Less than a two-minute walk to the Gulf from the front door. Palm Cay #3 is a Holmes Beach vacation rental on the west side of Gulf Drive — no busy road to cross, just a short path to the sand.

The sleeping configuration is worth understanding before booking. The master bedroom has two queen beds. The second bedroom has one queen bed. Six guests sleep in proper queen beds without anyone on a sofa — an unusual setup that works well for families or groups who all want their own bed. One full bathroom serves both bedrooms.

The open living area has a large flat-screen TV and connects to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything needed for meals at home. High-speed WiFi included.

The complex has a heated pool and a coin-operated laundry room on-site. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby. Shopping and restaurants are a short stroll. Gulf Drive puts Publix and everyday conveniences within easy reach.

Palm Cay #3 requires a two-week minimum stay — longer than most Holmes Beach condos. One parking space is included.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Dave, unfortunately right now with Florida's severe drought issues and desperately needing rain we understand landscaping is looking a little sad at the moment and we are also only allowed to run the sprinkler systems once a week from midnight to 4am until further notice from the state or county and we will keep up with the HOA for the condo too. We do hope you'll come back and visit in the future!

"We spent 2 weeks at Palm Cay. We love this location as it is close( walking distance)to the beach and stores. We spent a lot of time at the pool where we met other vacationers. Our condo was well equipped and very comfortable.

"We were very happy with our stay and the standard of our accommodation. However there was a substantial amount of noise coming from the anchor Inn up until 3 am on weekends and also on week nights.Shouting and car horns. Additional feedback - Island Vacation Properties have provided and excellent service with very helpful staff who acted swiftly on any issues.

Palm Cay 3 - It’s Been Better

"My family has been to AMI for about 20 years. We have rented many units in the Palm Cay Condo Complex. We have rented Palm Cay 3 at least 3 times. This most recent visit, there were some hiccups. The glass table in the middle of the living space must have busted with a previous renter. There were still shards of glass lying around the area. The dining chairs were super old and the material was peeling off. I called the management and they replaced the chairs the next day. The ottoman had dirty pillows in it. The bedroom remote controls didn’t have batteries. Overall, it seemed like the cleaning fills and the unit inspectors aren’t paying attention to the details. The small things to me matter and if you are not paying attention to the small things, then it can cause a lot of other things to be mishandled.

The coffee table did indeed break the week prior to your visit, we spoke to the cleaners to let them know that the table had broken and that the floor would need some extra attention to be sure anything left over from our clean up would be handled. I do apologize that was not handled, after speaking with our cleaning team there was a miscommunication and that message did not make it to the actual person cleaning the property that day. In regards to the dining chairs that were peeling, we were working with the owner to get those replaced and I am glad we were able to handle that in a timely fashion for you and your family. We hope that you continue to use Island Vacation Properties and Palm Cay 3 for your future visits to AMI. We have experienced what most businesses have been going through with difficulty finding people to work and show up, the cleaning department has had to work double overtime to cover with a lack of staff, in the future please let us know anytime you have any issues and we will do our best to respond quickly and get you taken care of. Amazing location!

"We were very pleased to stay at the Palm Cay 3. The unit was perfect for sleeping 5 people (hard to find a 2 bedroom big enough for 5 people). The location was perfect. Less than a 1 minute walk to the beach. The pool was nice and quiet. We hope to be back soon.
