1. Who qualifies
○ New, direct-website reservations only (www.islandvacationproperties.com). ○ Existing bookings—including those canceled and re-booked—do not qualify.
2. Booking window
○ Reservations must be created between July 19 and July 26, 2025 (11:59 p.m. ET).
○ Promo code must be entered at checkout; discounts will not be added later.
3. Stay window
○ Arrive any time July 19 – December 31, 2025 and depart on or before January 1, 2026.
○ No blackout dates during this period.
4. Discount structure
○ Discount applies only to the rent portion of each stay.
○ Code names mirror the percentage.
○ One code per reservation; multiple stays = multiple reservations, each with its own code.
5. Properties, occupancy & availability
○ All properties participate. Standard occupancy limits for each unit remain in force. ○ Offer subject to limited inventory; rooms may sell out without notice.
6. Payment, changes & cancellations
○ Standard deposit and cancellation policies apply.
○ Changing dates voids the promo, even if new dates are still within the stay window; a new reservation (subject to availability) will be required.
7. Combinability & exclusions
○ Cannot be combined with any other promotion, package, loyalty rate, corporate or group code.
○ Taxes, service, and other mandatory fees are not discounted and remain the guest’s responsibility.
8. General
○ Management reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the offer at any time.
○ Errors and omissions excepted. All reservations are governed by the full Terms & Conditions posted on our website.
