Delightful home away from home

"My Family and I rented both sides of the duplex for the week. It was a wonderful choice...a short walk to the beach, a few steps to the trolley stop and right in the middle of everything that was fun. The Ballinger duplex had two outdoor bathrooms with showers to take care of the beach sand. (now everyone wants to build one at home.) plenty of chairs for the beach., and comfortable and spacious rooms. We’re thinking of making this our go to rental for future family reunions.

"This was the first family vacation since my mom died several years ago. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The duplexes were so very nice. They were family friendly, comfortable, and clean. Definitely a home away from home. There were a few minor glitches but their great maintenance crew took care of them right away. Wonderful accommodations - washer/dryer, grills and outdoor furniture were available. And best of all just a very short walk from the beach. Our whole family loved it. Thank you Island Vacation Properties @ Anna Marie Island. We loved it.

"Update since last years visit. The issues in house have been address and they have updated furniture throughout the whole house both sides of the duplex. Even appliance have been updated! Love this place we will be coming for many years to come.

"Been here many times and great location. Updates in kitchen are nice add since last visit. Home however has some termite damage that needs attention before the place is lost.

Wonderful home

"We had a perfect stay,
Check in was super easy. The location was great, the house was just a two minute walk with a three year walking to the beach.
Equipped with everything we needed plus some extras.
Plenty of parking. The free trolley stop was just across the street.
Would definitely rent again if we go to Anna Marie.

Great Value

"The location was great to beach and attractions. The property having both outside and outdoor showers was nice to limit sand inside. The house was spacious and beds comfortable. The dish washers in both units need to be replaced as they do not clean very well.
