Good Times A and B rented together — a full duplex in Bradenton Beach, one block from the Gulf and one block from Bridge Street. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and two large open decks both facing the water. Groups of up to ten have everything they need at one address without anyone sharing a bathroom.

Unit A is upstairs with Gulf views from the kitchen and living room. Sleeps six on a king bed, two twin beds, and a pullout sofa — the more flexible configuration for families with kids or mixed groups. Slight bay views from the upstairs bedrooms add a quieter eastern orientation to the sleeping spaces.

Unit B is on the ground floor with Gulf views from the living room and deck. Sleeps six on two queen beds and a pullout sofa — the better fit for two couples who both want a proper bed. Between the two units, the full duplex offers a king, two queens, two twin beds, and two sleeper sofas across four bedrooms.

Both units have European kitchens with wood floors and stainless steel appliances, 55" flat-screen TVs in the living rooms, in-unit washers and dryers, and a gas grill on-site. The free Anna Maria Island trolley stops nearby. Bridge Street's restaurants, bars, and shops are one block away. Most guests report not needing their car for the entire stay.

Dogs are welcome in both units with a $150 non-refundable fee per animal. No cats. The 3-night minimum applies to the full duplex — one of the most flexible group rental minimums on Anna Maria Island.

Rent Good Times A and B together and receive a 5% discount on the combined booking. Each unit can also be rented independently.

Parking for four vehicles total.

credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

"Overall the rental was perfect for our family
We rented both units for a wedding week and walkable to the wedding venue Beach House waterfront restaurant
The upstairs unit had more updates but both units had everything we needed and more! Loved the big deck!
Walking distance to Bridge Street shops bars and restaurants huge plus!
We would definitely stay at this property again!

"The house worked perfect for our family. Plenty of room for the kids to hang out on one level, adults on other yet room for all to be together on either level. The beach wagons and chairs etc were a greatly appreciated.

"We rented the Good times both units for our group. This house is in a great area, lots to do, quiet beach area only 1 block away. This house had anything you may need for a vacation at the beach. It had tons of beach chairs, several boogie boards, beach wagons, etc! The house was very clean as well. We had no issues whatsoever. I would recommend and stay again!

Good location, not so good rental

"Unit A outdated, unit B nicer. Arrived to find a repair man in unit B working on a major leak that he couldn't fix which resulted in no dishwasher all week. Unit A was not cleaned properly, tons of pet hair and dust visible. Someone came into the foyer and up the stairs on Friday, knocked on the door and told us she knew the owner and was supposed to be staying there and when were we leaving! Then Saturday we were packing up and 3 men proceeded into the units and said they were there to replace an air conditioning unit at 9am! No warning, we were packing up and they acted like we were in their way. Poor communication from the agent and will not rent with Island Vacation Rentals again.
