The Crow's Nest, located directly on the beach at 2416 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is a unique three bedroom, two bath home that was designed by a man with a passion for boats and a love of the sea. From its lofty view, enjoy a perspective of Bradenton Beach from the spacious screened lanai that is seen only by seagulls. Enjoy the shipping artifacts displayed on the lanai. In addition to being directly on the beach, this one-of-a-kind home is nestled in a cozy stand of Australian pines, offering both privacy and shade.

This one of a kind home will sleep eight with a queen size beds, four twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a large screened lanai and a full size washer and dryer.

You cannot get any closer to the beach than you will be at the Crow’s Nest!

This beach house features a 37” television in the living room as well as a 21” television in the bedroom.

The Crow’s Nest is a one week minimum rental.
Parking is limited to two vehicles only.
NOT A PET FRIENDLY RENTAL

Amazing Place!

"This was the perfect beach house. Great views and close to water. Very clean!! Only negative is the washer/dryer need updated (takes many hours for clothes to dry) and the path to beach could be landscaped. Other than that, this place is amazing and we will most definitely be back.

Best Spring Break

"We absolutely loved the Crows Nest! If you really want to be on the beach this place is perfect! We loved everything about it! It is rustic, however that is part of the experience. Everything about this rental was easy. We will differently come back & recommend this property. If you have ever wanted to live on the beach & in a tree house this is the place!!

GUYS REUNION.

"THE WEATHER WAS TERRIBLE UNFORTUNATELY BUT THE PLACE IS THE BEST ON THE BEACH FROM LONGBOAT KEY TO ANNA MARIA ISLAND. I'VE BEEN COMING DOWN TO LONGBOAT KEY FOR 40 YEARS AND THIS WAS AWESOME EVEN WITH THE WEATHER NOT COOPERATING. ALL MY BUDDIES LOVEDDDDDD THE HOUSE AND IT BEING ON THE BEACH WAS MAGICAL. THANK YOU ISLAND VACATION PROPERTIES FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM AND HELP IN MAKING IT HAPPEN. CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK ASAP!!!!! THANK YOU AND IT TRULY IS THE COOLEST PLACE TO BE PERIOD!!!!

"We had a great time at the crows nest. The location, view, and beach are unbelievable. The cottage itself is outdated, but that is what makes it fun to stay at. We callled it very beach bummy. I would recommend staying here if you have kids. Below the house is a fenced in area filled with beach sand that the kids can play and have fun. The only complaint I had was the amount of old beach stuff that had been left over from previous guest. There were rusted old chairs and umbrellas that were cluttered around. Other than that, would definitely reccomend this place if you are on a budget and have kids.

Great location, fun stay!

"We had a great time! The house is small yet perfect for a vacation for our family of eight. The three bedrooms were just what we needed to accommodate us, and the kitchen had the appliances we needed to cook for the week. The staff was friendly and helpful and even let us check in early, going out of their way to give us a ride to our house from the office!
One suggestion would be to have some more kitchen chairs, as this sleeps eight but doesn’t have seating for 8. Maybe a bench for the kitchen and some folding chairs stored on the porch?

"We had a wonderful two-week stay. The Crow's Nest has always been a favorite. It is a great location on Bradenton Beach and within walking distance of shops. The old house is perfect for sunsets and enjoying the shore. I think she is ready for a new stove and toaster, but everything else is just well and fine.

Great location, lacks renter friendly amenities

"I'll start with the good. First the property managers were OUTSTANDING. We had great communication and they went above and beyond to make our booking and stay great.
The location couldn't really get any better, but this house doesn't offer a true, open view. It does have a screened in porch area, which is just "ok". It could be so much more if it was open! We found the home to be very clean with plenty of linens. Looked to have newer couches, which was really nice.... But that's kinda where the amenities end. Only one bedroom has a very small dresser and the other two only have closets but they are so packed full and such a mess of items that unpacking your suitcase is nearly impossible. We found this to be a huge downfall as a family of 5. The other big negative for our family was there in no grill on the property. First beach house we have ever stayed in that didn't have one. This house is super SUPER TINY, but could be absolutely adorable with some good TLC, time, and just a little money put into it. Overall, we still had a great vacation, but this house won't be on our families return list.
