn’t ask for better! Clean… beach front… quiet and the property manager was quick at any small issue I had. (I wanted a broom and key pad went dead no biggies). Can’t wait to go back. AMI really knows how to celebrate the 4th of July.

Retirement Vacation

"Initially, having to climb 28 steps to bring luggage, groceries and beach gear was an inconvenience. But putting that aside it was amazing. We loved our beach home, The place was clean, large with a comfy bed and a great shower and I can’t forget the view! Perfect!! We were only a few steps away from the sugar beach and ocean. Great pool and location to shops and restaurants! Nice to have a protected place to shelter our rental car as well Check in was easy and any questions were answered quickly. I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate the first few days of retirement! Can’t wait to go back!!

"We had a wonderful time ! Great location and beautiful beach!! We were on the third floor. If steps are difficult for you , then this is not the place for you. The condo was lovely, clean. There is a step down living room that you have to be very aware of. An automatic light at that step area would be beneficial due to the wood flooring all being the same color. Condo has a nice balcony with ocean view. It is located within minutes if great restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again!

The perfect couples getaway

"My husband and I wanted to go to place where the beaches were beautiful and not crowded. Just a laid back vibe. This was it! And the condo was perfect for us! It was welcoming and had all the comforts of home and very well equipped with all we would need. We flew and it was so nice that beach chairs,towels, an umbrella and cooler were provided for our use! It made our trip so easy! The location was perfect! We truly enjoyed being right on the beach, but the complex was small. The pool was a bonus for when you want to cool off and relax after a day on the beach.
The condo was located on the island where you were only a short drive away from wonderful restaurants.
The management company also was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions! We will definitely be back!

A bit dated, but clean and in a great location right on the beach

"The carpet and some of the upholstery were a bit worn and the dark woodwork, tile and cabinetry are dated. Having said that, the unit was very clean and the kitchen well stocked for cooking in, and much less expensive than the properties nearby. The location on the north end of Anna Maria is the best part of the island and this unit is right on the beach with a fantastic view of the beach and the remarkable sunsets!

Great location on Anna Maria

"There are several different parts of Anna Maria where you can stay, and Seaside Beach was a great location. It is basically in the middle making it close for each of the different restaurant and shopping areas. There are only 10 units so it was pretty quiet and you can't beat the view of the beach! The decor is a bit outdated, but it was very clean and well supplied with everything needed to stay.

"This is a very nice Unit in a great location - right on the beach. Perfect for sunsets and watching for Dolphins. Very clean and well equipped. Free main floor laundry for use. Covered parking right at Building. Only caveat is that there are 2 flights (28) of steep steps to get to the Condo.

"I loved this rental and will definitely be staying again. Right on the beach and convenient to everything on the island. Large, clean, quiet, well appointed. Balconies on each end, east and west. Pool. My second-floor unit had the very best view and a designated covered parking.
Only negative: sliding doors need repair and vertical blinds need replacing.

Wonderful accommodations

"This was our 3rd vacation in this building, our first in #203. Lovely furnishings, right on the beach, great views and well maintained property.
My only complaint was the pool furniture only had one working umbrella. I need shade and that
one umbrella was not always available.
I surely would reccomend 102 68th Street # 203 to all who love this island and wonderful accommodations.

What a view!

"We have stayed in #203 SBH several times, and have always enjoyed our time. The location is perfect for us. We can walk to breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and can enjoy the beach which is only steps away. The unit is comfortable and pretty well stocked, although the rugs and decor could use a little updating. We look forward to returning to one of our favorite relaxing spots.

A Wonderful Accommodation

"We had a 1 bedroom unit on the second floor (which was up 2 flights of stairs ). We stayed for 2 weeks and your accomodations were perfect. The room was very clean and well maintained . The view of the ocean was amazing and the pool was very clean and well cared for. I would definitely recommend this accommodation as a perfect spot on Anna Maria Island.

Great location - Needs updating

"The instructions to operate the smart TV were completely wrong. It took two hours to get results, and only because of my Engineering background.

The bedroom sliding doors have very poor seals - very noisy on a windy night.

"We booked this unit fairly late as our usual place was already booked. Great location right on the beach. Unit was plenty big enough for the two of us with a great balcony which had sun from late morning onwards. The kitchen is perhaps a little dated but perfectly adequate. Bed and furnishings all very comfortable.
Only a two minute walk to a trolley stop south and maybe 10 minutes to a stop north.
Communications with IVP were excellent as always with prompt and helpful responses at all times to our requests and queries. Would recommend this unit

A beautiful day in the neighborhood

"My wife and I stayed in this wonderful beachfront condo recently. We enjoyed the view from standing in the kitchen to relaxing on the balcony everyday that we were there. The beach was very accessible and we had plenty of room to set up for the day while soaking up that Florida sun. Our only problem was the TV wasn't working in the living room, but Leah (hope I spelled her name correctly) and a gentleman came to replace the TV. We would suggest trying the many restaurants that the island has to offer, can't go wrong with any of them. Enjoy your stay here.

"Condo was not as clean as I would have expected. We were not furnished with enough bath towels or washcloths. Very glad we brought our own. Make sure to bring your own dishwasher detergent. Did not have a washer and dryer. Pool area did not look clean. Very outdated look.

Beautiful Condo

"The condo was absolutely beautiful! It had everything you could need.(except a shot glass) LOL. Great views from the balcony--we loved it!! The rental agency promptly answered my emails with questions I Had.

We did not think the location was that great-- because we didn't have a vehicle. Even with the free trolley, we ended up walking quite a bit.
The monkey bus did not show up one night, and I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND AMI TAXI!! They lost our reservation, and left us stranded, outside, with our suitcases, the day of departure, for one and a half hours in 90 degree heat. We had to call several places before we got someone to take us to the airport, and we just made our flight.
Not a good ending to a great week!

"We enjoyed our stayed here very much. We used to stay at Bali Hai, until they changed owners and jacked up the price. We liked this unit much better than Bali Hai(just 2 buildings away). The pool is nice, parking in the shade in a designated spot. Yes, there is a lot of stairs to get to the room, but if your'e in good health, shouldnt be a problem. The unit had everything we needed. There isn't a grill, so we used the oven and stove top a lot. The balcony is REALLY great, pics dont do it justice. Only thing I would change, this a non-smoking establishment. I enjoy a cigar in the evenings, so it would have been nice on the balcony, but to follow the rules I went down to the beach. Thank you for beautiful accommodations!

"Although we had a few days of cold very windy weather, the condo was perfect. The location, was in the middle of the island so it was great the condo had beautiful views, the balcony was nice size & blocked by the wind. The kitchen was well equipped & the bed very comfortable. We ate at the beach house, sand dollar & waterfront & all were excellent we were in the middle on the top floor which is probably the best in the complex, but there wasn’t. An elevator...
