Eight restaurants within a five-minute walk. The city pier two blocks down where sailboats pass in front of Cortez fishing village — the spot where artists and photographers set up for a reason. Bridge Street's shops, cafés, and Key West-style boutiques all within easy strolling distance. Sandcastle 3 is a Gulf-front Bradenton Beach vacation rental where most guests report not needing their car for the entire stay.

The private veranda overlooks the beach directly — the right spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets over the Gulf. Ten-foot ceilings open the interior up considerably for a three-bedroom unit. The kitchen has granite countertops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances — fully equipped for a week of meals at home.

Three bedrooms sleep eight. The master suite has a king bed. Both guest bedrooms have queen beds. The living room sofa bed handles the remaining guests. Two full bathrooms. An in-unit washer and dryer. Heated pool on-site. Undercover parking for two cars.

The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island. For guests who want to fish or simply watch the water, the city pier is two blocks away — one of the better vantage points on the southern end of the island for watching the boat traffic between the Gulf and Tampa Bay.

Sandcastle 3 requires a one-week minimum stay with undercover parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

"This was our second time staying at a Sandcastle unit and I'd did not disappoint! Everything in the unit was clean and well maintained with more than enough towels and supplies for the week. We chose this rental because of the convenience of having an elevator and it's proximity to not only the shops of Bridge st, but also the fact that it sits on the beach with no road to cross! We watched the sun set from our screened in balcony every night! It was absolutely perfect for our group of three generations! We will definitely be back!

Just steps to the beach

"This one's a very nice property, it has covered parking and a very nice facility. It was very clean and comfortable ,air conditioning worked well. When we looked at this unit online, we were concerned about the pool because it didn't look like it was much there but it's actually just the right size and was a nice place to cool off. We have stayed in many other properties in the area this has been one of our favorites. It's an excellent location close to many restaurants and easy access on and off the island. Our family would highly recommend it.

Thanksgiving paradise

"This was our second time in this unit and third in the building. Love the location, beach and proximity to many restaurants and shops . Some of The unit furnishings are looking a bit worn and rundown. One of the dining chair legs broke off when I was sitting my 2 yr old granddaughter in it. The rental company is excellent. There was no toaster when we arrived and one was delivered within hours.

Spectacular Ocean Views

"The views from this union are Beautiful. We enjoyed eating our meals on the balcony that has a screen that keeps all the bugs aways. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Closest we have been to the beach. Unit is updated & more beautiful than the pictures show. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

"We had an amazing time on our trip here. The condo was clean, nice, and in the ideal location. We had our groceries delivered so we could have stayed the entire week without driving anywhere. A wonderful Christmas at Sandcastle 3

"We are a family of six, grandparents, parents, and 2 teenage kids, who enjoyed a wonderful Christmas week at Sandcastle 3. The view, location, and access to the beach is spectacular- couldn’t get any better! We enjoyed amazing sunsets from the balcony which is screened in, a huge bonus to not deal with no-see-ums. Also an ideal location for shopping and restaurants! The fisherman in our group loved the proximity to the beach pier and bay fishing dock! The accommodations are spacious and very clean, everything we needed and expected, we were very pleased with everything inside the condo!
The elevator was working great and much appreciated by grandparents. The pool was not in working order yet which we completely understood and didn’t even miss. The WiFi wasn’t working when we arrived but management was quick to address it and had it working quickly- thank you. The only complaint is that the people above us had small children who were running around late at night and it sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling. But the good far out weighed that, we would definitely stay at Sandcastle 3 again! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Everything I expected

"We rented this Gulf front condo for 2 weeks, and couldn't have been happier. The location is the best on the island! We were able to walk to multiple restaurants, either on street, or on the beach. It was very clean and the beds were all very comfortable. We had 2 other couples with us, and there was plenty of space, seating, linens, dishes, etc for our entire party. We will definitely be back. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on AMI.

"Spacious 3 BR/ 2 Bath - very clean. The beachfront room was quiet but the other 2 BR's facing Bridge Street were loud at night because of traffic and entertainment across the street. Police action one night but for the most part I think it was calm by 10 pm. For some reason no hand towels, but plenty of bath and face cloths so we got by fine. Also, dish soap, TP etc enough there until we shopped.I can't understand why there is no recycling though :( kids loved the pool. It was small but just 8 units innthe bldg so it was never crowded. Great beach access but also Public Access so lots of people in that area. Because of Covid the wait times at restaurants were ridiculously long so we didn't eat at some of our favorite spots.

What a view

" Gorgeous views and very comfortable accommodations for two of us. Nice to have the large upgraded shower and kitchen. Liked the height of the bathroom vanity. Having one box of kleenex would have been nice; something to keep in mind for future guests. Only downside was proximity to Moose Club next door; not much owner can do about that. Glad we didn't have anyone using front two bedrooms; noise level from Moose Club & street noise was quite loud. Not sure if it would have helped if front door had closed tighter or had better weatherstripping to make more soundproof. Very happy to have covered parking under building & loved proximity to beach. Would stay again.

Sandcastle Condo

"Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Sandcastle Condos during our first trip to Anna Maria Island in March. The condo was perfect; clean, comfortable and nicely furnished and equipped. Even though it is located in a busy area of the island this was a positive!! We enjoyed very short walks to restaurants, shops, the clock tower pier and walking path to Coquina Beach. Our view of the gulf was spectacular. With the condo right on the beach we enjoyed the sand and water all day long and watched the amazing sunsets each evening. We would definitely stay at Sandcastle again on our next trip to Anna Maria Island.
