We are familiar with this area, but first time renting this particular property. Everything was great from start to finish, stayed 16 days. Rental was very clean, great views from the covered patio, and within walking distance to food, fun, beach. Island Vacation Properties is a great business to deal with. We rebooked for a 10-day trip in October and are looking at the winter months as well.
