The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors at Coquina Beach Club 101 open to the Gulf of Mexico. Not a partial view, not a glimpse between buildings — the water is directly in front of you from the living room, the lanai, and the primary suite.

Guests have watched dolphin pods swim past during dinner. That's the kind of detail that makes people rebook before they've checked out.

The private lanai is where the days begin and end at this unit — morning coffee with the Gulf in front of you, evening cocktails as the sun drops into the water. Direct beach access means the sand is steps from the door, not a walk through a parking lot.

Inside, the layout is bright and well-configured for four guests. The primary suite has a king bed, an en-suite bath, and Gulf views. The guest bedroom has two twin beds — right for families with kids or two guests who don't need to share. The living room has comfortable seating, a large-screen TV, and direct lanai access through the sliding doors. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home with modern appliances and a dining area.

The heated shared pool is available for all building guests — never busy, consistently warm, and a genuine complement to the beach on cooler days. Beach gear is provided seasonally. In-unit washer and dryer means packing for the week doesn't require overpacking. Covered parking is included.

Bridge Street's restaurants, shops, and waterfront bars are minutes out. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby for exploring the full length of the island without moving your car.

Coquina Beach Club 101 requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. No pets, boats, jet skis, or motorcycles permitted.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

Clean and gorgeous view

"It was clean without being heavy with chemicals scent, which I very much appreciate. Had everything we needed, but could use another fry pan or 2. Can't beat the view! Bed was a bit firm for us. Sofa was very comfy. Appreciate the broom to sweep up sand. Large patio with a large table and plenty of chairs. Only downside was the louvered doors, everywhere. No audible privacy from any room. Could hear everything in any bathroom. Someone got food poisoning and that wasn't fun. Also there is no door between the main bedroom and bathroom, which we were not expecting. There is plenty of room for one, so don't understand this at all. That and the louvered doors would make us think twice about coming back. Also the bedrooms need room darkening curtains or something. They were quite bright all night. Management company was pleasant and easy to work with.

Amazing Gulf Views!

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The beach was peaceful and quiet. The views from the windows and sliding doors in the living room are amazing. The unit was spacious and perfect for two people, but does have two full baths if more people stayed. The heated pool on colder days was a nice treat and never busy. We would definitely return.

Spacious, ON THE BEACH with a pool!

"We loved our stay. Have stayed at AMI frequently for the last 16 years. This was a super easy location. First week of March, so had some winds and colder days, but the pool was good sized and had a low wall around it, plenty of room to lay out and still have the wind blocked. Large doors open from the dining room onto the balcony overlooking the Gulf. Loved it for 4 people.

"We were scheduled to stay at another rental, but due to the widespread damage from the two hurricanes, we received word that our original place was not going to be livable in time for us. Dawn sent us links to 5 units that we could choose from as an alternative, and we decided to go with Coquina Beach Club 101. Upon first coming into the unit, we were pleased to see the open floor plan and especially the balcony with a perfect beachfront view. We really enjoyed our two weeks! There was just a minor issue that we were able to have someone take a look at . It didn’t interfere with our stay. Thank you for being so accommodating. We really wanted to come and support the area and Island Vacation Rentals.

"We have stayed at this house for 2 years now and was once again welcoming and enjoyable. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had plenty of dish ware and I didn’t find myself needing anything that wasn’t stocked. If I could recommend anything it would be to have a few more beach and shower towels.Other than that, it was great!! ♥️

"One of the best views I've found on the island! The unit was very clean and comfortable. I can't wait to go back in June. The rental company checked on us to ensure there were no issues or questions. I may have missed it somewhere in the instructions, but the door doesn't automatically lock when you exit - you need to use the code to lock the door. No issue for us but want to make others aware. Loved our stay and rebooked while we were there. Thanks for a great vacation!

"The unit was wonderful! Except for picking up a few dead palmetto bugs, it was very clean.(at least they were dead). Our only "complaint" was that it had no elevator. Had we known that we might not have chosen that unit. We loved the view of the beach. The folks at Island Vacation Properties couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. They made the process of renting seamless!!! Imagine our surprise when we found the gift card to The Waterfront! That was so kind of them. Thanks you so much again. We had a wonderful stay!!!

"Nice condo with great views. We were pleased with the space. It was a perfect size for my husband and I and our 2 adult children. Beach chairs, umbrella and even some beach toys were included. The rental company was very responsive. We had Some trouble with the air conditioning and they sent someone out to get it fixed right away.

Great Location for Relaxing Week

"This was a great location. Great sunsets every night and you can just walk out to the beach.
Negative: sliding door worn our. even silicone spray does not help after 1 hr.
The Beach House restaurant was great. The Beach Drive Cafe/ Coconut place was awful and dirty.
For a special (expensive) dinner go to the Beach Bistro.

COVID FREE VACATION!!!

"Everything was perfect--with the exception of the condo president. She left nasty notes in several vehicles warning she would tow them if they didn't immediately put the sign in their vehicle. Some people left very unhappy. She was pretty "trashed" one night. Very unprofessional. But we loved our room!

Horrible filthy unsafe Property that Management knew and ignored

"Spent most of our vacation trying to take care of long term maintenance issues with Island Vacation Properties. They were aware of all these issues prior to our visit: no hot water in master shower, extensive black mold in bathroom and behind walls, 2nd bath shower door did not open beyond 8inches, exposed electrical wiring, broken deck door-totally off the track, was not ready when we arrived at 4pm, filthy,filthy, unsafe and a health hazard... our requests for repair were marginalized..."just look at the view" (not the mold and filth!) Why did the owner and mgmt allow this property to be rented in this condition??

Needs a little work

"It ended well, but some minor repairs are needed throughout the unit, and the floors were pretty dirty.
The parking arrangements aren't very clear and we received several threatening notes on our car to display a parking pass or get towed (finally found the parking pass on the 3rd day). The Wi-Fi did not work, no TV or internet for the 1st 3 days (Ken was great at doing his best to get that corrected). Definitely not as good as previous years (this was our 6th year in this condo), but hopefully we will see some improvements next year.

Perfect vacation

"We had a great stay at this property with picture perfect beach view and best sunsets. We were not very crazy about bathrooms in this condo but beacause it wa s only 2 of us we managed OK. Master bathroom has no doors and hallway bathroom has plantation shutters door - would not be comfortable if we had another couple with us. I want to express special thank you to Island Vacation for helping us out when we had to move here from the original location that had beach construction in a front and letting us stay extra day for fraction of the cost.

"We enjoyed our stay at Coquina Beach Club 101. The condo was nice and had everything we needed for our vacay. We only have a complaint regarding the twin beds, as they were very, very squeaky. Each time someone moved in one bed, the person in the other bed woke up. Other than that, the condo was in a wonderful location, had all we needed and was comfortable.

The open deck and view is BREATHTAKING

"We stayed at this beautiful unit 4/21 - 4/28 last year in 2016. We come to the Gulf every year and rent a condo on the beach in this area, and it is by far one of the nicest units we've stayed at. The open deck and view is BREATHTAKING and the best we've experienced. This part of the beach is really nice too, it's deep and a good expanse of white sand, unlike other parts of this beach that can be narrow and lots of grass. The updates are nice, rooms are big, kitchen and baths are wonderful, we'll definitely rent here again
