Three hundred yards from the Gulf — a side street off Gulf Drive that keeps the crowds at a distance while the beach stays easy to reach. Peace 'n Paradise is a Holmes Beach vacation rental with a private heated pool and spa, framed by lush island landscaping with a shaded reading nook tucked into the greenery. After a beach day, the gas grill poolside and the spa handle the evening.

The beach gear setup here is the most complete in the complex. Two beach chairs, two lounge chairs, an umbrella, and a soft-side cooler — all stored in the shed and loaded into the beach cart for the walk down the street.

Two bedrooms sleep six. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has two XL twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress — a specific comfort detail worth noting for the guest who ends up there. Two full bathrooms throughout. Flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. High-speed WiFi included.

The fully equipped kitchen handles meals at home. Shopping, restaurants, and the library are a short drive. The free AMI trolley stops nearby for exploring the island without moving your car. One space under the carport and one in the driveway — parking for two cars comfortably.

Peace 'n Paradise requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Amazing stay at Peace n’ Paradise

The location of this property is excellent, it was a quick four minute walk to the beach and also a short walk to shops and restaurants. Absolutely wonderful

"This house was so wonderful! The short walk to the beach was perfect and made it so easy to go back and forth during the day. The house was fully stocked with everything I needed to prepare meals, and we loved making meals on the grill. There was plenty of space for the girls to get ready and for us to get ready at the same time, which made everything very convenient. We really loved the fun features of the house. The putt-putt course was such a great space for family time, and the pool and TV under the house were delightful and gave us another place to relax and spend time together. Having the beach wagon was also amazing because I didn’t need to pack my own to take down to the beach. One of my favorite parts was the upper decks where we could watch the sunrise in the morning, and then sit out front in the afternoon and watch the sunset. It was so relaxing and peaceful. This company was also wonderful to work with. They checked in with me the whole time and were very responsive whenever I had a question. I honestly couldn’t say one bad thing about this house. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again.

Great location

"We loved the home location. Short walk to beach each morning for sunrise and sunsets. Pool area is wonderful, pool size was nice and spa worked well. I would recommend no more than 4 people stay in home at a time. A few minor maintenance items needed to be taken care of but home was clean and had all amenities that you would need. We would stay here again. There is a lot of construction still going on in the area so be prepared for a little noise, but we didn’t mind.

A Peaceful Stay in Paradise

"We had a wonderful stay at Peace 'N Paradise! The house was clean and well appointed. Kitchen was stocked with most essentials for preparing meals. The pool is fantastic! Location can't be beat. You are within walking distance of several restaurants (be sure to check out Hurricane Hanks) and shops. The beach is across the street and down a short path. Wagon, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided. Vacation Island Properties was very quick and responsive regarding a maintenance issue we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and would stay here again!

Perfect Rental

"This property is amazing! Only a few steps to the beach. The wagon made it easy to get chairs and toys back and forth. My kids loved coming home to the pool and hot tub after playing on the beach all day. The location is also within steps to a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, and local stores. Perfect for Family of 4 with Young Kids

"Couldn't ask for a better place to stay for our Spring Break trip to AMI. We were traveling with a 3 year old and 10 month old and the property was perfect for our needs. Bedrooms were large, bathrooms updated, HVAC worked well, and kitchen was well stocked. The star of the property is the pool, which was heated and clean. The house's location is central, with several eateries and shops a short walk away. You can't beat the proximity to the beach- it's one of the few places that actually lives up to its "steps from the beach" claim. It was very easy to load up the wagon and hop right over to the beach. The only suggestion I'd make is adding some additional safety features to the two doors. Both are sliding glass doors and a little tricky to lock. It's not that I felt unsafe at any point during our trip, but I think adding security bars or extra latches to the doors would help provide peace of mind for travelers. All in all, you can't beat Peace n Paradise if you're staying in AMI!

Perfect

"The place was meticulous. No corners cut. The outdoor space is all you could ask for. Pool, hot tub, putting green, lots of nice outdoor furniture and grill. Inside decorated in super cute and tasteful beach theme. Wonderful beach wagon and chairs made walks to the beach easy. The only constructive criticism I would offer is a little bit more outdoor lighting and a few mounted oscillating fans for the covered patio. Summer is nasty hot in Florida as we all know. There's a nice ceiling fan on patio but a couple oscillating fans would definitely add to the enjoyment of this wonderful outdoor space . We will absolutely be back.

Best Milestone Birthday Celebrations Ever!!

"Wonderful! I did not want to leave even after 8 days. I could have stayed 8 more! I loved everything about the house, private pool, seating area under house at pool and grill, where I sat out late at night before or after night time swim. I slept very well in the king bed. The house was just a few yards away from the beach. I walked it each morning. So many good places to shop and eat. Definately would love to come back soon!

Really nice & comfortable

"This is a duplex location very close to restaurants and shops. The beach is a quick 3 minute walk. The house is very comfortable for a couple or small family. The pool w spa and outdoor living area was excellent. There were a couple minor issues at the beginning of the week but the management company was quick to respond. We would love to come back and stay again.

"We had an amazing week at Peace N Paradise! The house was the perfect blend of beach vibes and comfort and amazingly clean. Just a short walk to the beautiful baby powder soft sands and emerald green water. The back yard oasis was so relaxing! The only thing that could make it better would be to pick it up and move it across the street on the beachfront. One of our favorite vacations to date.

Little gem perfect distance to the beach!

"This is our second year at peace and paradise and it did not disappoint yet again!! They have added an adorable outside covered patio with new couches, a TV, lights and a fan! It was perfect to escape the heat and have a drink or lunch. They also have a 3 hole putt-putt area near the pool. My two boys ages 8 and 9 loved this and made up many fun games to keep them occupied!

We are Florida natives so we are used to dealing with mosquitos. We brought our Thermacell in preparation for the mosquito party that occurs on hot Florida nights, but we were still swarmed. My only suggestion is to install a bug zapper or have more citronella candles available.

The inside was decorated nicely, the place was very clean. The kitchen well stocked. The ac works like a champ, Internet is fast and there is a TV in every room.

You can’t beat the short walk to the beach from this house. The location is everything. Two kids and two wagons full or beach gear made it down to the beach in no time!

We can’t wait to come back!!

"We had a wonderful experience at Peace ‘n Paradise! The accommodations and amenities of the home could not have been better. Very clean and had every thing we needed for a comfortable stay plus many extras! The location to the beach, shops, and restaurants were all within a very short walk. Great Vacation Spot!

"Because of Covid19, we had no vacation plans until we saw a friends post on facebook of Peace n Paradise. The private pool and spa sold us since my Grandson was able to swim all day without worrying about who was in the pool. The beach was spacious and easy to carve out your own space and the water was spectacular.

"The house was very clean, the linens on all of the beds were brand new. The fridge and freezer were spotless as were all of the grounds. The house was decorated with a great beach theme!The storm shutters in the front helped keep the house nice and cool during the late afternoon sun
The pool was refreshing! The spa was heated when you turned it on and both had a light for a night swim. The stairs in the back gave easy access to the pool area.
You can't beat the location. A quick walk across the street to beach access was perfect for my family of 4 with two younger kids and a lot of gear!
We will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! First, the rental company was very friendly- every person we spoke to was helpful and nice. When we arrived at the property it was clear that a lot of care had been taken in cleaning it and making it safe for us. We loved having the pool/ beach towels available (and there were plenty available). The pool area is gorgeous and well maintained. We liked having the lounge chairs and dining table available to use. The outdoor shower area was just right for cleaning up after going to the beach. The beach is right across the street with a little access path- a quick and easy walk. The only potential downside is some road noise (from big trucks) in the master bedroom- if you are sensitive to sound you may want a noise machine. The home is also very close to some great restaurants which we really appreciated (5 min walk or 1 min drive). Overall we highly recommend this rental- we hope to return again soon!

"Fantastic beach house, so close to the bech, restaurants and only a short walk to the free trolley. Loved Edgar! We will miss him. A visit to the doctor's lounge is a must and Hurricane Hanks as well. Loved chilling by the pool, so relaxing. Hope to return next year, but definitely not during hurricane season!
