Gulf views from the kitchen. Gulf views from the living room. A large open deck where the evening winds down with the water in front of you. Good Times Unit A is an upstairs duplex in Bradenton Beach where the view is built into the daily routine — coffee in the kitchen, sunsets on the deck, and Bridge Street one block away when you want dinner.

The European kitchen has wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and an open layout that connects naturally to the living room and the deck beyond. The living room has a 55" flat-screen TV. The deck is the centerpiece — large, open, and oriented toward the Gulf.

Two bedrooms sleep six. The master has a king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room sleeper sofa handles the remaining guests. Slight bay views from both bedrooms — a quieter, eastern orientation when the Gulf side is bright. Two full bathrooms. In-unit washer and dryer. Gas grill on-site.

Dogs are welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee per animal. No cats. The 3-night minimum makes this one of the most flexible bookings in Bradenton Beach — right for guests who want the island experience without committing to a full week.

Good Times A can be rented with Unit B downstairs for groups of up to ten — and when you rent both, you receive a 5% discount on the combined booking.

Parking for two vehicles. Not suitable for extended stays without prior arrangement.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

"We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this vacation rental! The hosts employ an excellent communication system and so easy to work with from booking through checkout. The views of the water were beautiful, and the location was perfect—we were able to walk to everything we wanted, so we never needed a car. The rental was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would happily stay here again!

Good Times Upstairs

"Great location. Five-minute walk to beach and Bridge Street shops. Kichen needs a tea kettle and big frying pan - we improvised. Main bathroom toilet - runs frequently. Plumber husband says it needs a new flapper. No sun umbrella. Needs new beach chairs - current ones are in sad shape. Beach House and Smokehouse restaurants are open and easy walk.

Relaxing Stay

"We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The property is in an ideal location for the beach, restaurants, and shopping- everything is just a few steps away. The property itself is well maintained and stocked, with nice areas to hang out together as a family or separately to have some down time. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon are all provided. The biggest issue you'll have staying here is that you won't want to leave!

Early Summer Getaway

"We are familiar with this area, but first time renting this particular property. Everything was great from start to finish, stayed 16 days. Rental was very clean, great views from the covered patio, and within walking distance to food, fun, beach. Island Vacation Properties is a great business to deal with. We rebooked for a 10-day trip in October and are looking at the winter months as well.

For a good time, stay at Good Times

"Vacation rental at Good Times Upstairs was as advertised. Liked having the covered patio with tile floor, great views from up there if you like to see the Gulf, birds, people. The rental had everything you need to cook a meal, but shops, restaurants or the beach are just a very short walk away or take a free golf cart shuttle. Probably not on everyone’s list, but this place has great water pressure in the showers. Great sunset views. Highly recommend!

Good time @ the good times!

"We were very happy with our stay. My biggest worry was chairs for the beach. Not only were there chairs but a wagon to carry all the gear to the beach ( which was a short walk away). The duplex was clean and comfy. We had an issue with the tub draining slowly, a quick call and maintenance showed up and cleared the drain and we were good to go. We would definitely choose this property again. Thanks for a great stay!

"Location was perfect. Easy walk to beach, Bridge Street, Wicked Cantina, marina. Directly across street from a small park with pickleball court and children's playground equipment. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. Front balcony was very nice. Only downside was obnoxious neighbors, which was outside of property's control.

"This property was in a perfect location; walking distance to the beach, shops, bars & restaurants, and close to a major road. Only issue we had was a malfunctioning electronic lock on the main entrance. They were quick to respond and bring us a key for the remainder of our stay.

Good times A upstairs not so good

"Loved the location and layout, property description and amenities semi accurate. Property was clean but not that well maintained. Sliding glass doors not operable in bedrooms, neither of the TV's worked in the bedrooms, ice maker didn't work in fridge and was jammed with a dish rag and one bathroom drain didn't work. Did get a response from maintenance related to these issues but nothing was fixed. Also, only stayed 14 days of the scheduled 21 days due to COVID-19 virus because everything closed in the area. Called Island Vacation properties several times asking about a possible partial refund due to the situation and the last rep actually got huffy with me and said it's up to the owner, but said they have it on file and someone would follow up with me. It's been three months and no communication. Very disappointed and would not use Island vacation properties in the future. Lousy customer service!
