Completely renovated from top to bottom in 2026 — Sea Pirate #7 is a Holmes Beach vacation rental directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. The heated pool is shared among the small complex. Each unit has its own private fenced patio with a charcoal grill and ample seating — an enclosed outdoor space that makes evenings after the beach genuinely comfortable.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The primary bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a twin air mattress for your use. One full bathroom. The living room is spacious and well-configured for a group of four. Flat-screen TV in the living room. High-speed WiFi included.

On-site coin-operated laundry is available. Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance of the complex.
Sea Pirate #7 requires a one-week minimum stay with one parking space per unit. Not pet-friendly.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Perfect Vacation

"We stayed at Sea Pirate #7 for our first ever girls trip. The location couldn't be better! You're just across the street from the beach, so no packing up the car & also close to shopping and the trolly stops. The condo was newly renovated and was comfortable & clean and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay, but our time went by way too fast! This was my 2nd time staying at this location and it never disappoints. Also the complex is small so it's never crowded at the pool which is a plus. I will definitely be back again!

Great location, easy access to the beach, nice and clean!

"We usually stay a bit more north on the island. This place offered easy access to the beach and publix. It was very clean and had an equipped kitchen. They also offered good quality beach chairs. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the carpet for tile. The other units have tile and carpet and the beach don't mix well.

Nice complex; Unit needs updating

"Sea Pirate is a lovely complex. The pool is beautiful and each unit has its own patio. We met some lovely neighbors. The beach is a very short walk to the beach. The interior is very dated. It really needs a redo.

Paradise

"What can I say to 3 weeks of paradise. This was the best vacation of my life. The island and what it has to offer is so inviting. The beaches are heavenly. The people I met were amazing. The condo was very comfortable and the location is key. Steps to the most beautiful beaches anywhere. I look forward to staying there next November. It feels like home. Excellent location

"Location is excellent, we walked to all the stores and restaurants. The trolley stop was close so We took the trolley everywhere, so we didn’t have to drive. The beach is right across the street and we walked the beech every day. The pool at the condo was 83 degrees, so we swam in it every day since it was windy and chilly at the beach. The condo could use some new beach chairs. The condo could use some updates but was satisfactory for us. The Furniture was good enough. It would have been nice to have a dish washer but we survived. It was all about the location and the pool.

Nice cottage and location

"This property is in a great location with only a 2-minute walk to the beach and 5-10 minute walk to groceries and restaurants and 10-20 minute driving distance to many other restaurants on the north or south regions of the island. We were glad to see in a review that there were beach supplies and wouldn't have to buy them - guests should know there are umbrellas, chairs, toys, a wagon, boogie board and inner tubes. These should probably be listed as amenities in property descriptions to avoid people having to bring or buy these items. Patio was too hot for lounging in July but would be fantastic to have other times of the year. Pool is just enough for relaxing and even some laps. The unit is enough space for a small family and couch comfortable for 3 people. Kitchen and bath are adequate. The unit was clean but needs a few upgrades like TV, flooring and appliances and there were various broken items that collectively were a hassle. Management quickly brought us a toaster when we discovered ours was broken. I was also happy to know I could donate extra food we had purchased to the management to go on to a food pantry. Overall we had a very pleasant stay in this unit and the location was ideal.

"We thoroughly enjoyed Sea Pirate 7. The location at Holmes Beach was perfect to an across the street path to the beach, walking distance to the trolley and a 2minute drive to Walgreens/Publix. The condo was clean and efficient. We enjoyed the pool. The week was affordable too. Would definitely try to book Sea Pirate 7 again! My only suggestion would be is to advise the renters of the beach amenities that were available for use. There were loungers, chairs, umbrellas and a buggy for use. We had rented those items ahead of time and wouldn’t have if we knew about them.

Great Place Great Location

"The condo was clean and well kept. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pictures represent it as it is. It was a short walk right across the street from the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The free trolley stop was just a couple of blocks away as well. The only con I have is the stove. It is older and outdated and I did not like cooking on it. Luckily we went out to eat most of the time. The pool was never crowded which was nice! We were the only ones in it most of the time. I would definitely stay again!

"Our stay on the island was unforgettable. This place is a little piece of paradise. Anna Maria is breathtaking. Staying at the Sea Pirate for our stay in the island was amazing. We had just about everything we needed. Our condo was very clean and well kept. The staff was very kind and helpful. The beach is literally right across the street. It’s quiet yet close to everything. My family plans on booking our next trip and staying here at the same place. I have nothing to complain about. I’m thankful we stayed here.

Perfect location, unit can use some work

"The location of this property on AMI is perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants, and groceries and other conveniences. The pool area is nice and very family-friendly. The check-in and check out process were seamless. Unfortunately we had a few issues inside the condo. The oven wasn’t working and generated a gas smell in the unit when turned on. The property management company was contacted immediately and never replied to our inquiry for service. The unit could also use more of a deep clean. Lastly, the back door is adjacent to the neighboring property pool area and the group there during our stay was quite loud in the evenings, which disturbed our sleep.

"The condo needs an upgrade. My friend stayed in 6 and it was beautiful. The complex was in a great location. Pool was way to hot for our liking. Also the patio a lot of wood planks are dangerous. And where the carpet met with the tile there is tacks that you step on. And the pool needed to be maintained more.
