Step onto the private veranda at Breakers 4 and you have two of the best views on Anna Maria Island at once — the Gulf of Mexico in front of you and Bridge Street below. This is a corner unit on the Gulf in the heart of Bradenton Beach's historic district, and the location is the whole story.

Eight restaurants are within a five-minute walk. Key West-style shops line the streets around the building. The Bridge Street City Pier is steps away — fish off it, photograph the sailboats, or simply sit with the postcard view of Cortez fishing village across the water. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby. Guests who stay at Breakers 4 consistently report not needing their car for the entire week.

The condo itself is a spacious, bright corner unit with 10-foot ceilings and a layout that feels larger than the bedroom count suggests. The kitchen has hardwood cabinets, granite countertops, and full-size appliances — properly equipped for a week of meals at home when you'd rather cook than go out, which is an option you'll actually consider given the veranda. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit means packing for eight doesn't require overpacking.

The home sleeps eight across three bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed with its own bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twins. Two rollaway beds handle the additional guests. The heated pool is available for all guests in the building.

Undercover parking for two cars is included — rare for a Gulf-front property in Bradenton Beach. Keyless entry means no key coordination on arrival.

Breakers 4 at Sandcastle requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two cars. Not pet-friendly.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

Perfect Location & Beach Front

"The condo was very clean and spacious for our family. The location is perfect if you love Bridge Street & beautiful beach sunsets. The condo is nicely updated and decorated. Our family loved this property. The linoleum flooring has a couple areas that are starting to pop up, recommend replacing. (Wood look tile would be amazing). Recommend taking out the screen on the beach front walk out porch. It’s hard to get good pictures and difficult to see out at night. Other than that this property is Amazing. 5 ⭐️

"Rented a property for 7 days in April 2026. Island Vacation Properties made sure everything was ready from start to finish. The property was professionally cleaned and the start up supplies were plenty. Plenty of nice beach towels were available for use.
We had two minor concerns which were handled professionally and promptly!
Follow up from the initial contact about the property to the day we were leaving was terrific. Reminders were sent for final payment and information about check in was received in advance. The properties code for entrance was received as promised,
WE have rented on AMI for over 13 years with many companies. Island Vacations Properties has been the most professional company we have done business with. We will rent from them again on our next visit to AMI.

"Perfect location within steps to the beach! We didn’t use the pool much because it is covered, but our parents had a place right down the road and we were able to use their pool so it worked out. Our freezer/fridge smelled horribly of fish, assuming the tenant before had bait or something in there. Definitely not the properties fault, but did cause an issue since we couldn’t use ice or store anything frozen without it smelling of fish. Other than that and not being able to work the dishwasher, the stay was perfect. Minor inconveniences, but nothing that stopped out great trip to AMI!

"We love staying at Breakers 4 at Sandcastle. It is oceanfront and you can watch the sunset from your balcony and listen to the music from Island Times. The only complaint is we could see the wear and tear on this from the year before. A few repairs need to be done. But we hope to return there again next year!

Perfect Location!

"This place is within a few feet of the beach/ocean and walking distance to all the shops and several restaurants. The place was very clean with only a couple minor problems. We did have a problem getting the dishwasher to work but that could have been on the operator(us). The other thing was we could pull the patio door blinds close but they wouldn't turn to completely block the view to the outside. Again minor issues and I would definitely not deter someone from renting this place. Our overall experience was great and wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again. Also I would like to mention to anyone thinking it might be too loud at night because of the bars and restaurants across the street it wasn.t. It was surprisingly quiet in the condo.

"Love this property. We have stayed here before. Great location, condo was very clean we had Everything we needed. Jim and Marilyn kept the garage clean and helped us out when we had questions. Another Great Stay

"I really enjoyed the condo. Great views of sunset. Music from Island Time was loud while on the balcony, but quiet once inside. AC broke on Sunday and the repairman was there within an hour and fixed the problem quickly. GREAT SERVICE. We miss the "foot wash" pan that was previously outside the front door. This made it more difficult to keep the floors clean than on our pervious rental.

AQUAMARINE BLUE—As Far as the Eye Can See

"We enjoyed an island-vibe vacation in this spacious surf-side condo. The view from the rear balcony reveals the beautiful aquamarine Gulf coast. The sound of the waves is both soothing & calming. Take a few steps and you can dip your toes in the warm waters. Walk out the front door and you’re on the main thoroughfare offering funky boutiques, delicious eateries (make sure to try the apple cider donuts at the donut bakery), and live entertainment. The location is a fabulous win-win with either choice.
However, we have a few suggestions such as upgrades—new living room furniture would be so comfy, the slider to the balcony needs replacing (at first, we struggled to open it & realized it needed maintenance), new window treatments would be a much-needed enhancement, and a window treatment on the front door would insure more privacy.
We appreciated the quick response & ability of Dell, the maintenance man, who was very knowledgeable and courteous. The floor cleaning team also responded to our request in a very timely & cheerful manner.
In summary, we enjoyed a very relaxing & memorable vacation. Thank you.

Great Beach Place

"This unit is in a great location. Was roomy enough. Clean enough. And a good value for being right on the beach. It was not perfect, or brand new. There is not a grille on the property, and don’t get your hopes up about a great pool to hang out at. It does have one, but the rinse off shower is all we used.

Great Location

"The location was great! The view was amazing. The property needs some updates and some simple repairs need to be made.....the sliding glass door did not lock and so a stick had to be used, a couple knobs on the kitchen cabinets come off when used, the light on the balcony did not have a cover and electrical outlets did not have covers and pantry door felt like it was coming down. There was sand on the floor And we had to vacuum when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable and clean. There was a bed leg broke and the air broke but these problems were handled quickly. We appreciate that. Although these things did not affect the fun we had, they would have added to the comfortability of our stay.

Not like it used to be

"Minor changes since our last few stays. Biggest problem we called IVP a couple days ahead of time to see if we could get in early on Saturday. Then day of arrival at 11:30AM and told they were still cleaning but would call me when done. Never heard from IVP. Arrived at 4PM and cleaning crew still there until just past 4:30. Well past check in time. Floors need deep clean. Socks were black first day after cleaning. Refrigerator water and ice dispenser did not work. Patio furniture needs a refresh. Sames as it was many years ago. Great location right on the gulf.

"Overall very good experience being close to everything on Bridge Street and being right on the beach. You must be aware that this unit is the closest to nearby bars with live music and you will definately hear it in the unit. The good thing is that it ends by 10:00 every night.

Beachfront Condo steps to Bridge St restaurants and shops

"Very spacious three bedroom condo steps to the beach. Building sits at the intersection of Bridge St and Gulf Drive so very busy area with lots of traffic.
Music from bar across the street is loud but shuts down at 10pm. The condo could use a freshening the sofas and toss pillows are soiled. Linens and towels are all new though and beds are comfortable.
The pathway to the beach is in view of windows and lanai so,lots of people watching some not so pleasant. Moose Club next door has large crowd on weekends so be prepared for crowded beach. Active lively location if that’s what your looking for, close to everything.

Filthy!!!

"This place was filthy!! The fact that the furniture etc is not super updated and worn out I can somewhat handle but the nasty tile floor, dirty carpet, broken blinds, fans with dust on them an inch thick, all of the bath mats laying on the master bedroom bed and furniture that stunk so bad you didn't want to sit on it. My husband refused to sit on the couches. Great location and views but if that was all this condo has to offer.

"This was our second time staying in this condo. It was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. The view was spectacular. On the downside, it was very loud. We heard music from the Moose club next door as well as from Island Time across the street. We also had some obnoxious beach goers in front of our condo that played loud music for 5 days in a row. We unforuntately, are heading to a quieter part of the island next year. This is a great condo for young adults who don't mind the constant noise.

Good location, some hiccups

Vacation Date: December 28, 2019

"We arrived after 4 to find the place had not been cleaned at all. After the first cleaner showed up and was scared away by the dog (a very friendly tiny Yorkie) and didn't bother to let anyone know that he wasn't coming back, the place was finally cleaned by the second people called. We had reservations for dinner, so one member of our party had to miss dinner to stay with the dog since we did not want to leave him with strangers and potentially open doors. So that wasn't a good start. The realtors refunded the cleaning fee, but it took some follow up for that and a couple problems we saw the next day - black mold or dirt on the patio and all over the rugs (one of our party bought cheap throw rugs to cover them), lights out in the bathroom, closet door that didn't open properly. Windows, at least in the master bedroom, did not stay up, which was a shame with the nice cool weather. The tv with two remotes was difficult to use. The Moose lodge across the street very loudly blared announcements when food orders were ready all day long, which was annoying. But despite these things, I would stay there again because the end unit is nice, the beds were comfortable, beach chairs and towels were provided, the trolley is practically right outside the door, and it is right across from Bridge Street, with all of its offerings. The realty people, although needing that followup, were very nice. And what is not to love about looking out the window to the beach and gulf? At night you can hear the music from the bar across the street, but we actually liked it and they stop promptly at 10.
All in all, not perfect, but still an enjoyable couple of weeks once we got passed that first night.

"We had a great time at this property. Condo is the best! Everything you need. Including beach chairs and towels. Beach is Gorgeous, close to shops and restaurants. Jim and his wife did a great job of cleaning the garage and halls. Condo was nice and clean when we arrived. Plenty of towels and linens. We had a problem with air and Island vacation properties took care of it the same day.
