Important before booking: Sirena Del Mar requires a minimum stay of 30 nights. This is a long-stay property — ideal for families, snowbirds, and remote workers settling into Holmes Beach for a month or more.

The game room is the differentiator for families. Ping pong, foosball, and a pool table — the kind of indoor entertainment that keeps a group of six genuinely occupied through a month-long stay when the beach day ends early or the weather doesn't cooperate.

Outside, the heated pool sits in a fenced-in patio for privacy. A covered lanai with a gas grill and lounging area handles the outdoor entertaining. The beach is two blocks away — close enough for daily trips, far enough to feel genuinely residential.

Three bedrooms sleep six. The primary suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has two full beds — a practical configuration for two guests who each want their own sleeping space. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Two full bathrooms. An open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for a month of meals at home. Full-size washer and dryer in the unit.

High-speed WiFi throughout.

Guests who have stayed for extended periods consistently come back — one guest described it as "one of the best rental houses we've ever stayed in" and booked again before leaving.

One small dog is welcome with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Parking for three vehicles.

Sirena Del Mar requires a 30-night minimum stay.

credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Beyond Expectation

"The moment I entered Sirena Del Mar I felt at home. Owners have given attention to each detail. I was expecially impressed following the hurricanes and knowing there had been damage. The only indication was that the game room had sparser furnishings than in the photos, but fully functional & agreeable. Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, oodles of sunlight, a large porch for eating and reading, great internet, tv, etc. I was able to continue my work globally while there. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice size, plenty of closet space. Very short walk to the beach and walking distance to shops and Publix. Free trolley stops nearby. Washer & dryer in unit. Bikes, toys, wagon, etc. A truly amazing experience. A suggestion: at least one good reading light in the living room.

January Retreat from Alaska

"Our rental is awesome. It was our 2nd year and already have renewed for next year. It is comfortable, relaxing, and offers the ocean front 200yards away. The home as all needed requirements for a long stay, is decorated very nice and well cared for. It’s our hope to come here many more years. "We’ve been going to Anna Maria for over 20 years. This was our first time staying at this home. I liked the house. It was cozy and open. The pool was small but I liked that it was under cover for the most part so didn’t get too warm. Tv was a bit of an issue (Apple TV) but we finally figured it out. Being right by Gulf Dr could be a little noisy, but short walk to the beach.

Family Week at the Beach!

"We had a great week here! Beautiful water and weather. It was our first time here on the island and it did not disappoint! We rented a golf cart to buzz around and it is highly recommended. The house was awesome-plenty of towels, dishes, we loved the pool area, and the game room. Highly recommend! The bikes need some maintenance and the beach umbrella was broken but in no way hampered our vacation!

Perfect for large Family

"We visited Anna Maria since more then 20 years.
This is one of the best rental houses.
The kitchen is large an very well equipped. The wachmachine and dreyer are also big.
But the biggest fun is in the basement. We spent every day there, for a great contest.
The transfer for door code via App does not work, therefore we called managment one-site.

"Great house with a few small problems , wet laundry left in washer had to finish and fold and return to closets , very dusty floors #underbeds and so , Trash barrels full to the max, bikes need maintenance, this is a great house over all would rent again . Love the location.
