Love the location, pool, covered parking. Worth five stars but dropped it to four because the kitchen is old and poorly appointed (utensils missing or in poor shape, no decent cutting board) and you will blow a fuse if you run the toaster and the microwave at the same time. The decor is ok – one upgrade this year included new flooring on the screened porches. Very nice. But the unit really needs additional updates (eg. the bedroom carpeting needs to be replaced). We have rented three times and just accept the dated decor because of the location and views from the unit. Rental company is very responsive and check in/check out process is smooth. However, don’t expect a high end unit given the rental cost.
