Seventy-one steps from the front door to the Gulf. Palm Cay 5 is a Holmes Beach vacation rental updated in 2025 with a new kitchen, upgraded bathrooms, and fresh furnishings throughout. The beach is right there.

The townhome sleeps six across three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds — the right configuration for families with kids or two guests who need their own space. Two full bathrooms throughout.

The kitchen has new appliances, sleek countertops, and everything needed for full meals at home. The open-concept living area connects naturally to the dining space. High-speed WiFi included.

The complex has a large heated pool just steps from the unit and on-site coin laundry for the week's beach clothes. The free
Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby. Publix and local restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Palm Cay 5 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

"We had a wonderful stay here last year and decided to book again in April 2025. This most recent time was even better as we were completely surprised with the amazing and gorgeous renovations that now include two king beds! We've reserved again for this upcoming summer as our family of teens loves the beach vibes this location brings. We love the immediate pool and beach access with shops and grocery stores just a short walk away. Love that our family's happy place looks even more spectacular than it already did!

Great unit and location

"Very quiet condo complex. #5 unit is on the backside of the building on Gulf Drive. We couldn't hear traffic at all at night. Nice, heated pool. Clean and cute condo. Kitchen well-supplied for cooking. Beach, Publix, shopping and restaurants all a short walk. Plenty of parking. Two story unit with a floor bedroom and bath (with hall access for anyone) that is nice for elderly guests.

Successful Experiment

"Nice rental, spacious and conducive to privacy if you have guests. Pool is great, warm and clean. Short block to the beautiful beach, did a lot of walking and sunset viewing. Met cool people at the pool. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Love Anna Maria Island!

Maintenance was prompt and helpful with a couple issues, TV's were a challenge to use, but I think it is the cable in the area that is part of the issue. As a note, the king mattress in the master probably needs to be retired, not comfortable. The others seemed fine.

Great accommodation and location

"Lovely apartment and great location so close to the beach. Sadly due to Hurricane Ian we had to leave early which was so disappointing!!!!
The management team were very helpful and have been so helpful sorting our our refund. Hopefully will go back in a few years lovely place.

True Paradise!

Fabulous unit

"The rental pics are completely accurate. There’s a big lower level LR with a big sectional sofa that shares space with the kitchen. Theres a high boy counter with stools so people can eat there or at the table that seats 6. There’s a main floor queen bedroom with tv that over looks the pool and a nice big bathroom for that floor. Upstairs there’s 2 bedrooms. One with 2 twin beds and a tv and another bedroom with a king sized bedroom and large closet. Every bedroom has dresser/closet space. The 2nd floor has a very large bathroom. There’s also a sectional sofa in the 2nd floor LR with a tv/bar area with a small fridge and even a desk for anyone working remotely. The entire unit is right next to the pool but there were never any issues with noise. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking stuff, plates, glasses, silverware. There are not many condiments or cleaning supplies. So plan to get the toilet paper, napkins, paper towels and even garbage bags for the week. The unit is a very short block from the beach. Might take you 1 to 2 minutes max to get there. The beds, pillows and bedding were all phenomenal! I traveled with me and my teen/young adult kids. There was enough space for everyone and some nights someone slept on a sofa to not share a room and there was no complaints. Great great unit!! Not sure if all in Palm Cay are this nice but unit #5 is great!!

Amazing Beach Stay/Girls Trip/Family Trip

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PERFECT Location to beach & restaurants. We walked to everywhere from the beach to, Walgreens to restaurants. No car needed. Very Spacious living space & kitchen. Perfect for girls trip & for my family of 5. Updated Modern Decor with gold & blues made it feel like a fancy hotel stay. Kitchen full of pots pans and everything you need to eat/cook with but why do that when you can walk to all these restaurants? Trolley for the island is literally on the corner. The main door faces a private courtyard and is steps away from the heated pool. Felt like we had a private resort to ourselves. I used the coin laundry room on property, steps away from the pool, super easy and fun for my kids to see. Plenty of beach toys in the closet. Keurig in kitchen big plus for quick coffee mornings. ALL of the beds were super comfy and every bedroom decorated with beautiful curtains & rugs. The property has many gates and we felt safe & secluded on vacation in this quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loved everything about this rental and would totally book it as our annual family beach trip as well as recommend to our family and friends over and over again! Thank you for providing such a fabulous experience for me & my family! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"We have stayed in many units on this property, this one was by far the worst. The furniture (living area) is worn out and uncomfortable, the ceiling fans are so wobbly, they look like they are going to fly off the mountings. The carpet on the staircase is filthy, it looks like it’s never been vacuumed. This would be a great space with some major updates.

"It wasn't bad, definitely feel that we got our money's worth. The keys wouldn't work when we got there :/ and luckily my mom was with us and has Verizon because our T-Mobile phones wouldn't work at the condo. There is mold problem in the showers or something because every time my husband took one (in either shower), it set his allergies off (hes allergic to mold). The downstairs thermostat needed the batteries changed or something because it didn't work properly... my parents kept it set on 60, but it never dropped below 76. Otherwise, things were good :) Wish we would have found the extra towels before the last day (BTW they're under the bathroom sink). The short, easy walk to beach was WELL worth it! We've never been that close before and loved it - even with 2 seniors, 2 kids, and a bunch of **** to carry.
