I think this is the fourth time we’ve rented Tiki. Location,comfort and proximity to all we need for a great vacay. I noticed a lot of things have been replace, couch, deck chairs, etc.which is nice but I noticed a strong musty smell when we came in and I think its the water damage in the kitchen flooring. I found several puddles in front of the fridge,the ice maker randomly spits out ice anytime. I put a towel to catch it before it melts but obviously this is an ongoing problem. Otherwise our stay was perfect.
