Directly on the Gulf in Bradenton Beach — white sand stretches in both directions from the front of the building and chaise lounges are set out at beachside for guests. Beach House Resort #10 is a three-bedroom with a large open deck overlooking the beach, and a sleeping configuration that handles ten guests across proper beds.

The bunk house is the family differentiator. The third bedroom has two queen beds and two twin beds — six guests in one room, with everyone in a real bed. The master suite has a king bed and a garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A half bath is available in the living area. Two full bathrooms serve the upstairs bedrooms. An in-unit washer and dryer is included. The kitchen is fully equipped for a group of ten.

The open deck faces the Gulf — the right spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets over the water.

Minimum stay: seven nights during winter months and June/July. Three-night stays are available during slower periods — contact IVP to confirm current availability.

Parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

"If you’re looking for a gorgeous location, paired with a beautiful place to stay, this is it! My family and I have stayed on AMI several times, and this is by far our new go-to. There are several restaurants in walking distance, as well as the convenience of catching the trolly right outside as well!

AMAZING PROPERTY ON THE BEACH

"This is the best beach front in the area. You are literally a few steps from the beach. It has gorgeous beach views from almost each window.
It is modern and cozy decorated. Comfortable beds that fit a party of 10 perfectly. There is a restaurant next door right on the beach that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner (7am to 10pm)
The beautiful sunsets are breathtaking. Hosts are friendly and responsive.
It has two big bathrooms and one half bathroom and they were pristine. We are definitely coming back to this amazing rental.

Our new beach home away from home

Beach is perfect with no sharp rocks or dead coral.
We used the washer and dryer every night and were sure to vacuum out any shell fragments from our boys pockets!

First AMI vacation

"It was fantastic. The condo that was recommended to us was exceptional. Everything was very clean. All high end sheets, towels. It had everything we needed since we flew in and couldn't bring much. Loved having the free trolley take us wherever we needed to go. Heard it is awful to find parking and we didn't have to worry about that. Definitely coming back. In fact, have already booked for next year !!!!!!

Perfect - Beautiful - Amazing

"This is our 5th time on AMI and this was the best condo we have stayed in. We stayed at the Beach House the last time but only needed one room. We loved the location so when I booked our summer vacation and needed more room for our home from college kiddo I wanted to be at the Beach House so I decided to try #10. Condo is exactly how you see in photos. Balcony was a dream!! Master bath shower was amazing. This will definitely be my go to for our stays when we need more room.

Wonderful vacation home!

"We stayed in beachhouse 10 for 1 week in early May. The house was beautiful and very well appointed. Direct gulf access and both main bedrooms had a cess to a great deck overlooking the beach! Beautiful sunsets nightly. I can't give enough positive reviews. Multiple restaurants within a short distance and a few within walking distance.

A true beach house

"Stayed with three friends for a ladies' trip. It was a great location for beach time. We were on the top level of the building so had beautiful balcony views of the ocean and sky including some phenomenal rainbows. Our access to the beach was two short flights downstairs and straight out to the beach.

AMI Family Getaway

"Our experience at Beach House 10 was fantastic. I was impressed with the pictures of the remodeled unit and it was even more impressive in person. Hands down the nicest rental unit I've ever been in with all of your needs met from ample pillows and towels to a kitchen with everything you need. The beds very comfortable, very spacious living and dining room and the decor was beautiful. The master bath incredible! The check in and check out process was very simple. The Hospitality app contained all the information we needed. It also allowed us to submit a maintenance request when the AC unit stopped working. The rental agency had a repairman there very promptly, even on a Sunday!! We are already planning our next trip to AMI and hope to stay at the Beach House Resort again. We've stayed in another unit at the Beach House before and we feel the location is perfect. The beach feels almost private on the little stretch in front of the Beach House.

"Only room for improvement related to cleanliness: master bath floor was not swept properly prior to arrival and asked team to come back out, coffee maker had not been cleaned properly with coffee residue throughout, coffee table has drink stains, remote controls had sand and not been cleaned Or sanitized, vent above entrance to kitchen covered in dust, dryer vent full of lint once lint trap removed. Rental staff very accommodating in taking care of cleanings and responded promptly.

A fabulous getaway...Beach House 10

"This 3-bedroom home is a true gem. It’s literally steps away from the beach. You can watch the waves come in while you relax on your living room couch and sip on a cappuccino! The deck extends the length of the home facing the water. It’s also within walking distance of many restaurants. The home is well furnished, esthetically pleasing and very comfortable. It was a wonderful relaxing getaway.

Beach House 10 - Deceptively Beautiful

"For the most part Beach House 10 met our expectations. The outside was nondescript but the inside is roomy, clean, comfortable and has plenty of linens and kitchen ware. And the view from the multi access balcony was stunning. Unbelievable sunsets. The only issue was security. We arrived late and it was dark so we couldn’t find the front door; there isn’t one. Access is via a sliding door on the beach side of the unit. Being dark we didn’t see the one door with a key lock but we found a different sliding door that wasn’t secure. We got in but the door latch would not lock. Called the energy number and a man quickly came out and resolved the problem. Tried the same door the next day and had a difficult time re-securing it. Stopped using that door. Further, none of the screen doors could be locked. We enjoyed the sounds of the waves, the aroma of the gulf waters and the breeze but would have felt safer if the doors could have been locked. Being from a large Midwest city safety it’s a significant concern to us.
Other than the lack of lockable doors the facility more than met our needs. Would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful spot!

"We had a great experience at Beach house #10. It was a very busy week on AMI and we will probably choose a different time frame the next time we travel to AMI. Transportation was our only problem. There were no golf carts or rental cars available. There were less than usual trolleys running so each time we tried to utilize a trolley it was a minimum of an hour wait. The Monkey bus was short staffed and unable to deliver us to our boating excursion despite us contacting them hours in advance. We have traveled to AMI 4 previous times and never encountered transportation problems previously. AMI is a beautiful island to visit. I hope to visit again...probably not in March.

Beach House 10 - a treasure year after year

"We have rented this condo almost every year since 2012. It is perfect. The condo is spacious and comfortable for a large group. The recent redecoration is beautiful. I love the new bunk room - it looks like so much fun for people who have kids. You cannot beat the beach access and there are restaurants within walking distance. You can rent jet skis just down the beach. The balcony is amazing - you can take advantage of the outdoor dining table and the sunset is gorgeous, We have had nothing but great experiences here. We were here during Tropical Storm Eta and the staff was here the next morning to clean up. I cannot think of anything that is not perfect about this condo.

relaxing beach destination

"Stayed here for a long weekend. Island Vacation properties was very accommodating with an early check-in as the unit was not booked the night before. The house was clean & updated nicely. Easy access to the beach. The umbrella on the patio was broken when we arrived. I contacted the rental company & they replaced the umbrella within the hour! would definitely stay here again & highly recommend this beach house/rental property company

"My family and I have been vacationing on Anna Maria Island for over twenty years and have loved every minute spent there. Most of our visits have been spent in one of the ten units at Beach Houspp resort. We love the fact that it is small and very private. We love the restaurants (especially Starfish Grill) and the many ice tram shops and specialty stores We enjoy looking out for the dolphins and manatees and the beautiful sunsets.

Best Vacation Ever

"It was a perfect experience. The property description was right on. Picking up the keys went exactly as described. It was spotless and well maintained. I had some trouble with the gate but when I called the office someone helped me immediately. I would recommend this property and did to a potential renter who was inquiring from the beach. Wonderful sisters get away, we shopped, we dined out, played on the beach, Best Vacation Ever!

Beautiful Beach

"The location is great, the scenery is beautiful and the furnishings are very nice. There was a lot of extra bedding and plenty of beach towels. There wasn't a scrap of toilet paper in the master bathroom and no soap at most sinks. It also wasn't very clean (especially on the floors). With some minor changes this could be a 5-star property. One other thing to mention is that you have to climb a couple flights of stairs to get into the unit. This was fine for us but could be a problem for some.
