Anna Maria Beach Place 6 is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.
This property has keyless, no-contact check in for your convenience.

Anna Maria Beach Place #6, located in Holmes Beach is a charming beachside complex featuring six units surrounding a heated pool and tropical landscaping. Immediately across a quiet side street, are the white sandy beaches and the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. It doesn't get much better than this!
Anna Maria Beach place provides two gas grills, an onsite laundry room with two coin operated washers and dryers as well as a supply of beach chairs and toys.

Unit 6 at Anna Maria Beach Place is a one bedroom, one bath second floor unit with a view of the beach that will sleep four with a king size bed and a premium sofa bed. This unit has many recent upgrades including new living and dining room furniture as well as a fully remodeled bathroom which is sure to impress. Beach Place 6 features wireless high speed internet with free domestic long distance calling and an expanded cable package. There is a 50” television in the living room with a DVD player and a 24” television in the bedroom. Central air conditioning completes the package.

Anna Maria Beach Place has a one week minimum stay.
Parking is limited to one vehicle.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

"What a great time! When I did my booking with IVP a member of there staff suggested room 6 over room 4, great suggestion, but with all of the 2nd floor condo’s you do have a good view just from a different angle. The whole complex was very clean also with pool area. Very localized with in walking distance for groceries, restaurants and to the beautiful beach!

"This was our 2nd time staying at this property. The facility was clean, super convenient to the beach, grocery store and restaurants! The rental company was very easy to work with and friendly. We will book again! The beaches were packed for memorial day weekend, but cleared out after that. Overall, another great stay on AMI!

A bit of paradise

"WE had a very enjoyable stay at #6 Anna Maria Beach place. This is our 5th stay at this unit since 2006.
The one negative I have about this place is that none of the (dated) furniture has been changed since 2006 and it is all looking very tired. Looking at the amount this property is increasing in price next year, I feel it is due an update

Great stay at Holmes Beach

"Excellent stay at Anna Maria Beach Place, Unit 6.

Perfect location, just steps away from the beach. There are six units in the complex, with a private pool, well maintained.

The unit has ocean views, and the street is quiet. The only downside is that some furnishings need updating. The couch has seen better days. Beach chairs and umbrella were beat up. We bought couple chairs and an umbrella that were left there (in the shed). Had to go to the hardware store to get couple screws to fix the umbrella from the unit.

The kitchen sink was leaking.

I wish the kitchen had some cooking essentials (oil, vinegar, spices, etc.)

Would definitely come back to this property, hopefully there will be improvements.

"I had a conference that was canceled in Naples so we were looking for a last minute trip. We love AMI and have rented from island Vacation Properties in past. This spot may be our favorite! Heated pool was an unexpected perk! Clean, well cared for unit. Made some great friends with the regulars. Highly recommend. Hoping to bring my mom back to the first level unit with two bedrooms. Would be very handicap accessible for her. A winner!

"This was our third visit to Unit 6. The last one was 10 years ago and I was surprised to not see any upgrades. The pool noise was horrific not only during the day but till almost 10pm. Only one umbrella provided by the pool.

Amazing location

"The location for this property is amazing! Steps from the ocean and 3 blocks from Publix and Walgreens, but in a very quiet neighborhood. Only 6 units in the complex and a private pool. Great ocean view from our unit! Property management company is great and unit was very clean. Only downside is furnishings need updating. Furniture is worn and mattress needs replacing. Beach chairs and umbrella were old and broken. We bought a new chair to leave there and borrowed umbrella from another unit. Would definitely come back to this property, but maybe in another unit.

Great week at the beach

"This is an older unit that could use a little TLC, but it was still wonderful. The pullout couch was not comfortable, but what can you expect? The unit had all you could want and is in a fabulous location! There are only a few units, so there are not a lot of people around. The grills had gas and the pool was warm! Can't wait to go back!

"A week in paradise! Another beautiful stay at Anna Maria Beach Place. We have stayed in #6 four times now and we love it. Pervfect location for quiet beach, skinny's, publix ect. Only negative is in the 11 years we've been coming here from UK very little has been done to update this unit. It's looking a. It tired and really needs a kitchen and bathroom renovation. Plus some new crockery, linens etc. Wouldn't stop me from coming again though!

Unit 6 is our favorite

"We have stayed in a number of units in Anna Maria Beach Place, and Unit 6 is our favorite. It is a second floor corner unit with lots of light and a gulf view. We really like staying in this part of the island because of being walking distance from Manatee Public Beach, Skinny's, Jackie's, Publix, Mr. Bones BBQ. The beach is right across the way. Very happy a dishwasher and disposal were put in (and a better shower head that doesn't spray all over!). Also nice to finally have some new linens and towels, and other small improvements, like an electric kettle. Comfortable and clean. Love to watch the sunset from our terrace or walking barefoot to the beach for a better view. Always look forward to returning.
