The European kitchen has wood floors and stainless steel appliances with an open layout connecting naturally to the living room and the deck beyond. The living room has a 55" flat-screen TV. The deck is where the evenings go — large, open, and oriented toward the Gulf.

Two bedrooms sleep six on two queen beds and a pullout sofa. The two-queen configuration makes this the better fit for two couples who both want a proper bed — neither ends up on a sofa unless the sixth guest needs it. Slight bay views from both bedrooms give the sleeping spaces their own quiet eastern orientation. Two full bathrooms. In-unit washer and dryer. Gas grill on-site.

Dogs are welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee per animal. No cats. The 3-night minimum makes this one of the most flexible bookings in Bradenton Beach — right for guests who want the island experience without a full week commitment.

Good Times B can be rented with Unit A upstairs for groups of up to ten — and when you rent both, you receive a 5% discount on the combined booking.

Parking for two vehicles.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

Wedding week rental

"We rented Good Times both units for my daughters weeding week and wedding at the Beach House Waterfront Restaurant
It was a beautiful week ��️��☀️
It was the perfect location to everything for the week and all walkable! Bridge street had shops dining all in proximity plus Anna Maria pier and many other restaurants! Beach just one block away and visible from both decks
I highly recommend this rental property!

"Great location. Close to beach and shopping. Needs updating. Paint peeling on ceiling in guest bathroom. Napkin on floor and sofa cushions not clean when you turned them over to get a more comfortable seat. Adequate accommodations.

"Easy from start to finish. I did ask electronically on vrbo if site had beach chairs and was told no. They had lots of beach items available and it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Clean house and very easy walk to everything in town! Couldn't lock one of the bedroom patio doors.

"There was outlet covers missing which is a fire hazard. One toilet fills all the way up to almost over flowing before going down. Toilet paper holder wouldn’t stay on. Beds were horrible. Outside furniture was black and needed cleaned. Smelled musty

"This condo is within walking distance from the beach, Bridge Street, restaurants, bars. You wouldn’t even need a car. If you need groceries, there’s the free trolley or the Monkey Bus. The beds were very comfortable. There is a huge front deck to lounge out on. The description says stainless steel appliances, which they weren’t, but everything worked properly. The kitchen was well supplied. Beach chairs, beach towels are furnished. We had a couple of issues but Island Vacation Properties was wonderful and took care of everything pronto! The condo could use a little paint touch up and maybe some LED bulbs to give better light in the bathrooms, but we had a great stay.

"The property was nice and it served us perfectly. We were in town for a camp at the IMG Academy, which was an easy drive from the duplex. Property is easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. My only disappointment is that you cannot see the the Gulf from the deck, as it was listed in the description. It may be visible from the upstairs unit, but not the downstairs unit.
Also, just an FYI, the description said s/s appliances, but they are not, they are the ones that are pictured.
