Important before booking: Waters Edge 106S has a one-month minimum stay during winter and a two-week minimum during summer and fall. This is not a weekly rental.

A Gulf-front complex in the northern end of Holmes Beach — elevator access, secured lobby, heated pool at the Gulf side, and a tennis court on-site. The private lanai overlooks the pool directly — the right spot for morning coffee and evening wind-downs without leaving the unit.

The unit sleeps four. The bedroom has a king bed. The living room pullout couch handles the remaining guests. One and a half bathrooms. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.

The beach is steps from the complex — a stretch of Holmes Beach that stays less crowded than the main public accesses.

One parking space included. Not pet-friendly.

Waters Edge 106S has a one-month minimum stay in winter and a two-week minimum in summer and fall.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

"I have been staying in this unit for all my AMI visits for the past 10 years. The location is awesome! And I cannot praise all the staff at Island Vacation Properties. They are always available, extremely helpful, and prompt with any inquiries. My one suggestion this year directed for the owner is to update the living room furniture for more guest comfort possibly adding recliners and a larger couch or sectional. There are also 2 sets of table and chairs which could be replaced since it is only a 1 bedroom unit. Also consideration to update the master bath/shower to more handicap friendly (I am handicapped and have trouble entering to shower). These are just my suggestions and I hope they are considered. I love this unit and management and will be back!!! Cindy Rumore

"Very satisfied with the rental although the unit is fairly old and showing signs of that age. An example would be the bedroom carpet that should be replace and other items that are due for replacement. The elevator was a real benefit and the location by the beach was wonderful. All in all we enjoyed our stay and the island does seem to be recovering but the big AMI investor is about to change that.

Just what we were looking for...

"Our condo rental in the Waters Edge Complex was right on the gulf beach in a fabulous location and included basic kitchen necessities like salt, pepper and sponges; also, a hair dryer, rug for the bathroom, and plenty of extra blankets. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable and there were no ceiling fans, although the air conditioner really helped. The management company lent us an awesome fan and made us feel that we could call on them for any issues(of which we had none!). Overall the location, amenities, pool, condo environment, and ADA compliance were fabulous. Before we left we rented the same condo next for an extra week next year and are very much looking forward to returning to this lovely, beautifully-landscaped Island Vacation Property rental.

"The condo was exactly as shown on the website, and we had a very comfortable stay!The location is perfect, and the condo had everything we needed. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet and very well maintained. The residents in the building were very friendly, and we met many very nice people. Lovely condo right on the beach

"Great location right on the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Nice pool and pool area to sit out by the beach. South bound trolley stop right outside your door. I stayed here last year and liked it so much that I booked again for this year.

Great condo in a great location

"The condo had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. |Perfect location - right on the beach and a trolley stop just outside. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was super comfy. "This condo is right on the beach. They have strange rules. You are not allowed to dry towels and swimming suits on the balcony. We dried them in the room and one of us slipped on the wet floor and hurt her back. That was the only problem we had. The management company was very professional, they helped us with the late check out.
