A Gulf-front condo in the northern end of Holmes Beach on a quiet side street with heated pool overlooking the shoreline and the same direct beachfront balcony. This unit is the one-bedroom configuration, sleeping four on a king bed and a living room sofa bed.

The Pack-N-Play and high chair are provided — making this the better fit for guests traveling with infants or toddlers. The beachfront balcony faces the Gulf directly for morning coffee and evening sunsets. The kitchen has been recently updated and is fully equipped for meals at home. One and a half bathrooms. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. High-speed WiFi. On-site shared laundry.

Please note: this property is not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts. One parking space included. Non-smoking property.

Seaside Beach House #102 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

A great spring break week on the gulf

"The best part of staying at Seaside Beach House 102 is the great Gulf view, observation of people fishing and great sunsets.
The unit was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and miscellaneous beach equipment.
The unit is spacious and comfortable.
This is a very family friendly environment.

"Unit 102 was very clean and comfortable! Everything we needed was available in the unit from coffee cups to beach chairs! This unit is perfectly laid out so beautiful gulf view is visible even when preparing meals. Island Vacation Rentals helped with any questions we had within minutes. I would certainly recommend!

"We have used IVP for many years with different rentals, they are always fantastic to work with, but as far as properties, this is one of our favorites. Right on the beach, amazing views, nice pool, and super comfortable furniture. An added bonus that was wonderful is that there were beach accessories like chairs and an umbrella available to use. That was a huge help! Bed was comfy, kitchen was clean (I’d comment on the kitchen amenities but who cooks on vacation?). Close to so much if you want to do activities but far enough away if you just want to relax and soak up all the beach time you can. Plus, the shower was good and strong making washing off all the saltwater and sunscreen easy. As empty nesters, this unit was the perfect size for the two of us and we can’t wait to come back!

Great view, comfortable unit

"Enjoyed the stay in the unit, especially sitting on the large balcony. Great kitchen too. However it needs some updating - the shower curtain was nasty, for example. While it was well equipped with nice beach chairs, umbrella and towels, we were surprised that basic kitchen items were not provided. Overall, a nice stay but not what was expected for the price.

Fabulous and Directly on the Beach!

"This is a perfect getaway that is directly on the beach. You can watch the beautiful sunset every night from the living room deck, and we saw dolphins playing almost every morning. The furnishings are clean and comfy, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is perfectly quiet and well-situated for getting around the island. We loved every minute of our stay!

"This condo is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. The balcony has comfortable furniture and wind is blocked on each side. Location convenient for long walks on beach, biking around the island, shopping, and close to Bradenton.Property management company a pleasure to work with. This is a quiet, small development in a residential area. Nice neighborhood.

Beach vacation

"The rental unit was large and decorated with nice decor. Over all it was clean but the carpets needed shampooing.
The blinds did not always work. We were surprised when ask to leave for a morning so the unit could be shown by a realtor. We left two notes, one stating the positives and one listing the things needing repairs. A maintenance man was there as we left and he took the notes.
There appears to be some black mold around the bathtub.
The pool, beach and views were the highlights.

"Because of Hurricane „Ian“ we had no power in the condo we actuallty have rented. But even tho the staff of „Vacation Rentals“ probably had their own problems (Sara at 9pm) they moved us for 3 days into a really nice flat right at the beach. They were always very understanding and polite. Best staff you can employ.

"We had a really great stay here at the Seaside Beach House! We LOVED the location of being right on the gulf. We have already booked next Spring Break in the same property! I think the cleaning crew may have just had a bad day. We found a couple random items around the condo that had not been cleaned from the last stay, but all the important things like beds and bathrooms were definitely good to go. I would highly recommend this rental!

Great Location.....unit needed some attention

"I have always rented from the same agency and they do a fantastic job. I rented a different unit at this location two years ago and it was perfect. However this year we had a different unit and several small things added up to perhaps the owner did not have time to care about this unit. Simple things like lack of hangers and beach chairs to ceiling fan not working in patio to
two bathrooms that definitely needed some plumbing updates. The kitchen was updated very nicely so it was odd the bathrooms weren’t. The pool was crystal clear two years ago at the same time of year but not so much this year and pool maintenance man said the water tested fine. Well it may have tested fine but the pool bottom had a greenish cast to it. I will again rent from this agency as I think they are great but I will never rent this unit again.

"Great location but what we paid for the week stay the cleaning and maintenance needed updated.Had to buy new shower curtain due to mold growing on the one hanging,towel rods were broke off of back of bathroom doors,both bathroom vents inoperable,both vertical blinds inoperable, housekeeping missed cleaning under pull out couch(lots of food and trash when we pulled it out).The only community Washer was unplugged and water was obviously splashed in laundry room. Never fixed and no feedback when I called about it.Good kitchen appliances and nice view.

Heavenly Stay

"Was my husbands birthday get away, we loved the condo, the view was PHENOMENAL ! I wanted to stay in and cook just so I could have the view of the ocean. Our condo was updated in warm & inviting colors & decor. We loved EVERYTHING about it! There was even a closet of miscellaneous items one might like from kite flying to flash lights for night time beach walks. We had an AMAZING TIME!!! And will definitely be back.

"We stayed in this beach house (# 102) for 2 weeks and loved it. It was very well appointed, very clean and very comfortable. It’s proximity to the gulf was wonderful. Happy hour on our deck watching the sunset was a real treat.
We’d definitely return.
I made a point of clarifying which condo we were in because I understand each one is different. We did not see the interiors of the others.

Great Customer Care

"The beach renovation project taking place close to our rental disappointed our satisfaction in the first location we had reserved but Amy at Island Vacation Properties gave us top notch customer care by quickly coming to talk to us personally and assigned us a new rental. Amy offered to have someone move our belongings and an additional night stay. Too bad we had to decline the extra night due to a commitment elsewhere. We would have loved that extra night. The renovation project, of course, was not something the rental company could control. Our stay was amazing! Both rental locations were nicely decorated and in good, clean condition.

"Adorable for a couple and 1 child. Love that it’s directly on the Gulf with own parking spot so you never have to worry about that. Pool was nice and private..and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunset and having our morning coffee out there.
Great location! Centrally located to all that AMI has to offer. The staff are a dream to work with.

Very disappointed with this location

"Very disappointed with this years experience. I am handicapped and it was not only up a flight of stairs but I could not go over the huge pipe all across the sand on the entire beach. Then on Friday it rained all day and we were flooded in the streets and parking so my car got stuck in the high water and needed to be towed back to the dealer at a cost of $1200 worth of repairs. I stay every year in your high end house Last year I was at Villa Marisol so this was not what I expected!!!! It was really a total waste of money to stay here.
