This fully renovated 1950s bungalow delivers something newer construction simply can't: authentic Old Florida character with modern comfort. The eat-in kitchen is spacious and fully equipped — full-size appliances, cookware, everything you need to cook in as easily as you dine out. The living area offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and 1-gig WiFi, whether you're streaming after a beach day or squeezing in a few hours of remote work. The bedroom provides a peaceful, private retreat dressed in fresh linens.

The bathroom is compact — we'll be honest about that. But step outside to the private outdoor shower and you'll quickly forget it exists. Guests call it one of the best parts of the stay, and they're right.

The real living happens outside. Your private patio with table and chairs is where morning coffee becomes a ritual. The heated pool is shared among just four bungalows — wrapped in lush tropical landscaping, quiet, private, and beautiful. After a long day at the beach, it's exactly where you'll want to be.
And the beach is never more than a two-minute walk. Publix, CVS, and some of Holmes Beach's best restaurants are steps away. The free island trolley puts the rest of AMI within easy reach — meaning once you park your car, you may not need it again until checkout.

Anna Cabana Bungalow #1 is ideal for couples, solo travelers, and remote workers who value location, intimacy, and genuine island character over unnecessary space.

This is a place guests come back to. Some the same week every year. Some for proposals. Some because they simply haven't found anything better on the island — and they've looked.

Shared laundry facilities are available on-site. Parking is included.
Anna Cabana Bungalow #1 requires a one-week minimum stay. Not pet-friendly.

*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM.

Third Stay and looking forward to number four!

"Always a wonderful experience. The entire package is over the top; perfect for what we are looking for; a relaxing week at the beach.
The only negative this year was, in the past there have always been sufficient beach items (chairs, umbrellas) for all the rooms but this year there was not. Other rooms complained (it did seem mgt responded to the complaints). We did not call as all I wanted to do was relax and complaining would have muddled things. We purchased our own and just left them.

My Happy Place

"I love this cabana! My favorite thing is the lush, tropical oasis of landscaping that surrounds this little bungalow and pool. So serene and peaceful ☺️ listening to all the birds in the morning. I do make a point of coming when most children should be in school so that I don’t have to share the lovely pool with lively youngsters. For me, it’s more of an adult space. With an easy walk to the beach, stores and restaurants nearby, it is well suited for me as a solo traveler. This was my second day and more than likely I will return. And let me say the staff at Island Vacation Properties are number one to deal with and work with. They always take care of me no matter what and that is huge with me!

Great Little Spot

"My second stay and I do love my Anna Cabana. The location is perfect for me, as I love to go to the beach every day and it’s a very easy walk. It’s definitely a vacation spot with many restaurants and shopping nearby. The unit is bright and cheery and exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s ideal for one or two people at the most as there is no space for an extra person to sleep. The property management company Island Vacation Properties is probably the best vacation management company I’ve ever worked with. I will stick with them whenever I go to Florida.

Lovely private bungalow!

"I had such a wonderful time in Holmes Beach in my own little private cabana oasis!! Bungalow 1 has all the amenities you would expect from a top notch resort— salt-water pool out back by a patio made quite private by the lush vegetation, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, large, comfy bed— but what makes it even better is that you’re not surrounded by noise and hubbub! A block away is the beach and all you can see from the large picture windows throughout is the Florida sunshine and lushness. I will be back.!

Perfect getaway spot!

"I had a lovely stay at this property. The unit had all the conveniences I was looking for. The recent remodel was well done, but the porch cushions could use a refresh. The location was central to the island and it was very easy to get around. There is a grocery store nearby and a nice strip mall with very good eateries. A wonderful experience and I would love to return.

"This little cabana #1 was perfect for me, as I was traveling solo. The unit is very nice and had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance to the public beach access. The unit contained everything I needed to enjoy my stay. The bedroom and bathroom are somewhat tight and quite small, however as I was traveling solo, it was not a problem. I loved the pool, although being indirect sunlight all day the water was a little too warm for my preference.
I think it’s the perfect spot for me as long as I’m traveling alone. And I love working with Island Vacation Properties! They are very accommodating and professional in every respect

Holmes Beach

"Cabana, pool,and location were perfect. Enjoyed our stay. Had problems with WiFi because wrong password was given to us. Maintenance came promptly when I texted him. Unfortunately we were not able to use BBQ grill. The grill plates were rusted and we weren't able to clean them properly.But overall I was impressed and would love to return.

"We have stayed twice at the cabanas. Number one needs some updates and maintainace. The air conditioner needs to be replaced. It sounds like a jet engine. We turned the air off. The cushions on the chairs in the sun room need to be replaced.

"WE HAD A GREAT ADVENTURE AT ANNA CABANNA BUNGALOW ONE. OUR UNIT WAS APPOINTED AS ONE WOULD EXPECT A LUXURY UNIT WOULD BE APPOINTED. BEAUTIFULLY LINENS, PILLOWS, PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED. ALL NEW APPLIANCES. EVERYTHING THAT YOU COULD WISH FOR IN THE KITCHEN. THE OUTDOOR SHOWER, PATIO AND POOL AREA WAS THE BOMB!!! VERY QUIET, CLEAN, A VERY HAPPY PLACE. A REAL BONUS!!! NO SURPRISES OF DISAPPOINTMENT AND EVERYTHING WORKED AND WAS IS PRISTINE CONDITION. IF WE COULD GIVE A RATING ABOVE A FIVE, WE WOULD! BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING WITH TREES AND PLANTS. WITHING WALKING DISTANCE TO BEACH, GROCERY, FINE RESTAURANTS, DRUG STORE, AND THE TROLLY WHICH WAS OUR MODE OF TRANSPORTATION --- WE CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE.

Relaxing Bungalow

"Anna Cabana was perfect for our much needed relaxing vacation. Clean, comfortable and quiet this bungalow location was super close to the beach. Romantic Island Getaway.

"Beautiful, romantic island getaway!! We enjoyed breakfast every morning on our patio by the pool. The Cabana was cozy, neat and very clean. The beach chairs and umbrella were very nice and in excellent condition, we very much enjoyed the short walk to the beach every day the pool was beautiful to relax in after a day at the beach. My husband loved the Private outdoor shower. The landscaping and tropical foliage, around the property are well taken care of too. We plan on returning to the island next year for our annual "start of the summer" vacation in June! Love from Michigan!!

"We have been staying in this unit annually for several years. It is a perfect location to everything! Although the bathroom is quite small, the outdoor shower makes up for it. The unit is very accommodating for 2 people and the private patio is lovely. The pool and landscaping is beautiful��

"Anna Cabana #1 was a small but nicely furnished unit. Perfect for 2 people. Loved the outdoor spaces, pool and tropical landscaping which provided lots of privacy between units. Only negatives were bed/pillows and price. The shortcut access to beach from pool has been blocked by neighbor's new privacy fence forcing you to walk around front. Located in nice neighborhood.

First time at Anna Cabana

"Overall we had a really nice time, and the weather even cooperated. As always, the unit was in great shape when we arrived - cleaned properly. IVP properties have always been in great shape when we arrive (I'm guessing we have rented via IVP at least 20 times). We were the first to stay in Anna Cabana #1 after the kitchen was nicely updated with new appliances and a few other tweaks. There was only one glitch - the hot water wasn't turned back on. Thankfully, property owner Mike was next door and he took care of that immediately (thanks again Mike). This trip it was only my wife and me, so a small unit like #1 worked out fine. The bathroom is quite tiny, but functional. We found the bed to be very comfortable, and the kitchen roomy. The pool is just outside the slider through a nice patio w/table and chairs, and is shared with the other 3 units. There are ample seating options around the pool, and it is quite private with landscaping providing natural privacy barriers. The trip to the beach is literally across the street (not busy - residential street). Thanks again IVP and Mike for taking care of all of the details so that we could enjoy a great week at AMI again

A Week in the Sun

"First, the rental company was so professional. We had actually rented from VRBO and learned our reservation was cancelled due to the owner wanting that particular property. When I contacted Anna Cabana #1, they were happy to help us out. The Bungalow is as described. The bathroom is very small, but than goodness for the outdoor shower, which was great. The outdoor patio area was superb and private. Steps to the pool. The kitchen and bedroom were of good size. The small two chair area with TV and patio door was cute and served a purpose for two people. The pool was great and easy access across the street to the beautiful white sand beaches. There are three other units that share the pool and we met some nice couples. The two bedroom had a lot of people staying or visiting, but once they left, it was peaceful. The landscape was good, I would suggest cutting some of the palm leaves back from the parking area. The parking was easy and the laundry facilities were convenient. I would stay again and possibly looking to book next year.

Honeymoon getaway

"The location of this property is amazing . Me and my wife have been up and down the island and Holmes beach seems the most convenient. Quick walk to beach access and the pool was great . Room was clean and perfect for a couple . Bathroom in bungalow 1 could be updated, little small and shower head was for shorter people . But it seems like they are slowly upgrading the property and that’s just me being picky . Chairs were not provided or any beach umbrellas which I was told that they were . I may have missed them somewhere on property but again that was just something little. That being said the place was amazing and convenient as they come to a short walk to beach and quick access to stores and restaurants. We will definitely be back again . Thank you

Great Vacation

"My wife and I spent a beautiful week in this great little cottage. The closeness to the beach and the restaurants was great. Publix was just a block and a half away. The pool and its surrounding landscape felt like your own tropical paradise. We can't wait to return again. The only drawback was the extremely small bathroom.

"The bungalow apartment is a little slice of paradise! It is centrally located to everything, all within walking distance, yet secluded enough thanks to the beautiful landscaping. The patio is quite spacious yet private, overlooking the pool. The space is roomy enough for an extended stay.
