One block from the Gulf. A short stroll to Bridge Street. Parking for 2 cars. Island Daze is a Bradenton Beach vacation rental that covers the practical side of a family or group trip.

The home was completely renovated in 2025. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a single-level layout that keeps everyone on the same floor. The master suite has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. Two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds — right for kids or two guests who don't need to share. Eight guests sleep comfortably without anyone on a sofa.

The backyard is where the group ends up after the beach. Gas grill for cookouts. Cornhole for the afternoon. A storage shed stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys — grab everything on the way out and leave it when you come back. The large living area has a 55" smart TV for movie nights when the day winds down.

The fully equipped kitchen handles meals for eight. In-unit washer and dryer. High-speed WiFi throughout. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby — Bridge Street's restaurants, bars, and live music are a short walk, and the trolley puts the full length of the island within easy reach without moving your car.

Pets are welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee. No fenced yard — worth knowing if you're traveling with a dog that needs a contained outdoor space.

Island Daze requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for up to two vehicles.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

Perfect Beach Getaway

"My family and I stayed at this beach house for our annual summer vacation. It was a 5-minute or less walk to the beach, as well as to restaurants, shops, and the pier. The decor inside and out provided the cozy beach vibe we were hoping for, and the communication was excellent from the start. I decided at the last minute to rent a beach umbrella, and it was waiting for me at the front door the next day. We’re already talking about our next trip to Island Daze!

Awesome house

"Our stay in Island Daze was great. The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook and the shed had all we used for the beach (chairs, floaties and beach toys, wagon). The location is perfect, walkable to the beach and also restaurants and shops. I would recommend this house to others!

"This place meets what we were looking for with a large family reunion. This size of the open kitchen and living room helped us celebrate a birthday. The outside corn hole game was a plus. The location was easy to get to the beach during the day and then to Bridge street at night. Suggestions would be a cutting board, kitchen washcloth, makeup mirror, and another outside chair. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

"We absolutely adored this property! It was a short walk to the beach, had all the space we needed, was close to a trolly stop, and a short walk to bridge street. We loved the decor and amenities. The washer and dryer were a big plus! The only thing we would suggest would be to add a ceiling fan in the master suite. We would definitely recommend this house and book this house again!

"We found this property using VRBO and we had a excellent first experience. The only thing I would ding up the about the property was with the parking. I was always worried about getting towed when parallel parking to the street. It would be nice to have a sign(s) stating the parking was for the address. Other than that tweak we had a great experience.

"This house was perfect for our family vacation. They were updating the irrigation system and yard while we were staying there, so while it was nice they were making updates, we were not aware that would be going on. When I had reached out to the management company, they were very accommodating and took full responsibility for not letting us know. The entire inside of the house has been updated, so the house looks even better than the pictures. The shed had a nice grill, beach gear(chairs, blanket, easy up tent, toys, etc) and a bags set. It was a perfect location to the beach and down to bridge street as well, so we did a lot of walking. Our stay was great and we will definitely stay here again.

"The house is in a perfect location. Walking distance from food and fun. House was fully stocked for a day in with grill, pots and pans, dishes and cups or a day out with chairs, beach umbrellas and sand toys. Only thing that could be better was the furniture.needs a deep cleaning.
Customers support was great! Anytime I had a question was quick to answer. 10 out of 10 would book again.

"The stay was great. A well stocked kitchen with everything you would find at home. Wonderful location steps to the beach & restaurants.
The house could use a little fine tuning a noisy fan in the bathroom that can’t be silenced unless you shower in the dark. Little things nothing major. The house has plenty of outdoor space but no shaded areas. All that said would stay here again.

Clean and spacious

"This place was clean & spacious & within a short walking distance to the beach. I also liked the open concept layout of the house. There is a small patio outside that could be nice, but it overlooks a parking lot where cars are coming & going. I like to sit outside but unfortunately there is no privacy. It could be made very nice with a fence or tall row of bushes in the front that would look nice and provide some privacy for this cute little patio.

The grill had an empty tank so we had to run to Circle K to get as we had just started cooking/ A/C works great. Very easy communication with rental company. 2022 Family Vacation

"We live this rental unit! This is our fifth time in the same house and plan on being back again. Conveniently located within walking distance to Bridge St, Trolley stop, and the beach. Clean and spacious. We had 9 people and never felt crowded. Used the grill and items from the shed, everything was in excellent condition! Couldn’t get in right at 4:00 but no worries, we hung out at the beach a little longer!

Spring break success

The home was larger than I expected, clean and well stocked and most importantly close to everything. You are minutes from bridge street and the beach! Peace and serenity on a busy island

"My family - wife, daughter and granddaughter, spent a week in this home away from home. Each of us had a separate bedroom and there were still room for more. This 4 bedroom home is close to shops, restaurants and the BEACH. Any item we needed for the house was met almost immediately by the rental folks. There is a grocery about 10 minute drive near the northern end of the island. You can't go wrong with this place.

Comfortable and spacious

"I’m leaving a review for things that I would want to know when renting this place. All in all our stay was very comfortable. The house is a very nice size. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master suite with king size bed, bathroom & stacked washer/dryer, recliner, tv. The other 3 bedrooms share a bathroom at the end of the hallway. It has an open floor plan so everyone can hang out comfortably in the living room and kitchen.
Kitchen: Pros: Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove/oven, toaster oven, lots of pots/pans, dishes, glassware, coffee pot.
Cons: NOT enough silverware especially forks. We were constantly washing forks. I think there were 6 regular size and 2 small salad forks. Very annoying but not a deal breaker.

Pros: Close, easy walk to beach. Yummy Ice cream place around the corner. Bridge St shopping very close.
House is dog friendly! The beach is NOT! NO DOGS allowed on the beach. Wish we had checked in to this before we took our dog.

Cons: Parking issue- there is plenty of room to park if someone else doesn’t get your spaces. Even though there is a sign that says private property, no parking...it’s never obeyed. HOWEVER we did discover a solution. We put the 2 trash cans on the street and we found 2 posts in concrete blocks (by the house) that we moved to the street to keep people from parking there when you go somewhere.

The house was not very clean. I don’t know what they do with the cleaning fee but it’s not used to clean the house. Rugs were dirty, some dishes were dirty. We put everything in dishwasher when we got in just to make sure everything got sanitized. Found a glass in the cabinet with dried up wine in the bottom. Another glass smelled like fish. We went around sanitizing everything when we came in. The Linens however were very clean!
We did enjoy our stay and would actually stay there again even with the cons.

Spacious home - great for families

"We had a nice stay at Island Daze. The location is great, just a few blocks to the beach, bay and restaurants and around the corner from a cute little park. We had issues with the master king bed (frame broke and it took a few days for the issue to be resolved). Floors were dirty upon our arrival and we had to clean ourselves, but otherwise the house was great. Only minor issues and would stay again.

Quaint Home in a great location

"Jason from Island Vacation Properties was most helpful in assisting us with finding Island Daze. This house is perfect in every way. Spacious, great layout, updated, and everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Proximity to the beach and location a block away from Bridge St was a bonus. A free shuttle comes right by the house if you don’t want to walk to Bridge St. where you find several shops, restaurants, bar/grills, etc. I would recommend Island Daze to any couple or family, you will not be disappointed!

"We stay in this same area of the island every year, and prefer this house. It's huge, perfect location and has a shed full of everything you need. Hit up the pier by the Oyster bar with the rods in the shed. Such a fun experience every year.

"This was our third trip to AMI and our third time staying in the house. We have 4 adults and 4 children and the house is perfect for pie group. The house is walking distance to the beach and the stop for the free trolley. Bridge St is a great place to shop and located only a couple blocks over. Great location, great accommodations, and great customer service. We will be back in April!

"Lovely home with some new furniture and wall coverings. We love it here. The shed out back has everything you need for your beach vacation. One minor note - I had to change out around 5 burned out light bulbs, but spares were already in the hall closet.

"We had a wonderful stay at Island Daze. Short walk to beach and to the free trolley stop. Extra beach items was available for use. Definitely had everything we needed for our large family. Only downside was the washer. It took forever to wash a load of clothes. Eventually we gave up and just went to laundromat. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again!
