Gulfsands Condo #201 sits directly adjacent to Manatee Public Beach — the lifeguard-protected stretch of Holmes Beach with facilities, activities for kids, and wide Gulf sand. Walk out the door and you're already there. No separate beach access to find, no distance to calculate.

The building has an elevator — no stairs required for arrivals, departures, or grocery runs. The large heated pool has an equally large covered area alongside it, giving guests the option to sit in shade without leaving the pool deck. The open porch faces the Gulf — the right spot for evening sunsets over the water.

The unit sleeps six across two bedrooms. The master has a king bed. The guest bedroom has bunk beds plus a queen bed — a configuration that works exceptionally well for families with kids who want their own space. A storage room on the ground level holds beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and a wagon — grab everything on the way to the sand and leave it when you come back.

The kitchen is fully equipped for a week of meals at home. Stack washer and dryer in the unit. Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. High-speed WiFi throughout. Undercover parking for two cars included.

Gulfsands #201 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Great beach front location, and an elevator!

"My two sisters and I had a wonderful week at Gulf Sands. The elevator helped transport suitcases and groceries. Plenty of hot water and ice-cold AC. The view from the balcony was perfect- a solid view of the Gulf and beachgoers, but angled to block the hot afternoon sun. The mattresses were comfy, and the pool was sparkling clean. It is a short walk to the water, and it was just a couple of blocks to Publix, cafes, and shops. Even though the fridge hummed like a phone dial tone, and the Keurig coffee machine was nonfunctional, we would come here again the next time we go to AMI.

Great AMI location!

"Great location! Very nice unit. View of the beach from the patio was much better in person than what I expected, looking at the website. Road noise was louder than expected but it is an end unit so wasn't surprised. Very clean with no bug issues. Property Management was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Had trouble working the TV's when entering condo, it was quickly addressed and resolved.

Great condo

"We rented Gulf Sands 201 8/3-8/10. This was our first vacation in Anna Maria Island. The condo was spotless.! My husband and I were very impressed with how well equipped the unit was. We enjoyed our stay very much �� I had trouble opening the storage shed to access beach chairs etc. but management responded immediately and problem was solved. Great condo and great rental agency !!

Great Condo with Great Location

"We enjoyed our stay here. Located right on the beach, and has 2 parking spots so we could park a golf cart there. Condo was spotless when we got there, and it’s very well stocked and plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc. We did not mind it being next to Manatee Beach or Gulf Drive- was not overly crowded or noisy. The pool was very clean, heated but not too warm, just right. The rental office staff was great and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

"Oh my! We loved this condo! It was so clean. and we had such a wonderful time. Everything from the privacy of the complex to how safe we felt while there. It was such a unique complex, and we could tell how much thought and love had been put into this condo. We had great communication with the agency. They made everything simple, and we had a great experience with the rental agency. The unit was stocked with DVD’s, games, and books, although we didn’t have time to use them. I loved sitting on the balcony. The public beach is nearby, but this property is far enough away to enjoy the perks without being overrun with crowds. I could go on and on. Wish I was there now!

"This was a lovely side unit. The view from the balcony is spectacular, and the unit was stocked to the max. The pool was fantastic (just don’t forget your code), and the unit was so comfortable with lots of extras. It was immaculate, and just a minute or two walk to a delicious breakfast at a beachfront cafe. Extra touches were appreciated. Best realty company ever, and a wonderful total experience!

It’s Got it All!

"Location, location, location! Couldn’t ask for anything more. Great spot on the beach, nice pool, and steps from the free trolley. Unit is nicely decorated and furnished. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware. Storage unit has everything you could possibly need for the beach. Had the pleasure of meeting several owners of others units during our stay. Great condo

"The condo was great. It was stocked with everything you need, and I was impressed with the quality of pots/pans/utensils. The location was great. It is a very short walk to the beach. We never even used the beach wagon and we’re easily able to walk with the provided beach chairs. The condo is next to the public beach, but that was not an issue for us. You can easily walk to the cafe or to the trolley stop.

"We have rented many vacation condo’s/homes for for several years. Gulf Sands 201 was the cleanest and most organized home we have ever rented. Unit and Beach amenities were plentiful. Location had quick and easy access to beach and close to many stores and restaurants. Only recommendation would be to have TV in guest room set up for cable.
Will be looking to return again soon.

"We stayed in unit 201 at the Gulf Sands property during the first week in May. This was the cleanest most well appointed condo we've ever rented. I cannot over state how clean the entire unit was. Everything was perfect. The furniture was comfy and all of the amenities were really nice. Definitely not your typical rental grade things. Even the beach closet under the unit was clean and organized. A beach wagon, nice beach chairs and two umbrellas along with a small cooler and some toys were provided. There were also plenty of beach towels in the unit. The location is great as well. It is next to the public beach which has a restaurant (best pancakes on the beach!) and life guards on duty. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful condo

"Jason was so helpful when I called to talk about the property. He had me on google maps to show me exactly where we would be. It was our first time to the island. There was never any hot water in the kitchen sink but we only did dishes a couple of times so no real big deal. It was so convenient to the trolley stop and of course right by the beach!! We would definitely consider staying here again, it was well stocked with everything you need including beach equipment!

"We would love to stay here again - right on the beach and close to everything. We would beach it during the day and then enjoy the large pool late afternoon. Landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. Convenient storage area with everything you would need for the beach provided. There are things that could be updated; a keypad for entry instead of a set of keys etc., but all in all, great place.

"Our rental was the perfect set up/location. Honestly better than we expected. Super cleaning,comfy and well stocked. Both steps from the beach and positioned for relaxation. "The condo was beautiful and so very well kept. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners ever supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a beach cart. The beach is just a short two minute walk from the condo through the path. The pool was large and heated. Everyone at Island Vacation Properties was wonderful and really helped us enjoy our stay, We spent our evenings watching the beach for our balcony and our mornings enjoying coffee watching the sunrise. The public beach is right next door and a great way to get a cocktail, quick meal out just to meet some very nice people.

"We had an awesome week in Gulf Sands 201. Everything you will need comes with this rental, from beach towels to beach chairs and umbrella. The view from the balcony is awesome. The pool is huge! IVP is awesome to work with, this is our 4th time staying with them and no problems ever. We can't wait for our next vaction, miss AMI already.
