The only Beach House Resort unit with bay views from both the bedroom and the kitchen — Gulf in front, Tampa Bay visible from the sleeping and cooking spaces on the other side. Beach House Resort #9 is an upper-level end unit in Bradenton Beach with a screened lanai facing the Gulf and a dual water orientation that no other unit in the complex offers.

The private spa is shared among complex guests. Numerous chaise lounges are available at beachside. The Gulf beach stretches for miles in both directions from the front of the building.

One bedroom sleeps four. The master has a king bed. The living room sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests. One full bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for meals at home. Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. High-speed WiFi included.

Bridge Street's restaurants, shops, and bars are less than a 5-minute walk — well-positioned for guests who want Gulf-front access with walkable dining and nightlife.

Minimum stay: 7 nights during winter months and June/July. During slower periods, 3-night stays are available — contact IVP to confirm current availability. One parking space per unit.

We spent three nights at Beach House Resort Unit #9 for our one-year anniversary and it absolutely delivered. The unit is a true beachfront property — not "steps from the beach" or "across the street" like so many listings claim, but actually on the sand with stunning Gulf views from the private upstairs balcony. We had our morning coffee out there every day watching the waves and it never got old.
The location is genuinely ideal. We were literally feet from the Kokonut Hut Cafe/Bar and Beach House Waterfront Restaurant (for our first night's sunset dinner), but far enough that we never heard a sound from inside the unit — the best of both worlds. Everything else we needed was within easy reach: Bridge Street, the marina, and Pine Avenue were all a short drive or trolley ride away.
Island Vacation Properties was easy to work with and the unit was clean, well-appointed, and exactly as described. The linen service was a nice touch — everything fresh and professionally laundered on arrival.
If you're looking for a romantic, true beachfront escape on Anna Maria Island, Unit #9 at Beach House Resort is the real deal. We'll absolutely be back.

Pretty Peaceful

"Great experience. We did nothing but get up, sit by the ocean, walk next door and eat, then sleep. Repeat. 3 good restaurants within walking distance. Place was clean (never can get rid of ALL the sand). The only thing keeping this place from a 5-star review is the bed. That mattress needed to be replaced a long time ago.

Can't get any closer to the ocean!

"This was our 5th vacation on AMI, 3rd in this condo building, 2nd in the same unit.

This is a cozy, very cute condo with ocean views for miles. The place is quiet, very pleasant. There's a restaurant right next door, they serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. The beach does not get crowded, we always have a prime spot right near the crashing waves.

Management company always takes care of us and is very customer-friendly.

"It was our second time staying at Beach House 9. Beautiful location and property. Loved the exterior improvements. We have concerns about the property being built next door and disappointed in the extension of the building that now blocks the view to the south. Also concerned about the overly strong musty smell inside the condo that permeates everything and takes weeks /months to eradicate from all our belongings once we get home. An air purifier would go a long way. Will return to Beach House 9 next year, but for only one week this time due to huge price increase.

"We have come to this same location for almost 30 years so we love the location. The new paint and stairs to the property looks very nice. Our days were filled with construction noice of electric saws, air guns, and radio just a few feet from us so not very relaxing and couldn’t enjoy being on the balcony. The washer and dryer did not work while we stayed the month. There was no cleaning of the grounds while we were there. The hot tub was dirty when we arrived and never was cleaned. We did call for tv help, leak under sink and our door lock not working properly and very happy with a quick response. Our place we stayed could use a pizza cutter, broiler pan, a door mat and the furniture was dirty upon arrival.

Amazing Location and Comfortable

"Easy to understand directions for access and right on the beach! The bed was even very comfortable which is odd for most rentals. Couldn't have enjoyed it more with everything you could need for a beach and kitchen all provided. Restuarant right next door for sitting on the beach for breakfast, lunch and dinner or even just drinks.

"Our unit (#9) was great! It was clean and well stocked with towels, beach chairs, umbrella. The kitchen was very efficient and well situated for any cooking that you desired. I really appreciate the tv in the bedroom as well as the living area. There was no street noise on that side either. Located one block from the Cortez Bridge and six blocks from Bridge Street, is simply unbeatable. We would rent this unit again.

"Really loved the location, check in was easy and well described. Everything in the condo worked great and was very clean. My only comment would be that there apparently had been som water damage to the roof and appeared to be some mold which caused some of our allergies to flair. But other than that a great stay.

"We had the pleasure of staying in Unit 9 at Beach House Resort and it was absolutely amazing. Right on the beach, panoramic view of the gulf, first class seats to daily sunsets.

The unit was very well maintained, nicely decorated and had all the basics one would need (kitchenware, beach chairs to name a few). We were lucky to meet the owners of the other units on the 3rd floor and everyone was so nice and friendly!. We didn't want to leave and will definitely come back next year (we miss it already)

"The rental company was aggressive and continued to blame us for their short comings our entire stay.When when arrived, the door handle fell off, there was no hot water, the unit was far smaller than what we expected. And,,, We had to PAY an extra $25 dollars for linens. I will never rent from this company again!

Amazing!

"We stayed in #8 last year and in #9 this year, and we cannot wait to be back! Beautiful location, beach at the bottom of the condo stairs. Close to restaurants, shopping and the free island trolley. "Loved being directly on the beach. Unit was nicely appointed. We usually stay Holmes Beach and prefer over Bradenton Beach. It was much louder. Bedroom sits next to road and unit is located next to dumpster and gulf drive cafe. Not sure what they were doing after hours but is was loud. Dumping of bottles, scraping noises, etc.
Unit nice. IVP great to work with. Beach beautiful. Too noisy!

Great Stay

"This was our first time in this rental and we would definitely stay here again. The location is great, there are many things within walking distance. There are restaurants, ice cream shop, gift shops. The unit was very clean and comfortable. I had a problem with the drain and it was fixed in a matter of a few hours. The view is amazing of the gulf. Sunset we sat on the balcony and watched it each night. When you look out the bedroom window you have a view of the bay.

"This condo was perfect for us! We loved the location and it was really clean. My only complaint was that the hot tub was broken and it didn't seem like anyone was really interested in fixing it. We called several times, but it did not get fixed while we were there. We used the trolley to get around and it was great! Overall, we had a wonderful time and definitely want to come back!

During beach renovation

"This was a great rental for the price and location. Perfect for two people who could climb up stairs to the 3rd floor. Of the three units on that floor, unit nine has the best views because it has windows on the east, west and south sides. I liked the neutral beach decor. One change should happen soon. The queen mattress needs to be updated as it feels like you are sleeping on a slant toward the middle. Although one night would be forgivable, 6 nights were hard on the back. So I stayed on the couch the last night there, only to wake up at 2 am to huge construction equipment, bulldozers working to disconnect the pipes on the beach. They worked on it until 7am. It felt like we were going through an earthquake asthe building was shaking! This isn’t the fault of the property though. Still had a great time there and so convenient to the restaurants next door and across the street. One issue is that parking can become an issue when another unit has a guest and is parking in your assigned spot. But Amy, the property manager was very attentive to getting this resolved. I would defiantly rent from them again.

Oceanfront Paradise

"50 steps & your Walking on the pristine white sands. A couple more steps & your in the clear emerald green waters. Property is well maintained & has everything you need to make your vacation stay perfect. You’re within walking distance to eating places; playing a round of putt -putt & ice cream afterwards. I would definitely recommend this property if you do not have any problem with climbing stairs.

"I rented a unit in the Beach House Resort for the month of February. This is my fourth year of renting in that building through Island Vacation Properties. It was wonderful. The unit was in great shape and the folks at the property company are always friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for walking, dining and relaxing while watching porpoises playing.
