The amenity stack here is rare for a condo at this price point. Heated pool. A spa. A bayside gazebo where the view shifts from Gulf to Intracoastal — a completely different, quieter experience that guests discover and don't want to leave. An elevator means arrivals, departures, and beach gear runs are effortless.

Inside, the layout comfortably sleeps six. The master bedroom has a king bed with its own bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom — ideal for kids or additional guests — has two twin beds. The living room sofa sleeper handles two more. The space has been freshly decorated with coastal furnishings and smart TVs throughout. The fully equipped kitchen means you can cook in as easily as you dine out.

The beach is steps away — walk out the door and you're there. Historic Bridge Street with its restaurants, shops, and waterfront bars is a five-minute drive. The free Anna Maria Island trolley puts the full length of the island within easy reach without moving your car once you've parked.

Bradenton Beach Club D is a one-week minimum rental with parking for two cars. This property does not allow pets.

"it was great! we loved the location and the view was breathtaking. we only two little things 1) the pick up of the garbage sometimes we didn’t have a place to put our garbage outside of the apartment. most days they were always to the top. 2) Also the elevator was not working intermittent for two days. My sister is disabled. but we made it worked!. thank you for your patience during the reservation

Fabulous Week In Paradise

"The unit was spacious and hand a beautiful gulf front view. We could see the water from several areas in the condo and especially the master suite and living room. We had ample space for our family to spread out and enjoy our time here. Beach, pool, and condo - all 5 plus!! It was also wonderful that there were beach chairs and umbrellas available in a downstairs storage unit so that we didn’t have to bring them with us. Perfect spot to get away and enjoy the beautiful Florida lifestyle!

"We spent a week at Bradenton Beach Club unit D and it was the most relaxing vacation we have ever been on. The unit is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need and the views are unmatched. The pool was never crowded even though it’s small and the beach access couldn’t have been more convenient. The unit provides everything you could ever need for a long day at the beach , chairs, umbrellas, toys and floats. We can’t wait to visit again next year !

BBC vacation with friends

"We had an excellent beach vacation with friends. The unit was perfect for our group with each couple having their own room, own sink/commode bathroom, and ample seating indoors and outdoors for us. The kitchen is well appointed with almost everything we needed to cook our meals. We've stayed in this unit before and in some ways it is showing wear but generally is a great unit and fabulous location.

"Clean and perfect location. We had everything we needed. Twin beds are a bit short for an adult. My only gripe is that the condo is outdated in decor yet goes up every year in price! We also didn’t care for the guests lodged across the street sharing the very small pool.

Relaxing Christmas Break

"This condo was lovely! Right on the beach, close to everything, so clean and inviting for my family. We had a wonderful week here! The only thing I noticed was that people who were not staying in one of the 8 condo units , were at the pool... it is not a large area and I wasn’t sure why they were using the pool and area. Happened a few times. Couldn’t imagine how it would be during a busy “spring break” type week. Other than that, we had an amazing time and would highly recommend!

"The condo was a perfect place to unwind. Conveniently located steps from the beach and the pool. The property mgmt team are always available through their apps and text communication. We never need to use it; however, they are on top of reaching out to you. Condo was super clean and had most items available. Possible suggestions, better beach chairs and sturdier umbrellas, and more beach games. But these items can also just be bought down the street. We were just lazy and the sun, sand and waves was enough for us. Enjoyed Unit D!

Amazing location w/ Pool on the beach

"Location Location Location. The location of this condo is second to none. You have your own pool down one flight of stairs, and the beach couldn't be any closer. We have young kids and this was super idea. The rental company was good to work with. We submitted some maintenance requests and they were out super quickly, even on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. The unit was very clean upon our arrival. The downsides to this unit are that it is outdated and needs some TLC. Examples: broken blinds, no curtains (bright bedrooms), curtain rods falling off, sliding glass door hard to open, really old couch, broken/missing floor molding, etc. Simply put, the rental agency does a great job keeping it clean but it needs some renovation-type work to bring it up to par. It's not junky it's just outdated and needs some love. You are paying for location here and an above average place to stay, but you will not be blown away by how modern or well kept the unit is. I would still stay here again because the location is just that good and the unit was still pretty good! I hope the owner puts a little money into the place to spruce it up.

Directly on the beach

"Nice condo directly on the beach. Loved the screened in patio with direct access to the beach from the patio stairs. Pool is small but never had too many people in it at one time. My only complaint was that we didn’t have a blanket for the pull out sofa bed and had to use beach towels as we had gotten in late on a delayed flight. We purchased one the next day.

Great location but many issues with unit

"Upon arrival, we could not get the door open with the keyless code that we were given. The light at the entry way was not working so trying the navigate the issues with the door made it even more frustrating. The gal on call was pleasant and dropped off a set of keys but that took an hour. The next morning the maintenance man came by and stated that the door has to be "jiggled" to be able to open it so it obviously is a known problem for the unit. We stayed here the year before and found that the same blinds in the front room and the living room had not been fixed. The pull out bed did not have a set of sheets nor did the unit have any extra blankets other than the down comforters on the beds. The living room hasn't been cleaned in the last year and was smelly and damp. I suggest a ruggable of something that can be machine washed. The front sliding door had a broken latch and the one side would lock. The maintenance man fixed it. Another night we went out and we were locked out of unit for 2 hours with an exhausted 4 year old. The front door lock mechanism again didn't open. The shared bathroom sink handle comes off. It would be nice if a few laundry pods were left with the unit as to not have to buy a whole pack. Considering the cost of staying here for a week I do not plan on coming back unless the unit's issues are addressed.

Bradenton Beach Club Stay

"The access to the beach and the pool was amazing. Just steps to both and we loved it. The rental was clean and kitchen well stocked however several other issues with the rental. Had to fight for lounge chairs at the pool. Lots of them stacked up but all broken. Beach had limited lounge chairs as well. Sliding doors in master would not open. Several other issues that we called about and were fixed for us. We do lots of rentals and I have never complained but I would say beware on this one until they get a few things fixed here.

Beautiful location!

"This property was in a perfect location! Walkable to the shops on Bridge Street and right on the beach. The unit itself was starting to show some signs of wear - refrigerator made loud noise when opened, screen was ripped, outdoor furniture was rusted, patio door from master bedroom didn't open. Overall the unit was very clean and had everything we needed - could just use some TLC to keep in tip top shape.

"The condo was nice. Right on the beach with beautiful views. Very clean and could see it had been disinfected for Covid-19. Kitchen had everything needed. The frying pan was bent and a little hard to cook evenly but we made it work. Chairs for the beach were provided but they had seen better days. We added a couple to the collection. All other furniture was in great condition. Overall we would recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

"We were there from 2/29-3/7. The condo is very roomy with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The view is just breath taking. Decided to rent a smaller unit 2 doors down for next year just for the great location and the view. We were not suppose to be in this unit, but our original rented condo was sold and the new buyers were not honoring our rental week. Our leasing agent, Leslie Fowler, went over and about and found this unit still available and reserved it for us. It is just beautiful. Highly recommend. Alicia Yehle Indiana

Beautiful Views less than exciting interiors

"This condo has amazing views and is a fabulous location but could use just a tiny bit more TLC. Honestly, it wouldn't require much--a few sharp knifes, a few doormats to catch sand from trapping through the condo, better mattresses...

You could tell this place was bought to rent and I just feel a bit more thought could have been put in to make it really special since the location on the beach is so great.

"Perfect rental - ON the beach, nicely furnished, and clean You can't beat the sandy, calm waves right out the doors. The beach isn't overcrowded at all, and perfect for sunsets. The unit is well appointed with lots of windows and great layout. It had everything we needed, and we appreciated the small upgrades like dimmers, crown molding, and nicer bedding. Master bed separate from the addition 2 bedrooms made it nice to have separate from the kids. the pool being right downstairs was also convenient.
