Step onto your covered patio at Four Beach Lovers Unit 3 and the view is all tropical garden — lush landscaping, a gazebo with a softly running fountain, and porch swings in the shade. Hummingbirds visit the flowers in the morning. The sound of the Gulf is always in the background. Walk five seconds and you're on the sand.

This is the garden side of Four Beach Lovers — quieter and more shaded than the Gulf-facing units, with its own atmosphere that a lot of guests prefer once they've experienced it. The covered patio has a four-top table and chairs, making it a natural spot for morning coffee, a leisurely breakfast, or an evening card game with the fountain running nearby.

Unit 3 and 4 are the most intimate units in the complex — approximately 80 square feet smaller than the other units, which gives it a cozy, efficient feel that's exactly right for couples or small families who don't need space they won't use. What it doesn't lack is anything else. The 2025 renovation rebuilt everything: new kitchen with full-size appliances, dishwasher, and a wine fridge. New bathroom with a walk-in shower and modern fixtures. All new furnishings, linens, and smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. Same complete renovation as every other unit in the complex — just in a more intimate footprint.

The king bedroom is a quiet retreat. The living room sofa sleeper handles two more guests comfortably, sleeping four in total. Fast 1-gig WiFi and a full cable package are included. The entire property runs on solar power — one of the few vacation rental complexes on Anna Maria Island that does.

Beach chairs are stored onsite — grab them and you're on the sand in five seconds. Charcoal grills are available for beachside cookouts. A shared laundry room is on the property for all guests. Linens, towels, and beach towels are all provided.
Four Beach Lovers has four units total. Units 1 and 2 face the Gulf directly. Units 3 and 4 offer garden views at better pricing.

Holmes Beach is the quieter, more local part of Anna Maria Island. Publix is a couple of blocks away. Walgreens and a small shopping center are nearby. The free island trolley stops close by — explore the full length of AMI without moving your car once you've parked.

Guests who find Unit 3 tend to come back for the garden as much as the beach. Some for three years running. Once you've had morning coffee on that patio with the fountain going and a hummingbird in the flowers, it's easy to understand why.
Four Beach Lovers Unit 3 requires a one-week minimum stay and includes parking for one car. This property is not pet-friendly.

Noise Ordinance: You are vacationing in a residential area, the quiet hours are 10 PM-7 AM. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

"4beachlovers 3 was perfect for a couple. Had everything we needed. Was the perfect location. Being right on the beach is what we loved most! Could use a bigger dresser in the bedroom and more lighting in the kitchen. However, I would still recommend it. ❤️

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Four Beach Lovers property. The unit was comfortable and met our needs for our vacation on Anna Maria Island. We were particularly pleased with having a king-sized bed that was comfortable and having a laundry facility right there was very helpful. The dishwasher was a bit tricky to start, though it worked just fine once we figured it out. We would definitely recommend this property.

Classic bungalow on the beach - we keep coming back!

"Beach Lovers #3 is perfect for two people. The beach is right in your back yard! The Holmes Beach location is ideal. The quiet side street gets none of the traffic and private parking is provided. The property is very clean and decorated in a beachy welcoming way. Everything looks just like the photos online. All appliances were new and worked well. We had a rental car and it was very easy to get to restaurants and shopping areas. Next year we might try renting a golf cart! Sarasota is less than a half hour away, and we really enjoyed visiting The Ringling museum complex. We also drove to St. Pete to see The Imagine glass museum. We highly recommend both! But the best experience was relaxing on the beach with a good book and viewing the spectacular sunsets. On our last evening, we even spied 2 dolphins swimming by! A few amenities that were missing and would have been appreciated: a box of Kleenex, coffee filters for the coffee maker, (that made surprisingly GOOD coffee!), a couple extra rolls of TP, a full-length mirror. Other than that, Beach Lovers #3 has most everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation. And that’s why we booked for the third year in a row!

"Wanted a quiet week at the beach. It was really glorious weather all week and quite empty on the beach. The proximity to the water is my favorite thing about this little place. The clean and renovated kitchen was just perfect. Bedroom was large enough and the shower is great and also recently renovated. Perfect for two people to stay comfortably.

Quiet and Perfect

"Love Unit 3, had everything we could have ever needed- even a box fan which is needed for sleep. You just walk out your door , turn right and you are headed for the ocean. The only 2 issues I had was we had no umbrella which maintenance dropped off quickly and the living room could was well a bit too used. We stayed a full week and were even able to check out later which was great. Definitely will stay here again.

"We loved the location. Very convenient to travel to all of our favorite attractions and places to eat. Would have loved to stay in one of the rentals on the front side but none were open. Would be willing to stay again on front side. The bed was a little too firm for me and my husband, but everything else inside was great. The beach chairs could use some updating. They were very weathered and some of the fabric chairs were actually dry rotting. I would have much preferred the metal loungers that some of the other locations had for their guests.

"Stayed the week with wife and daughter. The place was clean and quiet. Did not use kitchen much but had everything you would need including brand new cookware. They had beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys which was nice since we flew in. Had no issues and would stay again. Right on the beach and not overly crowded.

"Renting this property was made easy by the property management. The property was extremely neat and clean both inside and out. It was very comfortable and such a joy to stay in. Having the privacy patio to sit out on was wonderful along with the swing. Property was very quite with privacy from the street. Having a washer and dryer available was so nice. Just around the corner was the beach. Doesn't get much better then that! We would highly recommend this property if you want a quiet, relaxing, peaceful place to stay with everything available you could want. Only downside-wish we could have stayed longer!

On the whole the unit in which we stayed was very nice, but it does need updating. The sofa is very uncomfortable, and the lighting needs to be improved

"We had a great time overall. But sleeping was very uncomfortable . The red sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable. Mattress is very thin so you are sleeping on the iron springs. "Overall a great experience. Had some minor issues with the e-mail contract process, but the staff was very helpful with getting the technical glitch resolved. Wonderful Property!

"We were a little concerned about our vacation since this place is new to Homeaway and didn't have any reviews yet, but we were absolutely thrilled upon arrival. So cute, clean, quiet and RIGHT on the beach. They supply all the household items you could possibly want (and more), Oh...and the bed was SUPER COMFY too. Don't be scared to take a chance on this place based on the lack of reviews, It is so much nicer than staying in an old stuffy hotel room!
