Sea Pirate 3 just completed a total 2025 transformation. Brand-new kitchen with navy shaker cabinets, white herringbone backsplash, quartz counters, and stainless appliances. Redesigned bathroom with double-sink navy vanity, patterned cement tile, and frameless glass shower. Gray wood-look LVP flooring throughout. New beds — actually new mattresses, which was the number one complaint from old reviews and is now completely solved. The result is 712 square feet that looks like it belongs in a design magazine and lives like a genuine beach home.

Walk out the front door, cross Gulf Drive — one quiet residential street — and 50 seconds later you're standing on Holmes Beach. No parking lots to navigate, no hauling gear for blocks. No public beach parking nearby means the sand stays uncrowded even when the rest of the island is busy. Mornings feel private. Afternoons stay peaceful. This is the beach access most AMI visitors never find.

The 326-square-foot patio is the outdoor room that makes this unit work for families. Gas grill for cookouts. Ample seating for sunset cocktails. Storage for all the beach gear — wagon and chairs live here. Load up, walk across the street, unload on the sand. At day's end, rinse everything off, leave it on the patio, repeat. Families with young children come back year after year specifically because of this setup — you can run to the unit for snacks or sunscreen without dismantling the entire beach operation.

The unit sleeps six. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, and direct patio access. The bunk room has a full-over-full bunk with a twin trundle — sleeping four in one room, with a desk for remote work and its own TV. The living room queen sleeper sofa handles the sixth guest. One well-designed bathroom serves everyone.

Sea Pirate has just eight units. The heated pool never feels crowded. Walgreens and Skinny's Place are an easy walk. The free island trolley stops nearby for getting around without a car. One parking space is included — tight but manageable for a week.

Sea Pirate 3 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

"This is our 2nd time staying at Sea Pirate, and our first time in unit 3. This is the best location. The beach is beautiful and a very short walk. We also walked to Alivins Island, Le Crepe for breakfast, Publix, and Rod and Reel for dinner. The condo is decorated beautifully and has everything you need for cooking and a day at the beach.

"I have a client of IVP for several years and highly recommend this agency. The two properties I have stayed in through this agency were maintained to a high standard and any maintenance issues are attended to promptly and efficiently. Since my previous stay at Sea Pirate it has undergone a major renovation...a great kitchen if that's your thing, it is mine and a great bathroom redo...love a walk in shower. Beach access is just across the street and it's walking distance to the mall with all you could possibly need. A great place to relax and have fun!

Perfect Location

A Great Place to Stay

"Sea Pirate 3 was perfect for my solo vacation. The location is only a short walk from pristine Holmes Beach. It is close to shops and restaurants also with in walking distance. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the condo was very clean! A fee minor repairs were reported upon arrival and they were addressed immediately I will definitely consider coming back.

Beatufiul rental and perfect location

"It took me couple days to decide when i was searching. Because all comments are said close to the beach, steps to the beach. This rental definitely on the beach. Just a small road and one building in front of you then beach. It takes you 50 second to walk to the beatufil beach. I always come to Anna Maria Island but this one was the closest to the beach. House was clean and everything was easy to use. Garden was perfect we made barbeque almost every night. Quite and good neighbor's. What you can ask more than that :)))

Perfect family getaway!

"This rental had all of the amenities we needed. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the enclosed/shaded patio was fantastic. The beaches access is directly across the street, so close we could run back and forth if we needed anything which was great for families with small children. The beaches were not crowded in this location like they are towards the end of the island by the sandbar restaurant. We had an absolute blast! We will be back.

Great property with nearby access to everything

"This was a nice property with all of the basics needed. It was clean upon arrival with the exception of the grill and grill utensils which we cleaned up. Probably an oversight of the cleaning crew. The bedding and linens were all white and fresh which I loved. The beach chairs were pretty worn so I ended up just renting some at a nearby beach rental shop. Overall, I love the Sea Pirate complex. It's across the street from the beach, nearby to shops and dining. Also has a great pool!

"We enjoyed our stay at Sea Pirate #3. The location and condo layout was great. Furniture and bed linens nice. Enjoyed the heated pool. Pool deck furniture in excellent condition. We've stayed at a variety of condos on AMI over the last 25 years and this management company had, by far the best communication. Highly recommend! The condo beds were uncomfortable and squeaked everytime you turned over. Definitely not good. Kitchen was well equipped. Frig had an ice maker which was nice. On-site shared coin operated washing machine left spots on clothing. Exterior of buildings would benefit from power washing. Management left plenty of nice quality towels, dish washer tabs, starter tp and paper towels. If beds were comfortable, would have given this condo a 5*

Perfect beach cottage

"The perfect little beach cottage for our family of 4. Amazing location right on the beach, the rental had everything we needed including chairs, beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen! My only suggestion would be some bedding upgrades- the beds were not very comfortable and the comforters were crunchy and too thick for a beach rental. A mattress topper and light quilt would be perfect! The management company was easily reachable and super helpful with all our needs.

Great Location!

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sea Pirate 3 as the location is amazing and the unit is very comfortable. We did have some issues upon checking in - there were numerous dirty dishes in the cabinet, no gas for the grill, we were started with 1/2 a roll of TP and found a hair in the bathtub immediately upon arrival. The dirty dishes were unacceptable- food was cooked onto the pots & pans. I took photos and we obviously did not use these items. When you rent a private home during a pandemic you assume the unit would have been cleaned extra - not just cleaned good enough. When we called for propane gas - we were told to wait until the morning or we could walk 8 blocks one way and swap out the tanks ourselves & be reimbursed. A full propane tank should have been provided for us. We enjoyed the beach toys & umbrella provided - it was a nice amenity to have. We will stay at this property again but was NOT impressed with the property management company.

"If you have never rental one of these places - get on it. You will love it. Everything in the pictures and descriptions are accurate. We were close to food, entertainment, the beach, and the pool. We even went on a boat ride and pulled sand dollars out of the water. They provided a cooler and a wagon and we pulled our stuff down to the beach and it was so slick. It was a perfect spot. The beach wasn't over crowded. If I had to say something that could have been better - the one minor thing... the yard people were trimming bushes too early one morning and that kind of sucked but we didn't let that silly thing get in the way of one of the best most relaxing and fun times ever.

"Great vacation. Steps away from the beach. The beach was beautiful and never crowded in that area. There were 8 cottages, but it never seemed crowded. We loved having the outside sitting area where we could put all the beach stuff and wash everything off. Inside was very nice, clean and comfy. We had plenty of towels, beach towels and bed linens. We walked several times to Walgreens and to Skinnys. The pool was always clean and never crowded. We really enjoyed our stay and will def. Be back soon.

"We absolutley loved the location! The condos proximity to a lovely stretch beach, coupled with the convenience of shopping and dinning nearby, make it perfect for ease of enjoyment. The space itself is comfortable with all the standard accessories. We also made good use of the patio and the large on-site pool. We highly recommend this spot, and suggest you will become a repeat user of this lovely location.
