Mi Happy Place was absolutely amazing

"We came down to get married with a crew of 20. MI Happy Place was absolutely beautiful and was the perfect option for a group of our size. Walking distance to skinny’s and the shopping plaza. Public beach was directly across the street as well.

Annual family/friends vacation

"This was our 4th year vacationing in AMI and was the best rental by far. The units were perfect and the beautiful outdoor area and large pool fit our whole group. The only downfall is that is located across from the public beach but we can overlook that because the property was perfect!

"We had a large group of 4 separate families so this place was perfect for us! The location is great (walking distance to everything) The cooled pool was so refreshing because the ocean was not during our stay (super hot week). Would love to come back but not in July... haha!

Family Vacation to AMI

Vacation Date: July 29, 2023

"We were an extended family of 15 adults, so we rented all 4 units at MI Happy Place. Having the property to ourselves gave us a lot of flexibility to gather as a group or spend time alone. Because it was hot, the pool was our favorite place, and we really appreciated all the seating around the pool. Being able to walk across the street to swim and play volleyball at the beach was just a bonus. Everything we needed (groceries, restaurants, shops, recreation) was nearby. We definitely look forward to a return trip and highly recommend to others! You just can't beat the location of MI Happy Place!

Best vacation ever

"We vacation every year in Florida. This was by far one of the best rental we have ever stayed in. Units had everything you needed. Management company was quick to respond when we had a few small problems, grill not hot, doorknob broken in bathroom. They were there within hours of our phone call.

"We arrived on a Sunday for a week long stay. We rented all 4 condos and they were perfect! Every one had everything we needed! The pool was perfect! We were right across the street from the public beach which was a great surprise! Each house was well stocked with towels and all the kitchen things we needed. Very impressed with the beach chairs and wagons available!!! I would recommend this rental to anyone with a family! Excellent for multiple families vacationing together!! We loved our stay!

Best family vacation ever!

"We rented all 4 units for our family vacation. Each unit was beautifully decorated and had everything that you could need. From the gas grill, to the beautiful heated pool all the way to the laundry room. The beds were so comfortable, I slept better there than at home. Each bungalow had beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of toys...it was absolutely perfect. Just a little suggestion, for the cool nights a nice throw blanket on the couches would be nice to curl up with. We will be returning for 2 weeks in February and we cannot wait❤️

Wonderful for large family trips

"We were all very happy with our experience from check-in to check-out! The kids loved the pool and the beach was 5-10 minute walk. Early morning visits from an Ibis, beautiful palm trees provided excellent shade from the heat. Units were clean, beach and kitchen were well stocked with gear. I highly recommend this property!

Family Reunion

"By renting all four of MI Happy Place units we were able to have separate but close places for each of our children and their families as well as our own quiet place. The only detriment was that in our unit the bathroom sink did not drain for the entire time. Guess brushing teeth and washing up in the kitchen sink was part of the adventure.....

Our own little Paradise

"Owners and Rental Company were very receptive to any questions. The houses were clean with everything we needed in the kitchen. The outside grill was a big hit, used it almost everyday. Close to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. Only thing we could have used were inside mats at both doors, tiles could be slippery. We have already booked again for next year.

Mi Happy Place amid Pandemic Covid 2020

"We rented Mi Happy Place in June 2020 hoping that Covid would have dissipated by the time we were going in November to celebrate my milestone birthday - 70th! Instead, the pandemic numbers had increased & original list of 24 guests had dwindled down to 13 because of Covid fears & an impending hurricane Eta. BUT, in the end, we had a wonderful time & the place is beautiful.

Family Vacation

"MI Happy Place is a great place for big groups. We had all four apartments and it was fantastic! The space is perfect for cookouts, Publix is around the corner and the beach is just crossing the street. The rooms are in good condition. We had a problem with the cable and one of the maintenance guys came over and send Dish to fix it. We also had some random people go into the pool while we were there, and again the maintenance crew came to check it out. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay together. Some of the rooms needs a bit of upgrading. Sand Dollar, the attic opens and closes at night (weird), and the BBQ area needs a bit more light, especially now that the sunset is so early, it definitely needs more. Maybe hanging lights. Overall it was an amazing experience. We can't wait to go back!

"I actually stayed close by, but wished I was here! New owners were working on the entire resort, and gave me a tour. This place would be perfect for large families or groups, is very nicely updated, clean, and close to everything. You won't be disappointed.
