The open lanai at #205 has an elevated 180-degree view overlooking the heated pool and the Gulf of Mexico — the outdoor living space where most of the stay naturally happens. Nightly sunsets arrive directly in front of you. The kitchen was completely renovated with all-new cabinetry, countertops, dishwasher, and microwave — and it faces the Gulf. Cooking here with the water in front of you is one of the details guests mention first.

The in-unit washer and dryer and the covered parking space are both included — practical advantages for a week-long stay.

The unit is fully refurbished with new furniture throughout.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The master has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and faces the Gulf — a water-facing sleeping space. One and a half bathrooms, with a tub and shower combination. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.

The ten-unit complex has a heated pool at the beachside. The beach stretches for miles in both directions. Just a few feet of sand separate the building from the Gulf of Mexico.

Please note: this property is not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts. Covered parking for one vehicle included.

Seaside Beach House #205 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

"What an awesome week. Very nice location in Holmes Beach. Condo was very clean, and spacious. Had everything you need for the week. Short walk out to the beach. There is a beach access next to the condo. But in September, it's not that crowed. Island Vacation Rentals texted me often to make sure my trip was going well. I even sent them a few texts and got the answer back quickly. I would like to come back in the future.

Everything you want in a stay on AMI

"We had a great week vacation in Seaside #205! The condo is equipped with all of the essentials with ocean view and on the beach. It was also a very short drive to the restaurants and shops in AMI and to those in Holmes, Cortez and Bradenton. I love that the unit had some carpeting that made it feel more homey.

"We liked the small number of condos in the building and we loved our balcony facing the ocean. Great communication from property management before annd during our trip. Our unit and the grounds were very clean and well-kept. A little worn from use (carpets and wall edges) but overall comfy and very quiet! The pool was wonderful and private as well. Even had beach chairs and umbrella for us stored in the unit. Holmes beach is quieter than others, which we appreciated, even during spring break. We’d reco a golf cart —very convenient for getting to all the great restaurants and shops. The condo is right in between Pine Ave shopping and Bradenton Beach but without the noise and people. Beds were super comfy as was the other furniture. Our unit also had some games to play and books to borrow. The sunset views from the balcony every night were incredible! 5-stars just for those!

Wonderful rental

"We loved our rental property! It was the perfect place with beach access just steps away. It came with a covered parking spot which was a plus. The property managers were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended it for an 8th night. They have an outdoor shower by the pool which is great, too. We will definitely be back!

First visit to AMI

"This was my family’s first trip to AMI. We’ve been going to Sanibel for the last 12 years, but due to last years hurricane, we decided to try some place different.
The unit was clean and well appointed. Access to beach was so easy. We rented chairs for the week. As the island is small, access to grocery restaurants, other beaches was easy.
The only downside to the unit is the master bedroom could benefit from room darkening shades. Full on sunlight in that room. My husband and I were up by 6:15 every morning.

"We had an amazing week while staying in this condo. Perfect location right on the beach. Loved having the assigned parking spot and the washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. Loved the pool for evening swims. Great location on the island!! We are already planning our next trip and will most likely stay here again. Literally the only non positive thing we could say was the stairs are less then great to get to the upstairs unit, but totally worth it!!!!! The property management was also super helpful! I texted with an issue about the wifi and they were there with in an hour to fix it. They also were quick to communicate in answering questions.
***not noted in the listing but you can NOT have an electric golf cart at this location. There is no outdoor plug in location. Get a gas cart if you rent and stay here.

A Hidden Paradise

"We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for years. It is such a hidden paradise. White sand beaches, great weather, amazing restaurants and no high rises. This is the first time we have stayed at Seaside Beach House 205 and we WILL BE BACK! Great location with unforgettable sunset views. The unit has recently be remodeled. The attention to detail on the update is 5 star worthy. Comfortable beds, high quality sheets, towels, kitchen appliances and accessories. This is truly a 5 star oceanfront unit!

Sunshine and Sunsets

"Anna Maria Island is just a beautiful place and this rental gave us the perfect spot to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. We could walk out onto our second floor balcony and enjoy the quiet of the morning, watch the dolphins and fishing boats. A little later it was a few short steps to the beach for a morning walk and enjoying the warmth of the Florida Sunshine. Of course the ultimate show of the Gulf coast is the gorgeous sunsets! During our 7 day stay, we were fortunate enough to see 6 outstanding sunsets from different locations around the island. The first night we just enjoyed the sunset on the beach in front of our rental unit. We have nothing but positive things to say about Island Vacation Properties. The were responsive to resolve two small problems (parking and AC), but it both were handled quickly and professionally. If I am to be very picky about the rental unit I would point out two things. There should be a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, and I would recommend at least one full size bed and one twin bed in the second bedroom, instead of two twin size beds. We loved our stay and would definitely stay at 205 Seaside Beach House again!

Beachside condo #205 with beautiful views

"We just did a week at this condo and the setup is great ! Enjoyed being right on the beach to come and go as often as we like . Pool is great and heated. Outdoor showers to rinse off sand too . Everyone was friendly that was staying there as well. Parking space under the building just for us. Felt safe . Condo had all the essentials and was clean. Nice bathrooms too. If I had any suggestions it would be either to install a ceiling fan in the master or at least a standing fan to help A/C circulate back there. Management was great even brought us two new beach chairs upon request . We found a cooler in unit to use and an umbrella . Lots of bath towels and beach towels. Would use this place again . Thank you !

Beautiful place

"It was very nice and tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds and furniture.
The light would not turn off in the guest bedroom and the management would not fix it as it was late at night. So we had to sleep on the couch for a night. They were suppose to call back at 9:00 am but I had to finally call at noon. They said they would discuss compensation for the loss of the bedroom for that night, but never did.

The condo had everything we needed and no clutter--it isn't a spa and shows wear in places, but is in good shape and well appointed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry as well as the living spaces. "This property was in a great location for us. A bit north of the busier beaches to the south. The second floor gave us great views of the gulf from the balcony.(just be prepared to make multiple trips up 2 flights of stairs everyday) The layout of the condo is a bit odd, but worked for us as a couple. The master bath does not have a shower, only the main bath does and that bathroom is not close to the second bedroom. Also the fan in the main bath was not working, but they said a work order was placed to have it fixed. The kitchen is nice, but had no linens until we called. Beach chairs are provided but were a bit saggy so we rented chairs and an umbrella from Beach Bums. The covered parking was very nice to keep the car out of the sun. Overall, we had a great stay.

Can't beat the view

"We have stayed in this unit the past 3 years over the holidays. Location is as good as you can get. On a fairly quiet spot on the island. A private trail leads to the beach just steps away. A view of the sunset and sunrise without leaving the unit. The unit has not been upgraded in a while and is showing a lot of wear and tear. Stained carpet throughout being the most obvious. Overall we have been satisfied but with the third year of of steep increase in rates, we have found better value at other units on the beach. The neighboring units have similar rates and have been beautifully remodeled. Island Vacation Properties has been very great to work with and I would recommend them.

Somewhat Disappointed

"Check in was supposed to be by 4 PM. We attempted to check in early and were told the day before to call around 1:00 to check the status. We did that and were told that due to the sticter cleaning protocols, it would be ready closer to 3:00. We called back at 3:00 and then were told that it would be after 4PM because there was an issue with the scheduling of the cleaning crew and that they were going to have to send 2 crews to catch up and that it would be quite a bit after 4PM. Luckily we called to pursue this or it may not have been cleaned. After the cleaning crew left, we had a serious bug issue with hundreds of flying ants inside the main hallway. We spent about 30 minutes trying to get them out or kill them. The unit was extremely hot (85 degrees and very humid) and took several hours to get to a comfortable temperature. The next day, when it was still humid in the unit, we checked the air conditioner which revealed an extremely dirty filter. Those things are supposed to be changed every 30 days. My guess is that it had been several months if not longer. We requested new filter which were brought later that day. After We replaced the filter the air system started to work better. About half way through the week stay, the master bathroom toilet fluidmaster stopped working so they toilet would flush but not refill without tapping on the float. We just lived with the issue for the rest of the stay and informed management of it on Friday so it could be fixed prior to the next guest. Unit was cute and location was good but probably would not stay there again.

"Generally a good stay. However, one morning found the water had been turned off to the entire complex. The owner told us it was due to an unpaid bill snafu. The issue was not cleared up until late afternoon. Should have never happened.
