Across the street from the Gulf, one block from Bridge Street, and the yard is fenced for your dog. Anna's Cottage is the rare Bradenton Beach find that puts you in the middle of everything without making you feel like it.

A Bradenton Beach vacation rental tucked behind a charming white fence and shaded by swaying palms, this bright teal home blends the soul of Old Florida with completely renovated modern comforts.

Step inside to find an open, light-filled living area with white shiplap walls and ceiling. The kitchen has been transformed with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for four — ideal for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. All three bedrooms feature queen beds dressed in fresh white linens, ceiling fans, and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The primary bedroom has its own en-suite bath with a rain shower and marble-look vanity. A second full bathroom with rain shower serves the other two bedrooms.

The backyard is where Anna's Cottage earns its name. Step through the screened porch — dining table for six, lounge seating, shaded and private — and into the fenced yard beyond. Adirondack chairs ring a stone fire pit beneath palm trees and tropical plantings. A gas BBQ grill and outdoor shower complete the picture. Your dog has room to run. After a long beach day, you won't want to leave.

The beach is across the street. Bridge Street's restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, mini-golf, and boutiques are one block away. The historic Bradenton Beach Pier is two blocks down. The free island trolley stops nearby — explore the full length of AMI without moving your car once you've parked.

Anna's Cottage requires a 2 night minimum stay certain times of the year. Pet-friendly with a fenced yard.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

Disappointed

"Property wasn’t very clean. Baseboards and window sills had dirt and bugs; shower curtain liner had mildew. Kitchen sink was stained, which indicates no bleach products used. House was hot after lunch and into the night everyday...79 degrees. Maintenance man came, said it was an ongoing problem. Chair and bench in living room were too uncomfortable to sit on. Closet in 1 bedroom had no hanging rod and had been taken over with blankets and vacuum cleaner. Turf grass in back yard was so hot you couldn’t walk on it bc it was plastic. Not to mention small pets are allowed, so does someone sanitize this afterwards? Porch wasn’t usable bc afternoon sun beamed directly on it and there were no fans. Couldn’t watch tv in living room until the sun went down bc double window shades didn’t block sun and the glare was too intense. I stayed 3 doors down last year for less and had a bigger property with a small pool and none of these problems. About the only positives I have are location and the rental company was prompt.

Relaxing days

"The house is perfectly located right in the heart of everything, literally just steps from the beach, with its stunning turquoise waters and fine sand. There are restaurants, shops, and a place that makes delicious artisanal ice cream. It's a very welcoming place where we spent a lovely few days with family and friends. The house is equipped with everything you need, and everything works perfectly. I highly recommend it for groups looking for a fun-filled and relaxing getaway.

The beach has easy enough access that we made several trips back & forth each day. We were within steps of restaurants, shopping, beach, trolley. "We had a great time at Anna’s Cottage. The short walk across the street to the beach was perfect! Being able to walk to dinner was great too! This adorable house in such a great location. The beds were comfy and it was perfect for the three of us on our girls trip! At first, we weren’t sure about it being right beside a convenience store, but we actually loved it. They were super helpful and nice there and make great sandwiches! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck by the gas fireplace. There rental company was very quick to respond when I told them the gas was empty for it. They were out the next day to fill it up. We would definitely come again and stay here.

"A very spacious rental. The house had everything that we needed to make it the best week possible. It was great to be within walking distance to shopping,restaurants, ice cream and mini-golf. The beach was across the street. We will be staying there again.

Great Cottage - Great Experience

"We liked the cottage last year but it has so greatly improved after repairs from the hurricane damage and refurbishing. Now it is really a gem, clean and nicely appointed. Only thing we liked more last year was the position of the beds. The one in the front bedroom now is so that during the night, lights from the roundabout shine right into you eyes (well, close the blinds, but I like to see the day coming). The one in the back bedroom is - probably due to the new TV - with the headside towards the window, not optimal.Otherwise everything was perfect. Staff as always competent and friendly. Really good service. If you call in a problem (as e.g. clogged drain), there is someone coming to repair it asap.

"Great location and the property was good. This is an older cottage, so don’t expect a modern condo type vacation home. It’s a bit dated inside but very comfortable and clean. The backyard is a huge bonus with a gas fireplace, artificial turf grass and beautify trees with night lighting. IVP were quick to respond and remedy a minor issue with the cable. I recommend this property for a nice family vacation.

"Management was very helpful. It is a good location to beach, nearby bars on Bridge street are noisy, but quiet hours start at 1030pm. The house lacked a supply of toilet paper, which was an annoyance.

Love that Anna's Cottage is a Original Florida Home

"This is our 2nd stay at Anna's. Anna Maria still has a charm of old Florida. Anna's Cottage is prefect for a family or for three couples to gather. We hope that the cottage remains as is. Development is changing AMI and a new 100 plus vacation unit proposal for AMI changes the island vibe, and is a different type of vacation. Its so vital that Anna's cottage which offers private vacation space with an old Florida living exist. Thank you for providing this authentic Florida cottage for a relaxing, private vacation. We were sad to leave and already know we will choose Anna's Cottage again.

Spoiled! Hard to say goodbye

"This was our style of living, a vintage cabin style home with fenced yard for our Wheaten. The yard had a fire pit and grill. The house also had a screened porch. When weather brought cold winds (January) that yard was still nice. Beach is literally across the street and shopping/dining one block over and the Pier about 2 blocks walk. No driving to do once arrived. The kitchen pans and supplies were ample for large families as well as towels. This company doesn’t cut back
