The Dolphin Dance North side, located at 803 Gulf Drive South is an impressive, two bedroom one and one half bath duplex with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious, town home unit will sleep six with a queen size bed, a full size bed and a sofa bed. Extras include washer and dryer, VCR, DVD There is a 40 inch television in the living room. The master bedroom has an 18 inch television.

Enjoy the sunsets from the large palladium windows overlooking the beach. Dolphin Dance North can be rented in conjunction with the south side unit next door for groups up to twelve. There is a gas grill onsite for your use as well as a Shared washer and dryer.

The Dolphin Dance has a 3 night minimum!

Parking is limited to two cars.

Family wedding/vaca

"Its was perfect for our stay. We had family and friends for a week of beautiful sunsets and white sands that was a beautiful back drop for a simple but lovely wedding. A time that will always be a “SPECIAL”memory for us all!

No hurricane this time

"A little disappointed, the exterior was a little weathered but expected. Once inside was a bit shocked at how the photos showed the size of the rooms much larger than actually. All kitchen utensils and appliances were good as well as all of the furnishings. Living room & bedrooms "OK" but there again were very small. We had (7) days of 83 degrees temperature which was good. Office staff was very good and helpful.

Great Views

"Good place to stay and a great location! Looking out from the unit you get a beautiful view of the Gulf. If you are looking to spend your vacation on the beach you cannot beat this location. This unit is just across the main road from the Cortez Beach and the Gulf and maybe a mile walk down the beach to Coquino Beach. Plus it is only a couple blocks from the shops and restaurants on Bridge street.

It has two nice bedrooms up stairs that share a full bathroom in-between the rooms. A nice big great room on the first floor with the kitchen and TV area and a half bath.

The washer and dryer set are cumbersomely stuck in a close that connect to both units in this duplex condo. But at least you have a laundry to take advantage of.

Although I could see from the website pictures there was no balcony or pool I did miss having one or some place to sit and enjoy the outside and access to a pool for my wife.

Ideal Vacation spot

"A great location if you like to be where the action is. Very small balcony, you can squeeze 2 chairs for each condo. Large enough for a couple with kids, but not ideal for 2 couples. No wine opener or wine glasses. Right across from beach and bike trail. Living room furniture uncomfortable and arranged poorly. Need throw pillows for comfort. Bed comfortable.

"Place was clean and comfortable and nice. Could use more utensils in kitchen but everything was great. Beach was splendid and beautiful. Was a little loud over the weekend but it was Memorial Day. Otherwise quiet .

Nice Location... but

"This was a good location for beach access a just a step over the road. We would rent again if we only need a place to sleep but not at Spring break. It was spring break the week we were there so there was a constant traffic jam during the day and it was pretty noisy at night. I am sure it would have been fine if outside of spring break.

Bedrooms were small and closet door in master was off it’s hinges so I used the 2nd bedroom and my husband lived out of his suitcase. We found the bed uncomfortable as we like a firm bed and the master bed had a fairly old mattress with a memory foam topper. If you like a soft bed I am sure it would have been fine. Linens/towels were all clean and plenty of them. Only one small full bath upstairs which is attached to both bedrooms, so if just one family were using the unit it would probably be fine. If 2 couples rent this you will need to be good friends!

Rest of our party had a house on the beach 5 mins walk away and we spent a lot of our time with them and only used this place as somewhere to sleep and make an occasional meal. If you like to sit out and grill and chill this would not be the place for you. There was a grill and some outside chairs but they were at ground level right near the road so given the traffic it would have been unpleasant.

They did supply dish soap, dish towels and a few dishwasher pods but the dishwasher did not work very well and we ended up having to had wash. No salt/pepper or other spices or condiments were provided so make sure you pack some if using the unit.

Great view and location

"We had a great time at this condo. Nice size living area and ample kitchen/dining. Rooms do share a bathroom, but it worked out fine. Rugs need cleaning, and TV in 2nd bedroom does not have a box - so not connected to cable. The accommodations were nice overall and location and view spectacular.
Lots of stairs up to main level, but that makes it safe from Tsunami's.

"Overall, it was pleasant. There were a few minor issues. The full bed in one of the bedrooms was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The 1/2 bath on the main floor, has a toilet that has issues with running without jiggling the handle, and very loud.

"Asked property owner for a credit to reschedule vacation due to the named Storm in the area. He did not. So we lost $1500.

Good location of the apartment

"So, the location of the apartment is excellent in front of the sea (You have to cross a road and you are on the beach!) The house is raised ... you have to make about 20 steps before arriving at the house (this was a surprise for us because from the photos that the agency showed there was no photo showing the stairs!)

The apartment was supposed to be equipped with chairs and an umbrella for beach, but we didn't find anything, but we found a barbecue!! (however there is a walmart where we bought some beach chairs for $ 8)
Initially when we arrived we found the house occupied by another family, the agency was confused and gave the keys of our house to them ..... however in about 1 hour the agency solved everything, the agency was good to solving the problem promptly and sent us a lady who cleaned the house again.

After all this, the sea paid off !! The sea is fabulous! we saw the dolphins and the manatee !! Very beautiful and clear water! also if you are a fisherman there are two piers where you can fish !!

"We absolutely loved this property. The condo was literally steps away from the ocean. The kitchen was very nice with granite counters and new appliances. Plenty of towels and linens and a convenient washer and dryer unit to use as well. The location of this condo was just very perfect very close to the historic Bridge St wher there are lots of little shops and eaterys. You will need to stop at a store before arriving as no toilet paper or anything of that nature were provided. We loved the view and could hear the ocean waves at night from our windows. You won't be disappointed if you rent this place!
