A ground-level unit in the heart of Holmes Beach — no stairs, private pool in the backyard (unheated), and parking that accommodates a boat or jet ski trailer alongside the two regular vehicles. For guests arriving with watercraft, that last detail is the one that makes Sea-Esta the right choice.

The pool is private and unheated — worth knowing for guests booking in cooler months. The screened patio wraps the outdoor space with a gas grill and ample seating — the right setup for evenings after a beach day without the bugs. The beach is a few blocks away. Tennis courts and a boat ramp are convenient to the property.

Three bedrooms sleep six. The master has a king bed. The first guest room has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a sleeper sofa — the living space for the remaining guests, worth knowing if a proper guest bedroom is the priority. Two full bathrooms. Full-size washer and dryer in the unit.

One small dog is welcome with a pet fee — contact IVP for the current fee before booking with a pet.

Sea-Esta requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles plus a boat or jet ski trailer.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

"We enjoyed our stay at Seaesta,we enjoyed the pool,the place was very clean and well kept,the beds were very comfortable,the trundle bed in the third bedroom can accommodate an adult also,we were close to many restaurants,bars and shops, trolley stop was at the end of our street the beach was also close by,they do need at least one lounger by the pool even though the chairs outside were fine and also the beach chairs all need to be replaced they were worn out the house came with a washer and dryer which was a plus we would definitely stay here again

Clean and Convenient

"Located just three houses down from the free shuttle. This house was exceptionally clean. Perfect amount of space for the three of us. This is not a manicured home this is a small house with some modifications ( carpot converted into bedroom and fyi does not have heat source only window unit) and some of the updates need some attention (new floor in master bedroom is coming apart) overall it was a very comfortable stay and we had a lovely time even though the pool was not heated.

Nice little place

" The house was clean and we loved the location. The pool can use some updating, but it was nice and clean. There were a few dead bugs around the house that gave the impression that it had even sprayed for bugs shortly before we arrived, but over all the house was clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable.

Awesome Place!

"This house was perfect for our spring break vacation! The 3 bedrooms were great for my husband and I, my 17 yo son and his 2 friends. The master bed is so comfortable that we want to buy a mattress just like it! The boys had room to spread out between the 2 bedrooms for sleeping and came together for Playstation (we brought our own) in one of the bedrooms with the TV's. It was like they had their own little apartment. I used the pool everyday. The extra yard space in the back provided privacy for swimming, laying out, or relaxing in the evenings. We walked just about everywhere from our location-beach, restaurants, shopping, marina, city park, etc. The beach buggy, chairs, and umbrellas were very convenient. One day we took the trolley to Bean Point, ate lunch at Pizza Social, and then walked home! We cooked just about every meal at home and found all the dishes and supplies we needed. I liked the residential feel of the property. Everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly. I met the neighbor who gave me information about the gorgeous Australian Pine growing behind the house. The pine tree provides the perfect amount of shade in the afternoon. I would definitely stay here again!

Great affordable option on AMI

"Our stay in Sea Esta was awesome! We have 3 small children (5, 3 and 10months) and the 3 bedroom duplex worked perfect. It is in a great area of AMI, I would suggest a bike or golf cart rental. The 3rd bedroom with the trundle beds was the only access out the back of the home to the screened in porch and pool. I was service about the security of the door because my oldest 2 kids were in there but there was not only a dorr lock but a door chain at the top as well so that was wonderful! There was a nice walkway and access to the pool out the front door for naptime happy hour though �� the only downside of this rental is that the pool was not heated. I think if the weather is warm enough it's not a problem but our first couple days there it dipped down into the 60s so the pool was quite cool until the end of the week.

Fantabulous stay at a great place!

"Nice place, close to the beach, lots of beach and bath towels. Well stocked kitchen. Nice big grill. Comes with a beach cart and small cooler. No beach umbrellas. Excellent property management company, very responsive. We had a fantabulous stay and will plan to stay here again!

"Great place and perfect location on AMI. I grew up going to the island and it was wonderful to get back. Rented bikes and road all over the island stopping for breakfast at the Rod Reel Pier. The bikes and the island street car shuttle are the best way to get around the island. Centrally located to everything. Sea-Esta is spacious and clean. Would highly recommend while selfiously reluctant to tell others about it because I want it for my family. Looking forward to going back next year if it is vacant.
