Pros- Loved the binder on things to do, places to eat Pool was awesome for the kids because it was heated Beach cart was a huge asset Beach was sop close perfect for walking kitchen was well supplied and loved having in unit laundry At first thought the living area was going to be too small but it ended up being perfect. Cons Loud traffic due to being on the main road, but not the end of the world Have to supply own paper products and laundry detergent.
