Important before booking: Sunset Terrace has no elevator. This is an upper-level unit — stairs are required to reach the condo. Guests with mobility limitations should note this before booking.

A Gulf-front end unit in Bradenton Beach with a screened porch that overlooks the beach directly. Morning coffee here with the Gulf in front of you is the defining experience of this unit — and as an end unit on the upper level, the views extend further than interior units on lower floors.

The unit sleeps six across three sleeping spaces. The bedroom has a queen bed. The den has bunk beds — a practical configuration for families with kids who want their own space. The living room sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests.

One and a half bathrooms. An in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.

The heated community pool is on-site. Covered parking for one vehicle is included.
Sunset Terrace 201 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly. Non-smoking property.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

Enjoying the Best of the Gulf!

"At SunsetTerrace 201 my wife and I stayed for the first 2 week vacation in Florida! We rented a car but for the second week rented a gas powered golf cart since we didn’t know where to plug in an electric cart. We had a blast and the screened in porch is perfect! We enjoyed morning coffee and meals on the porch also the Best Sunsets every night. The living room is very comfortable after dark to enjoy relaxing or watching TV. The kitchen is very well stocked for eating at condo and a dishwasher to clean the dishes. The bedroom was very comfortable for a good night sleep also! The storage unit downstairs has many items to enjoy the beach which is only Steps away from covered parking garage! We rebooked again for next year during our stay! As I walk the beach in the morning I have noticed it is one of the best condos if you want to be right on the Beach without the Walk! There is also I nice swimming pool area in front of the building with a bathroom available for pool or beach Time use so you don’t have to go to condo!

"Very Hospitable vacation company to work with! Always making sure we are enjoying our stay! The large screened in deck with the Gulf view and breeze put you in a relaxed experience! Three Weeks of Happy

"A great place to spend three weeks with my two teen sons and husband. I grew up on the islands, and we visit when we can from living overseas and had a fun time at Sunset Terrace 201. Check in was easy, the place was spotlessly clean, and the view was lovely. The unit had everything one could need to cook or to spend time on beach with chairs and things in shed. If I had one complaint, it would be that there was no proper floor vacuum. Being there three weeks, I wanted to keep the place tidy, and broom sweeping the whole flat regularly was a bit of a pain. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would return for sure!

great vacation

"This is a nice unit in a great location and we have stayed here in the past. We greatly enjoyed the lanai overlooking the beach and had many happy hours there. The privacy of this unit is also very appealing, being on the corner and away from most of the others. Island Vacation Properties is always pleasant to work with as well.
We had a really great time trying to soak up some the last of Anna Maria's Old Florida atmosphere before it is destroyed by the politicians, developers, and of course the franchises which will follow. The changes are already underway and it is a bittersweet time to visit, but this little island is still lovely in its beauty and peacefulness. We have many sweet memories from many years right here on Anna Maria. We hope to make more.

Island Vacation Properties is the best!

"This was our 4th time staying at an Island Vacation Property and, AS ALWAYS, we had an amazing time! Clean and comfortable condo with covered parking! Quiet and serene, steps to the beach. Everything within reach. Amazing, continuous and friendly communication with Island Vacation Properties. Now, that's a vacation, when one doesn't have to worry about a thing. We love especially this part of the island, though any location on AMI is amazing, really! Everything is close! We love taking beach walks to the nearest restaurant (from this condo, it's a 15 minute leisure walk to Gulf Drive Cafe ~ lovely place with seating right on the beach) but if you must drive, it's never a long drive to anywhere on the island. Can't go wrong with any Island Vacation Property, and the beach front ones are especially amazing because you can't get any closer to the ocean! Paradise!

Our stay at this condo was during Hurricane Idalia. Management was in constant communication about the changing conditions and updates. The island had to evacuate for a couple of days. Island Vacation Properties took care of us! We came home feeling great about our vacation, despite Mother Nature's wrath on Florida.

Great week in the beach

Amazing relaxing vacation

"So beautiful. The island is the best kept secret. We have been coming to this island for the last 15 years. Only time we missed was because of covid restrictions! The condo was very comfortable and the best part was the view from the balcony. We would walk early every morning up the beach. We saw baby turtles hatching and making their way to the ocean. Dolphins swimming in the ocean. Manatees just cruising past. Doesn’t get much better than that. The condo has everything you need. Great location parking and just close to the trolley bus to get around the island. Can’t wait to come back.

"We love this condo, it is the 3rd time staying here. We do wish they had a king-size bed though! There is plenty of room for one! Pool is wonderful. The beach chairs in the storage closet were old and rusty and we ended up renting chairs and an umbrella for the beach. So that was an extra $85 Condo floors could have been cleaner. The bottoms of your feet were pretty dirty after walking across the floor.

Paradise Gained

"If you don't mind climbing some stairs, the second floor unit is very comfortable and clean! It's nice having covered parking as well. The view is incredible and very private...this is an end unit and the way the building is constructed your balcony is not in view of any other balcony. I booked through Island Vacation Properties directly...the staff is marvelous. Very accommodating and “fun folks” as well. Kudos to the owners for all the amenities, even beach chairs. Laundry service an additional fee now but with the current condition it's a good thing...more sanitary than in house washing.

"This place is more beautiful in person than in the photos. The owners have the place decorated beautifully and it is very comfortable! The only thing that could make it better would be a king size bed in the master as there is plenty of room for it. Other than that, I would not change anything!
