One lanai faces the bay — that's where the sunrise happens. The other faces the Gulf — that's where the sunset happens. Coquina Moorings 202 sits on the second floor, giving both lanais an elevated water view and a little more distance from the pool deck below. Bay on one side, Gulf beach directly across the street, and both orientations in the same unit.

The screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom overlooks the bay and the heated pool. Sit out here in the morning with coffee while the light comes up over the water. The second lanai off the guest bedroom faces the Gulf — perfectly positioned for the evening. Guests who book 202 tend to migrate between the two depending on the time of day.

The shared boat dock on the bay is available for fishing or bringing your own vessel. NO onsite boat trailer parking available.
The heated pool sits directly on the bay alongside it — one of the more distinctive pool positions in Bradenton Beach.

The unit sleeps six across two bedrooms and a den. The master has a king bed. Both guest sleeping spaces have queen beds — a different configuration from the sofa bed setup in other units, and the right choice for three couples or a family who want proper beds throughout. Two full bathrooms keep the mornings manageable. The den works as a flexible third sleeping space or a sitting room when the extra bed isn't needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home. High-speed WiFi throughout. The Gulf beach is directly across the street. Beach chairs are available — note that a beach umbrella is not provided, worth packing or renting one locally. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car.

Coquina Moorings 202 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for one vehicle. Not pet-friendly. NO onsite boat trailer parking available.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

Our Beach Home!

"Our family has been renting this unit for years. We love the location and everything we need is provided. We get to see the sunrise and set without even leaving the unit. The beach are across the street doesn't allow for public parking so the beach is usually just for us - which we love. The property management are also great. Quick to respond, bend over backwards to make your requests a reality. It's a great place!

"Stayed 2 weeks had a great time! Condo was very clean , great views. A few cons 1 Kitchen needs more supplies.Small things like a dish drying rack. Asked for one and never received. 2 Crock pot would be nice. 3 Storage containers for food.

Paradise Perfection!

"This is our 3rd year here for our family trip. The breathtaking sunrises from our back porch and beautiful sunsets from our front porch are such a source of joy for everyone. Since the hurricane, the trees in the front have disappeared but the view is spectacular with no obstructions. Bonus action ... the area directly in front of the unit is a "no parking" zone so it's like having a private beach. My brother-in-law went fishing every day and this year he caught so many fish that we ate while there and took lots home for the rest of the summer. I must also brag on Darrell, the Maintenance person - last year we had a kitchen sink problem on a Sunday and he was over in less than 30 minutes and got it fixed in no time. This year we had a garbage disposal noise and he was over in 15 minutes and fixed it in minutes. We never have to worry about any little thing that may happen during our stay. The "Amys" (there are 2 at the office) are wonderful. They make sure that everything is set up perfectly for our arrival and are always available for questions throughout the week. I really don't want to brag on this unit any further because then everyone will want to stay there. We have local and out-of-town family and everyone gets to come visit throughout the 2 weeks to lay in the sun, fish in the bay or just relax and enjoy the view. We consider this our Beach home. We love it!

"You cannot beat the location of this rental! You are across the street from the beautiful blue ocean and the bay is in your backyard. There are balconies to enjoy the views of both. You can also walk to local dining on the sidewalk if you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk. There is a trolley and a monkey bus that runs on tips that you could use if you prefer. The place is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It was clean and had all the amenities you need. This unit did not provide beach chairs or umbrellas that other units have in our experience, but we worked around that. The rental agency was on top of everything and was in communication from start to finish via text. I would highly recommend and plan to return myself!

The Views, location & space are terrific!

"We were very happy to come across this large unit, so close to the beach with a pool and wonderful views. We all had our own space but also plenty of room to be in the living room, dining room area & kitchen. It worked very well for our family. very very thankful for the air conditioning in mid July. The rental company was very helpful with renting beach gear, crib & high chair at reasonable cost. they were very responsive & helpful with a needed repair to a folding chair. The unit was pretty clean. It needs some more updating or sprucing up so it made me feel it was not clean but it actually was.

"We were very happy with our stay at Coquina Moorings. Check in was seamless. Communication was good. We love being close to the beach and also the bay. The condo was a great setup for our group five. The kitchen was perfect to serve breakfast in the mornings we ate in. The only negative was how hot the pool was while we were there. We love AMI This is our second year staying at Coquina Moorings during 7/4.
We would definitely stay there again!

What a view!

"We enjoyed our family vacation. My brother in law is a big fisherman so he was very happy to have his boat at the dock. The rest of us enjoyed being able to walk across the street and enjoy every day at one of the most beautiful beaches. The pool was very clean and refreshing. We called in for repair of the kitchen faucet and it was addressed and replaced within 2 hours on a Sunday. Great customer service and response to requests. The whole family loved our stay.

"We love it! We've been vacationing in the area since the 80s. We travel up and down the Island, visit Sarasota and the surrounding areas. Coquina Moorings is great.
The area is becoming more crowded so you need to know when to come.

"This is our 2nd year staying on the Gulf side of Florida ! An 800 mile drive , but so worth it . You cannot get any better than water on both sides of a condo and a pool . We have decided this is our new Vacay destination .

Great location!

"We have stayed at the Coquina Moorings three times now. It's a great location. You are just down the rode from Bridge Street. There's alot of shops, restaurants and things to do on Bridge Street. Our condo was nice. It could use a little updating but was clean and we would definitely go back. The pool at the condo is nice but they could use more umbrellas by the pool
We went the first week in June and it was very hot. So a few more umbrellas would of been nice. They have a garbage can by the pool and it was not emptied the whole week we were there. The bathrooms by the pool we're not kept up or cleaned the whole week we were there. Them couple of things I guess we're minor because I would definitely go back!

1970 Beach Friend Love AMI

"AMI is Old Florida. The condo does need updated and could use a deep clean but we just reminded ourselves 'you get what you pay for'! The door lock needs replaced and it could use updating but perfect location for a private type beach. We will stay at Coquina Moorings every AMI vacation and Island Vacations were very accommodating.

"Poor quality of maintenance. MANY burned out light bulbs. Broken cabinet doors in kitchen and bath. Smell of sewage throughout unit. Torn front door seal. This stuff is not brand new; it's been there for a while. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

"Condo had it's issues but Island Vacations took care of it. Hot water heater went up our fist day there but it was replaced on Monday and we had hot water again. Later in the week the AC unit stopped working but that was taken cared of the same day. There was a very strong sewer smell in the condo at times. We reported it and was told it was probably just coming from the bay but it wasn't. It was coming from somewhere in the condo for sure. Smell of rotten eggs left out in the heat and it was terrible. Perfect Location

"We had an amazing time! This place is the best of both worlds. We had wonderful clear views of both the bay and the gulf. The dock provided a great place to fish and keep our kayaks. Inside, the air was cold, the place was clean and comfortable. The decks are screened and provided a nice breeze to run through the condo at nights. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!
