Great location near public beach and stores. But weekends at beach were crazy busy with cars looking all over for parking. Made our coming and going – whether on foot, by car or bike – challenging. Unit nice. Kitchen too small for us cause we cooked most of time. Decently equipped. “Villa” feel isn’t there cause place needs updating in outside from landscaping to tables, chairs and umbrellas. Pool clean and comfy. Nice to have complimentry cold wash and dryer use. Could use another gas grill. We had great weather! Will be back to AMI.
